1 Woayra ame siwo kpɔtsɔtsɔ mele woƒe mɔwo ŋu o, ame siwo zɔna ɖe Yehowa ƒe se la nu.
Blessed are those whose ways are blameless, who walk according to Adonai’s Torah ·Teaching·.
2 Woayra ame siwo léa eƒe ɖoɖowo me ɖe asi, eye wodinɛ kple woƒe dzi blibo.
Blessed are those who keep his testimonies, who seek him with their whole heart.
3 Womewɔa vɔ̃ aɖeke o; ke boŋ wozɔna le eƒe mɔwo dzi.
Yes, they do nothing wrong. They walk in his ways.
4 Èwɔ se siwo dzi wòle be woawɔ ɖo blibo la da ɖi.
You have enjoined your precepts, that we should fully obey them.
5 O! Ɖe nye mɔwo li ke sesĩe le wò sewo dzi wɔwɔ me la, anyo ŋutɔ.
Oh that my ways were steadfast to obey your statutes!
6 Ekema ŋu makpem ne mebu wò sewo katã ŋu o.
Then I would not be disappointed, when I consider all of your mitzvot ·instructions·.
7 Makafu wò le dzi dzɔdzɔe me, ne mele wò se dzɔdzɔeawo srɔ̃m.
I will yadah ·extend hands in thankful praise· to you with uprightness of heart, when I learn your righteous judgments.
8 Mawɔ ɖe wò sededewo dzi, eya ta mègagblẽm ɖi keŋkeŋ o.
I will observe your statutes. Don’t utterly forsake me. BET and VET

How can a young man keep his way pure? By living according to your word.

With my whole heart, I have sought you. Don’t let me wander from your mitzvot ·instructions·.
11 Meɣla wò nya ɖe nye dzi me, be nyemawɔ nu vɔ̃ ɖe ŋuwò o.
I have hidden your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you.
12 O! Yehowa, woakafu wò ɖaa; fia wò sededewom.
Blessed are you, Adonai. Teach me your statutes.
13 Matsɔ nye nu axlẽ se siwo katã do tso wò nu me la afia.
With my lips, I have declared all the judgments of your mouth.
14 Melé wò ɖoɖowo me ɖe asi dzidzɔtɔe, abe ale si ame kpɔa dzidzɔ ɖe kesinɔnu gbogbowo ŋu ene.
I have rejoiced in the way of your testimonies, as much as in all riches.
15 Mede ŋugble le wò ɖoɖowo ŋu, eye melé ŋku ɖe wò mɔwo ŋu.
I will meditate on your precepts, and consider your ways.
16 Wò sededewo doa dzidzɔ nam, nyemaŋlɔ wò nya la be o.
I will delight myself in your regulations. I will not forget your word. GIMEL
17 Wɔ nyui na wò dɔla, be manɔ agbe. Mawɔ wò nya la dzi.
Do good to your servant. I will live and I will obey your word.
18 Ʋu nye ŋkuwo be makpɔ nukunuwo le wò se la me.
Open my eyes, that I may see wondrous things out of your Torah ·Teaching·.
19 Amedzroe menye le anyigba dzi, eya ta mègaɣla wò sededewo ɖem o.
I am a stranger on the earth. Don’t hide your mitzvot ·instructions·from me.
20 Nu te nye luʋɔ ŋu, le wò sewo yometiti ɣe sia ɣi ta.
My soul is consumed with longing for your judgments at all times.
21 Èka mo na dadalawo, ame siwo woƒo fi de, eye wotra tso wò sewo gbɔ.
You have rebuked the proud who are cursed, who wander from your mitzvot ·instructions·.
22 Ɖe ŋukpe kple vlododo ɖa le ŋunye, elabena melé wò sewo me ɖe asi.
Take reproach and contempt away from me, for I have kept your testimonies.
23 Togbɔ be dziɖulawo nɔ anyi ɖe teƒe ɖeka, eye wole ŋunye gblẽm hã la, wò dɔla ade ŋugble le wò sededewo ŋu.
Though princes sit and slander me, your servant will meditate on your statutes.
24 Wò ɖoɖowo dzɔa dzi nam; wonye nye aɖaŋuɖolawo.
Indeed your testimonies are my delight, and my counselors. DALET
25 Wotsɔm mlɔ anyigba le ke me, kpɔ nye agbe ta le wò nya la nu.
My soul is laid low in the dust. Revive me according to your word!
26 Mexlẽ nye mɔwo fia, eye nèɖo tom. Fia wò sededewom.
I declared my ways, and you answered me. Teach me your statutes.
27 Na mase wò sewo ƒe nufiafia gɔme; ekema made ŋugble le wò nukunuwo ŋu.
Let me understand the teaching of your precepts! Then I will meditate on your wondrous works.
28 Nuxaxa na nye luʋɔ gbɔdzɔ; do ŋusẽm le wò nya la nu.
My soul is weary with sorrow: strengthen me according to your word.
29 Ɖem le alakpamɔwo dzi, eye nàve nunye to wò se la dzi.
Keep me from the way of deceit. Teach me your Torah ·Teaching· in your favor!
30 Metia nyateƒe ƒe mɔ, eye nye dzi ku ɖe wò sewo ŋu.
I have chosen the way of truth. I have set your judgments before me.
31 Meku ɖe wò sewo ŋu vevie, o Yehowa, eya ta mègana ŋu nakpem o.
I cling to your testimonies, Adonai. Don’t let me be disappointed.
32 Mele du dzi le wò sewo ƒe mɔ dzi, elabena èna nye dzi gbɔ ɖe me.
I run in the path of your mitzvot ·instructions·, for you have set my heart free. HEY
33 O, Yehowa, fia ale si madze wò sededewo yomee lam, ekema malé wo me ɖe asi va se ɖe nuwuwu.
Teach me, Adonai, the way of your statutes. I will keep them to the end.

