For the Chief Musician. By the sons of Korah. According to Alamoth. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
2 Eya ta ne anyigba gli le zi dzi hã la, míavɔ̃ o, ne towo ho ɖadze atsiaƒu me,
Therefore we won’t be afraid, though the earth changes, though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas;

though its waters roar and are troubled, though the mountains tremble with their swelling. (Selah)
4 Tɔsisi aɖe li, esi ƒe tsiwo doa dzidzɔ na Mawu ƒe du, teƒe kɔkɔe, afi si Dziƒoʋĩtɔ la nɔna.
There is a river, the streams of which make the city of God glad, the holy place of the tents of the Most High.
5 Mawu le afi ma, eya ta mamu adze anyi o. Mawu akpe ɖe eŋu ne ŋu ke teti.
God is within her. She shall not be moved. God will help her at dawn.
6 Hoowɔwɔ ɖo dukɔwo me, fiaɖuƒewo mu; ekɔ eƒe gbe dzi, tete anyigba lolo.
The nations raged. The kingdoms were moved. He lifted his voice and the earth melted.
7 Yehowa, Dziƒoʋakɔwo ƒe Aƒetɔ la li kpli mí, Yakob ƒe Mawu la nye míaƒe mɔ sesẽ. (Sela)
The LORD of Hosts is with us. The God of Jacob is our refuge. (Selah)
8 Miva kpɔ Yehowa ƒe dɔwɔwɔwo ɖa, miva kpɔ gbegblẽ si wòhe va anyigba dzi la ɖa.
Come, see the LORD’s works, what desolations he has made in the earth.
9 Ena aʋawɔwɔ nu tso va se ɖe keke anyigba ƒe mlɔenu ke; eŋe da, eye wòfli akplɔ, hetɔ dzo akpoxɔnuwo.
He makes wars cease to the end of the earth. He breaks the bow, and shatters the spear. He burns the chariots in the fire.
10 “Ɖe dzi ɖi, eye nànya be nyee nye Mawu. Woadom ɖe dzi le dukɔwo dome, eye woadom ɖe dzi le anyigba dzi.”
“Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted amongst the nations. I will be exalted in the earth.”
11 Yehowa Dziƒoʋakɔwo ƒe Aƒetɔ la li kpli mí, Yakob ƒe Mawu la nye míaƒe mɔ sesẽ. (Sela)
The LORD of Hosts is with us. The God of Jacob is our refuge. (Selah)
