2 Aikakirja 9
1 Ja rikkaan Arabian kuningatar kuuli Salomosta sanoman, ja tuli sangen suuren joukon kanssa Jerusalemiin, ja kamelein kanssa, jotka kantoivat yrttejä ja paljon kultaa, ja kalliita kiviä, koettelemaan Salomoa tapauksilla. Ja kuin hän tuli Salomon tykö, puhui hän hänen kanssansa kaikki, mitä hän sydämessänsä aikonut oli.
And [the] queen of Sheba she heard [the] report of Solomon and she came to put to [the] test Solomon by difficult matters in Jerusalem with a retinue numerous very and camels carrying spices and gold to abundance and stone[s] precious and she came to Solomon and she spoke with him all that it was with heart her.
2 Ja Salomo ilmoitti hänelle kaikki hänen sanansa; ja ei ollut mitään Salomolta salattu, jota ei hän ilmoittanut hänelle.
And he told to her Solomon all words her and not it was concealed a word from Solomon which not he told to her.
3 Ja kuin rikkaan Arabian kuningatar näki Salomon taidon ja huoneen, jonka hän rakentanut oli,
And she saw [the] queen of Sheba [the] wisdom of Solomon and the house which he had built.
4 Ja ruat hänen pöydällänsä, ja hänen palveliainsa asuinsiat, niin myös hänen palveliainsa viran ja heidän vaatteensa, hänen juomansa laskiat vaatteinensa, ja solan, josta Herran huoneesen käytiin; niin ei hän taitanut itsiänsä enää pitää.
And [the] food of table his and [the] seating of servants his and [the] standing of servants his and clothes their and cup-bearers his and clothes their and upper room his which he went up [the] house of Yahweh and not it was still in her breath.
5 Ja hän sanoi kuninkaalle: se on tosi, minkä minä kuullut olen minun maalleni sinun menostas ja taidostas;
And she said to the king [was] truth the word which I heard in own land my on words your and on wisdom your.
6 Vaan en minä uskonut heidän sanojansa ennenkuin minä itse tulin, ja minun silmäni nähneet ovat: ja katso, ei ole minulle puoliakaan sanottu sinun suuresta taidostas: sinulla on enempi, kuin se sanoma on, jonka minä kuulin.
And not I believed words their until that I came and they saw eyes my and here! not it was told to me [the] half of [the] greatness of wisdom your you have added to the report which I heard.
7 Autuaat ovat sinun miehes, autuaat ovat myös nämät sinun palvelias, jotka joka hetki sinun edessäs seisovat ja kuultelevat taitoas.
How blessed! [are] people your and how blessed! [are] servants your these who stand before you continually and [who] hear wisdom your.
8 Herra sinun Jumalas olkoon kiitetty, joka sinuun mielistynyt on, ja pannut sinun istuimellensa Herralle sinun Jumalalles kuninkaaksi. Että Jumala rakastaa Israelia, vahvistaaksensa häntä ijankaikkisesti, on hän sinun asettanut heidän kuninkaaksensa, tekemään oikeutta ja vanhurskautta.
May he be Yahweh God your blessed who - he has delighted in you to put you on throne his to king for Yahweh God your because loves God your Israel to make stand it for ever and he has appointed you over them to king to do justice and righteousness.
9 Ja hän antoi kuninkaalle sata ja kaksikymmentä leiviskää kultaa ja ylen paljon yrttejä ja kalliita kiviä. Ja ei senkaltaisia yrttejä ollut, kuin ne olivat, jotka rikkaan Arabian kuningatar antoi kuningas Salomolle.
And she gave to the king one hundred and twenty - talent[s] of gold and spices to abundance exceedingly and stone[s] precious and not it has been like the spice that which she gave [the] queen of Sheba to the king Solomon.
10 Veivät myös Hiramin ja Salomon palveliat kultaa Ophirista, ja Hebenin puita ja kalliita kiviä.
And also [the] servants of (Huram *Q(K)*) and [the] servants of Solomon who they brought gold from Ophir they brought wood of algum and stone[s] precious.
11 Ja Salomo antoi tehdä astuimet Hebenin puista Herran huoneesen ja kuninkaan huoneesen, ja kanteleita ja psaltareita veisaajille. Ei yhtään senkaltaista ennen ollut nähty Juudan maalla.
And he made the king [the] wood of the algum tracks for [the] house of Yahweh and for [the] house of the king and harps and lyres for the singers and not they had been seen like them before in [the] land of Judah.
12 Ja kuningas Salomo antoi rikkaan Arabian kuningattarelle kaikkia, mitä hän pyysi ja anoi, paitsi sitä, mitä hän kuninkaalle tuonut oli. Ja hän palasi ja matkusti omalle maallensa palvelioinensa.
And the king Solomon he gave to [the] queen of Sheba all desire her which she asked besides [that] which she had brought to the king and she turned and she went to own land her she and servants her.
13 Ja kulta, joka vuosittain tuotiin Salomolle, oli kuusisataa ja kuusiseitsemättäkymmentä leiviskää.
And it was [the] weight of the gold which it came to Solomon in a year one six hundred and sixty and six talents of gold.
14 Paitsi mitä kauppamiehet ja yrttein myyjät toivat. Ja kaikki Arabian kuninkaat ja maan herrat veivät kultaa ja hopiaa Salomolle.
Apart from [the] men of the merchants and the traders [were] bringing and all [the] kings of Arabia and [the] governors of the land [were] bringing gold and silver to Solomon.
