1 Asaf ƒe ha. O! Mawu, mègazi kpi o, O! Mawu, mègazi ɖoɖoe o, mèganɔ anyi kpoo o.
A song a psalm of Asaph. O God [let] not silence [belong] to you may not you be silent and may not you be inactive O God.
2 Kpɔ ale si wò futɔwo le nyanyram ɖa, kpɔ ale si wò ketɔwo kɔ ta dzii ɖa.
For here! enemies your they are in an uproar! and [those who] hate you they have lifted a head.
3 Wole nu baɖa ɖom ɖe wò dukɔ ŋu le ayeme, eye woɖo nugbe ɖe ame siwo nèlɔ̃na la ŋu.
On people your they make crafty counsel so they may consult together on treasured [ones] your.
4 Wogblɔ be, “Miva, míatsrɔ̃ wo, be womaganye dukɔ o, eye womagaɖo ŋku Israel ƒe ŋkɔ dzi akpɔ gbeɖe o.”
They have said come and let us annihilate them from a nation and not it will be remembered [the] name of Israel again.
5 Wotsɔ tameɖoɖo ɖeka de adaŋu, eye wobla ɖe ŋuwò,
For they have consulted heart together on you a covenant they are making.
6 ame siwo le Edom ƒe agbadɔwo me, Ismaelitɔwo, Moabtɔwo, Hagritɔwo,

7 Gebalitɔwo, Amonviwo, Amalekitɔwo, Filistitɔwo kple ame siwo tso Tiro.
Gebal and Ammon and Amalek Philistia with [the] inhabitants of Tyre.
8 Asiria gɔ̃ hã kpe ɖe wo ŋu, be wòado alɔ Lot ƒe dzidzimeviwo. (Sela)
Also Assyria it has joined itself with them they have become an arm for [the] children of Lot (Selah)
9 Wɔ wo abe ale si nèwɔ Midian, Sisera kple Yabin le Kison tɔsisi la to ene,
Do to them like Midian like Sisera like Jabin at [the] wadi of Kishon.
10 ame siwo tsrɔ̃ le Endor, eye wole abe gbeɖuɖɔ ene le anyigba.
They were destroyed at En-dor they became dung for the ground.
11 Wɔ woƒe bubumewo abe Oreb kple Zeb ene, eye woƒe dumegãwo abe Zeba kple Zalmuna ene,
Make them noble [people] their like Oreb and like Zeeb and like Zebah and like Zalmunna all princes their.
12 ame siwo gblɔ be, “Mina míaxɔ Mawu ƒe lãnyiƒewo.”
Who they said let us take possession of for ourselves [the] pastures of God.
13 O! Nye Mawu, wɔ wo abe betsyo kple blitsa si ya lɔ ɖe nu ene.
O God my make them like whirling dust like chaff before a wind.
14 Abe ale si dzo biaa ave, alo dzo ƒe aɖe tɔa dzo towo ene la,
Like a fire [which] it burns a forest and like a flame [which] it sets ablaze mountains.
15 nenemae nàti wo yomee kple wò ya sesẽ, eye nàdo ŋɔdzi na wo kple wò ahom.
So you will pursue them with storm your and with storm-wind your you will terrify them.
16 Tsɔ ŋukpe tsyɔ mo na wo, ale be amewo nadi wò ŋkɔ, O Yehowa.
Fill faces their shame so they may seek name your O Yahweh.
17 Na ŋukpe nalé wo, woƒe mo natsi dãa, eye wonetsrɔ̃ le ŋukpe me.
May they be ashamed and they may be dismayed until perpetuity and may they be abashed and they may perish.
18 Na woanya be wò, ame si ŋkɔe nye Yehowa la, wò koe nye Dziƒoʋĩtɔ la ɖe anyigba blibo la dzi.
And they may know that you name your [is] Yahweh to alone you [the] Most High over all the earth.