Give me understanding, and I will keep your Torah ·Teaching·. Yes, I will obey it with my whole heart.
35 Dam ɖe wò sededewo ƒe mɔ dzi, elabena afi ma mekpɔa dzidzɔ le.
Direct me in the path of your mitzvot ·instructions·, for I delight in them.
36 Trɔ nye dzi ɖe wò sewo ŋu, ke menye ɖe ɖokuitɔdidi ƒe viɖe ŋu o.
Turn my heart toward your testimonies, not toward selfish gain.
37 Ɖe nye ŋku ɖa le nu maɖinuwo ŋu, eye nàɖe nye agbe le wò nya la nu.
Turn my eyes away from looking at worthless things. Revive me in your ways.
38 Wɔ wò ŋugbedodo la dzi na wò dɔla, ale be woavɔ̃ wò.
Fulfill your promise to your servant, that you may be feared.
39 Ɖe ŋukpe si vɔ̃m mele la ɖa, elabena wò sewo nyo.
Take away my disgrace that I dread, for your judgments are good.
40 Mele wò sewo dim vevie ŋutɔ! Le wò dzɔdzɔenyenye ta, ɖe nye agbe.
Behold, I long for your precepts! Revive me in your righteousness. VAV
41 O! Yehowa, wò lɔlɔ̃ si meʋãna o la neva gbɔnye; nenema kee nye wò xɔname hã le wò ŋugbedodo la nu,
Let your cheshed ·loving-kindness· also come to me, Adonai, your salvation, according to your word.
42 ekema maɖo eŋu na ame si le alɔme ɖem le ŋunye, elabena meka ɖe wò nya dzi.
So I will have an answer for him who reproaches me, for I trust in your word.
43 Mègaɖe nyateƒe ƒe nya la le nye nu me o, elabena meda nye mɔkpɔkpɔ ɖe wò sewo dzi.
Don’t snatch the word of truth out of my mouth, for I put my hope in your judgments.
44 Mawɔ ɖe wò se la dzi ɣe sia ɣi, tso mavɔ me yi ɖe mavɔ me.
So I will obey your Torah ·Teaching· continually, forever and ever.
45 Mazɔ le ablɔɖe me, elabena medi wò ɖoɖowo yomemɔ.
I will walk in liberty, for I have sought your precepts.
46 Maƒo nu tso wò sewo ŋu le fiawo ŋkume, eye ŋu makpem o.
I will also speak of your testimonies before kings, and will not be disappointed.
47 Wò sededewo doa dzidzɔ nam, elabena melɔ̃a wo.
I will delight myself in your mitzvot ·instructions·, because I 'ahav ·affectionately love· them.
48 Medo nye asiwo ɖe dzi na wò sedede siwo melɔ̃ la, eye mede ŋugble le wò sededewo ŋu.

