2 Wò agbɔgbɔnu sɔ tebee abe wainkplu si me wain si wotɔtɔ la mevɔna le o la ene. Wò alime keke abe bli si woli kɔe, eye dzogbenya ɖe to ɖee la ene.
Thi nawle is as a round cuppe, and wel formed, that hath neuere nede to drynkis; thi wombe is as an heep of whete, biset aboute with lilies.
3 Wò nowo le abe sãdevi eve siwo nye zi ƒe evenɔviwo la ene.
Thi twei teetis ben as twei kidis, twynnes of a capret.
4 Wò kɔ le tsralɛ abe nyiɖuxɔ tsrala ene. Wò ŋkuwo le abe Hesbon ƒe tsita si le Bat Rabingbo nu la ene. Wò ŋɔti le abe Lebanon ƒe xɔ tsrala si dze ŋgɔ Damasko la ene.
Thi necke is as a tour of yuer; thin iyen ben as cisternes in Esebon, that ben in the yate of the douyter of multitude; thi nose is as the tour of Liban, that biholdith ayens Damask.

10 Menye nye lɔlɔ̃tɔ tɔ, eye eya hã ƒe dzi le yonyeme.
Y schal cleue by loue to my derlyng, and his turnyng schal be to me.
11 Nye lɔlɔ̃tɔ, va; na míayi gbe me, eye míatsi kɔƒe me adɔ.
Come thou, my derlyng, go we out in to the feeld; dwelle we togidere in townes.
12 Na míafɔ kaba ayi waingblewo me, akpɔe ɖa be wainkawo te tsetse, woƒe seƒoƒowo ke, eye gbotiwo hã le tsetsem mahã; le afi ma matsɔ nye lɔlɔ̃ na wò.
Ryse we eerli to the vyner; se we, if the vyner hath flourid, if the flouris bryngen forth fruytis, if pumgranatis han flourid; there I schal yyue to thee my tetis.
13 Adrikewo le ya ɖem nyuie, eye atikutsetse vivi vovovowo le míaƒe ʋɔtru nu, eye medzra yeyeawo kple xoxoawo siaa ɖo na wò, nye lɔlɔ̃tɔ.
