1 Korah ƒe viwo ƒe ha na hɛnɔ la. Woadzii ɖe gitit ƒe gbeɖiɖi nu. O! Yehowa, Dziƒoʋakɔwo ƒe Aƒetɔ, wò nɔƒe dzeani loo!
To the chief Musician. Upon the Gittith. Of the sons of Korah. A Psalm. How amiable are thy tabernacles, O Jehovah of hosts!
2 Yehowa, wò xɔxɔnuwo le nye luʋɔ dzrom kutɔkutɔe. Nye dzi kple ŋutilã le vivi dom ɖe Mawu gbagbe la ŋu.
My soul longeth, yea, even fainteth for the courts of Jehovah; my heart and my flesh cry out for the living God.
3 O! Yehowa, Dziƒoʋakɔwo ƒe Aƒetɔ, Fianye kple Mawunye, sagbadre gɔ̃ hã kpɔ nɔƒe, eye atsutsrɔe wɔ atɔ na eɖokui, afi si wòatsɔ viawo ada ɖo, be wòate ɖe wò vɔsamlekpui la ŋu.
Yea, the sparrow hath found a house, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she layeth her young, thine altars, O Jehovah of hosts, my King and my God.
4 Woayra ame siwo nɔa wò aƒe me la, elabena wole kafuwòm ɖaa. (Sela)
Blessed are they that dwell in thy house: they will be constantly praising thee. (Selah)
5 Woayra ame siwo ƒe ŋusẽ le mewò, ame siwo ƒe dzi ku ɖe xɔsemɔzɔzɔ ŋuti.
Blessed is the man whose strength is in thee, — they, in whose heart are the highways.
6 Ne woto Baka Balime la, wowɔnɛ wòzua tsidzɔƒewo, eye kelemetsi tsyɔa edzi kple yayra.
Passing through the valley of Baca, they make it a well-spring; yea, the early rain covereth it with blessings.
7 Wole azɔli dzi tso ŋusẽ me yi ŋusẽ me va se ɖe esime wo dometɔ ɖe sia ɖe nado ɖe Mawu ŋkume le Zion.
They go from strength to strength: [each one] will appear before God in Zion.
8 Yehowa, Mawu Ŋusẽkatãtɔ; O! Yakob ƒe Mawu, ɖo to nye gbedodoɖa. (Sela)
Jehovah, God of hosts, hear my prayer; give ear, O God of Jacob. (Selah)
9 O! Mawu, nye kɔ nàkpɔ míaƒe akpoxɔnu, eye nakpɔ wò amesiamina la kple amenuveve.
Behold, O God our shield, and look upon the face of thine anointed.
10 Ŋkeke ɖeka le wò xɔxɔnu nyo wu akpe le afi aɖe; enyo be manye agbonudzɔla le Mawu ƒe aƒe me wu be manɔ ame vɔ̃ɖi ƒe agbadɔ me,
For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather stand at the threshold of the house of my God, than dwell in the tents of wickedness.
11 elabena Yehowa Mawue nye ɣe kple akpoxɔnu. Yehowae naa amenuveve kple bubu, eye metea nu nyui ame siwo fɔɖiɖi mele woƒe zɔzɔme ŋu o.
For Jehovah Elohim is a sun and shield: Jehovah will give grace and glory; no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.
12 O! Yehowa, Dziƒoʋakɔwo ƒe Aƒetɔ, woayra ŋutsu si ɖoa dzi ɖe ŋuwò la.
Jehovah of hosts, blessed is the man that confideth in thee!