Remember your word to your servant, because you gave me hope.

This is my comfort in my affliction, for your word has revived me.

The arrogant mock me excessively, but I don’t swerve from your Torah ·Teaching·.
52 O! Yehowa, meɖo ŋku wò blemasewo dzi, elabena mekpɔa akɔfafa le wo me.
I remember your judgments of old, Adonai, and have comforted myself.
53 Ŋɔdzi lém le ame vɔ̃ɖiwo ta, ame siwo gbe nu le wò se la gbɔ.
Indignation has taken hold on me, because of the wicked who forsake your Torah ·Teaching·.
54 Afi sia afi si medze la, wò sewo nyea nye ha ƒe tanya.
Your statutes have been my songs, in the house where I live.
55 O! Yehowa, le zã me la, meɖoa ŋku wò ŋkɔ dzi, eye malé wò sewo me ɖe asi.
I have remembered your name, Adonai, in the night, and I obey your Torah ·Teaching·.

I sought your favor with my whole heart. Be merciful to me according to your word.

I considered my ways, and turned my steps to your testimonies.
60 Maɖe abla, nyemahe ɖe megbe o, be mawɔ ɖe wò sededewo dzi.
I will hurry, and not delay, to obey your mitzvot ·instructions·.
61 Togbɔ be ame vɔ̃ɖiwo blam kple ka hã la, nyemaŋlɔ wò sewo be o.
The ropes of the wicked bind me, but I won’t forget your Torah ·Teaching·.
62 Mefɔ le zãtitina be mada akpe na wò ɖe wò se dzɔdzɔeawo ta.
At midnight I will rise to yadah ·extend hands in thankful praise· to you, because of your righteous judgments.
63 Menye xɔ̃ na ame siwo katã vɔ̃a wò kple ame siwo katã dze wò sewo yome.
I am a friend of all those who fear you, of those who observe your precepts.
64 O! Yehowa, anyigba dzi yɔ fũu kple wò lɔlɔ̃, eya ta fia wò sededewom.
The earth is full of your cheshed ·loving-kindness·, Adonai. Teach me your statutes. TET
65 O! Yehowa, wɔ nyui na wò dɔla le wò nya la nu.
Do good to your servant, according to your word, Adonai.
66 Fia nunya kple afia nyui tsotsom, elabena mexɔ wò sededewo dzi se.
Teach me good judgment and knowledge, for I believe in your mitzvot ·instructions·.
67 Hafi woava aka hiãm la, metra mɔ, ke azɔ la, meɖo to wò nya la.
Before I was afflicted, I went astray; but now I observe your word.
68 Wò la, ènyo, eye nu si nèwɔ la hã nyo, eya ta fia wò sededewom.
You are good, and do good. Teach me your statutes.
69 Togbɔ be dadalawo tsɔ alakpa sisi ɖe ŋunye keŋ hã la, melé wò sewo me ɖe asi kple nye dzi blibo.
The proud have smeared a lie upon me. With my whole heart, I will keep your precepts.
70 Woƒe dzi ku atri, eye megasea naneke o, ke nye la, mekpɔa dzidzɔ ɖe wò se la ŋu.
Their heart is as callous as the fat, but I delight in your Torah ·Teaching·.
71 Enyo be woka hiãm, ale be mate ŋu asrɔ̃ wò sededewo.
It is good for me that I have been afflicted, that I may learn your statutes.
72 Se siwo do tso wò nu me la xɔ asi nam wu sika kple klosalo akpewo.
The Torah ·Teaching· of your mouth is better to me than thousands of pieces of gold and silver. YOD or YUD