15 Niin antoi kuningas Salomo tehdä kaksisataa kilpeä parhaasta kullasta, niin että kuusisataa kappaletta kultaa tuli jokaiseen keihääseen.
And he made the king Solomon two hundred body shield[s] gold beaten six hundred gold beaten he put up on the body shield one.
16 Teki hän myös kolmesataa vähempää kilpeä parhaasta kullasta, niin että kolmesataa kappaletta kultaa tuli jokaiseen kilpeen. Ja kuningas pani ne Libanonin metsähuoneesen.
And three hundred shields gold beaten three hundred gold he put up on the shield one and he put them the king in [the] House of [the] Forest of Lebanon.
17 Ja kuningas teki suuren istuimen elephantin luista ja kultasi sen puhtaalla kullalla.
And he made the king a throne of ivory great and he overlaid it gold pure.
18 Ja istuimessa oli kuusi astuinta, ja kultainen astinlauta istuimen edessä, ja kaksi käsipuuta molemmin puolin istuinta, ja kaksi jalopeuraa seisoi käsipuiden tykönä,
And six steps [belonged] to the throne and a footstool in gold to the throne [were] attached and hands from this and from this [were] on [the] place of the sitting and two lions [were] standing beside the hands.
19 Ja kaksitoistakymmentä jalopeuraa seisoi niillä kuudella astuimella, molemmilla puolilla; senkaltaista ei ole tehty yhdessäkään valtakunnassa.
And two [plus] ten lions [were] standing there on [the] six the steps from this and from this not it had been made thus for any kingdom.
20 Ja kaikki kuningas Salomon juoma-astiat olivat kullasta, ja kaikki astiat Libanonin metsähuoneessa puhtaasta kullasta; sillä ei hopiaa miksikään luettu Salomon aikana.
And all [the] vessels of [the] drink of the king Solomon [were] gold and all [the] utensils of [the] House of [the] Forest of Lebanon [were] gold pure gold not silver [was] esteemed in [the] days of Solomon to anything.
21 Sillä kuninkaan haahdet menivät Tarsikseen Hiramin palveliain kanssa, ja tulivat kerran joka kolmantena vuotena, ja toivat kultaa, hopiaa, elephantin luita, apinoita ja riikinkukkoja.
For ships of the king [were] going Tarshish with [the] servants of Huram one [time] to three years they came - ships of Tarshish carrying gold and silver ivori and monkeys and apes.
22 Ja kuningas Salomo tuli suuremmaksi kaikkia kuninkaita maan päällä rikkaudessa ja viisaudessa.
And he became great the king Solomon more than all [the] kings of the earth to wealth and wisdom.
23 Ja kaikki kuninkaat maan päällä himoitsivat nähdä Salomon kasvoja ja kuulla hänen taitoansa, jonka Jumala hänen sydämeensä antanut oli.
And all [the] kings of the earth [were] seeking [the] face of Solomon to hear wisdom his which he had put God in heart his.
24 Ja he veivät hänelle kukin lahjansa, hopia-astioita, kulta-astioita, vaatteita, sota-aseita, yrttejä, hevosia ja muuleja, joka vuosi.
And they [were] bringing everyone gift his articles of silver and articles of gold and garments weaponry and spices horses and mules [the] matter of a year in a year.
25 Ja Salomolla oli neljätuhatta hevoskorsua ja kaksitoistakymmentä tuhatta ratsasmiestä, ja ne pantiin vaunukaupunkeihin ja kuninkaan tykö Jerusalemiin.
And it belonged to Solomon four thousand stalls of horses and chariots and two [plus] ten thousand horsemen and he placed them in [the] cities of chariotry and with the king in Jerusalem.
26 Ja hän oli kaikkein kuningasten haltia, hamasta virrasta niin Philistealaisten maahan asti, Egyptin maan rajaan saakka.
And he was ruling over all the kings from the river and to [the] land of [the] Philistines and to [the] border of Egypt.
27 Ja kuningas saatti niin paljon hopiaa Jerusalemiin kuin kiviä, ja niin paljon sedripuita toimitti hän kuin metsäfikunapuita laaksossa.
And he made the king silver in Jerusalem like stones and cedars he made like the sycamores which [are] in the Shephelah for abundance.
28 Ja Salomolle vietiin hevosia Egyptistä ja kaikista maakunnista.
And [were] brought out horses from Egypt for Solomon and from all the lands.
29 Mitä enempää Salomon asioista sanomista on, sekä ensimäisistä että viimeisistä: eikö ne ole kirjoitetut Natan prophetan aikakirjassa, ja Ahian Silonilaisen prophetiassa, niin myös Jeddin näkiän näyssä, Jerobeamia Nebatin poikaa vastoin.
And [the] rest of [the] matters of Solomon former and latter ¿ not [are] they written on [the] words of Nathan the prophet and on [the] prophecy of Ahijah the Shilonite and in [the] visions (Iddo *Q(K)*) the seer on Jeroboam [the] son of Nebat.
30 Ja Salomo hallitsi Jerusalemissa koko Israelia neljäkymmentä ajastaikaa.
And he reigned Solomon in Jerusalem over all Israel forty year[s].
31 Ja Salomo nukkui isäinsä kanssa, ja he hautasivat hänen isänsä Davidin kaupunkiin; ja Rehabeam hänen poikansa tuli kuninkaaksi hänen siaansa.
And he lay down Solomon with ancestors his and people buried him in [the] city of David father his and he became king Rehoboam son his in place of him.
