Psalmowo 97
1 Yehowa le fia ɖum, anyigba nekpɔ dzidzɔ, eye ƒutadu siwo le didiƒe ke la netso aseye.
Adonai reigns! Let the earth rejoice! Let the multitude of islands be glad!
2 Lilikpowo kple blukɔ tsiɖitsiɖi ƒo xlãe, eye dzɔdzɔenyenye kple afia nyui tsotso nye eƒe fiazikpui ƒe gɔmeɖokpe.
Clouds and darkness are around him. Righteousness and mishpat ·justice· are the foundation of his throne.
3 Dzo le bibim le eŋgɔ, eye wòle eƒe futɔwo fiam le akpa sia akpa.
A fire goes before him, and burns up his adversaries on every side.
4 Eƒe dzikedzo si akaɖi ɖe xexea me, eye anyigba kpɔe heʋuʋu heyeheye.
His lightning lights up the world. The earth sees, and trembles.
5 Towo lolo abe yɔkumi ene le Yehowa ŋgɔ, ɛ̃, le anyigba ƒe Aƒetɔ la ŋkume.
The mountains melt like wax at the presence of Adonai, at the presence of 'Adon [Lord] of the whole earth.
6 Dziƒowo le gbeƒã ɖem eƒe dzɔdzɔenyenye, eye dukɔwo katã kpɔ eƒe ŋutikɔkɔe.
The heavens declare his righteousness. All the peoples have seen his kavod ·weighty glory·.
7 Ŋukpe lé aklamakpakpɛsubɔlawo katã, ame siwo tsɔa legbawo ƒoa adegbee, ke misubɔe, mi mawuwo katã!
Let all them be shamed who abad ·serve· engraved images, who boast in their idols. Hawa ·Bow low, prostrate· to worship him, all you angels!
8 Zion see, dzi dzɔe, eye Yuda ƒe kɔƒewo hã tso aseye le wò afia nyui tsotsowo ta, o Yehowa.
Zion [Mountain ridge, Marking] sh'ma ·heard obeyed· and was glad. The daughters of Judah [Praised] rejoiced, because of your judgments, Adonai.
9 O! Yehowa, wò koe nye Dziƒoʋĩtɔ ɖe anyigba la katã dzi, eye wodo wò ɖe dzi gbɔ mawuwo katã ta sãsãsã.
For you, Adonai, are most high above all the earth. You are exalted far above all deities.
10 Mi ame siwo lɔ̃a Yehowa la, mitsri vɔ̃, elabena edzɔa etɔ siwo wɔa nuteƒe la ƒe agbe ŋuti, eye wòɖea woƒe agbe tso ame vɔ̃ɖiwo ƒe asi me.
You who 'ahav ·affectionately love· Adonai, hate evil. He preserves the souls of his saints. He delivers them out of the hand of the wicked.
11 Kekeli klẽna ɖe ame dzɔdzɔewo dzi, eye dzidzɔkpɔkpɔ yɔa ame siwo ƒe dzi to mɔ ɖeka la ƒe dziwo me.
Light is sown for the upright, and gladness for the upright in heart.
12 Mi ame dzɔdzɔewo, mitso aseye le Yehowa me, eye mikafu eƒe ŋkɔ kɔkɔe la.
Be glad in Adonai, you upright people! Yadah ·Extend hands in thankful praise· to his holy Name.