73 Wò asie wɔm, eye wò asimee medo tso; tsɔ gɔmesese nam, be masrɔ̃ wò sededewo.
Your hands have made me and formed me. Give me understanding, that I may learn your mitzvot ·instructions·.
74 Na ame siwo vɔ̃a wò la nakpɔ dzidzɔ ne wokpɔm, elabena metsɔ nye mɔkpɔkpɔ da ɖe wò nya la dzi.
Those who fear you will see me and be glad, because I have put my hope in your word.
75 O! Yehowa, menya be wò sewo le dzɔdzɔe, eye le wò dzɔdzɔenyenye la me, nèka hiãm.
Adonai, I know that your judgments are righteous, that in faithfulness you have afflicted me.
76 Na be wò lɔlɔ̃ si meʋãna o la nanye nye akɔfafa, le ŋugbe si nèdo na wò dɔla la ta.
Please let your cheshed ·loving-kindness· be for my comfort, according to your word to your servant.
77 Wò dɔmenyo neɖiɖi ɖe dzinye, be manɔ agbe, elabena wò se lae nye nye dzidzɔ.
Let your tender racham ·merciful love· come to me, that I may live; for your Torah ·Teaching· is my delight.
78 Na ŋu nakpe dadala, le esi wòwɔ vɔ̃ ɖe ŋunye, nye nanekemawɔmawɔe; ke nye la, made ŋugble le wò ɖoɖowo ŋu.
Let the proud be disappointed, for they have overthrown me wrongfully. I will meditate on your precepts.
79 Na ame siwo vɔ̃a wò la natrɔ ɖe ŋunye, ame siwo se wò nuɖoanyiwo gɔme.
Let those who fear you turn to me. They will know your testimonies.
80 Na kpɔtsɔtsɔ manɔ nye dzi ŋuti ɖe wò sededewo ŋu o, ale be ŋu makpem o.
Let my heart be blameless toward your statutes, that I may not be disappointed. KAF
81 Nu ti kɔ na nye luʋɔ le wò ɖeɖedidi vevie ta, gake metsɔ nye mɔkpɔkpɔ da ɖe wò nya la dzi.
My soul faints for your salvation. I hope in your word.
82 Nu te nye ŋkuwo ŋu, le mɔkpɔkpɔ na wò ŋugbedodo la ta. Megblɔ be, “Ɣe ka ɣi nàfa akɔ nam?”
My eyes fail for your word. I say, “When will you comfort me?”

For I have become like a wineskin in the smoke. I don’t forget your statutes.
84 Va se ɖe ɣe ka ɣi wò dɔla alala? Ɣe ka ɣi nàhe to na yonyemetilawo?
How many are the days of your servant? When will you execute judgement on those who persecute me?
85 Dadalawo ɖe ʋe ɖi nam, nu si tsi tsitre ɖe wò se la ŋu.
The proud have dug pits for me, contrary to your Torah ·Teaching·.
86 Wò sededewo katã nye nu si dzi woaka ɖo; kpe ɖe ŋunye, elabena amewo ti yonyeme susumanɔmetɔe.
All of your mitzvot ·instructions· are faithful. They persecute me wrongfully. Help me!
87 Esusɔ vie woɖem ɖa le anyigba dzi kloe, gake nyemeŋlɔ wò ɖoɖowo be o.
They had almost wiped me from the earth, but I didn’t forsake your precepts.
88 Le wò lɔlɔ̃ la ta, kpɔ nye agbe ta, eye maɖo to se siwo do tso wò nu me.
Preserve my life according to your cheshed ·loving-kindness·, so I will obey the testimonies of your mouth. LAMED

Your faithfulness is to all generations. You have established the earth, and it remains.

The wicked have waited for me, to destroy me. I will consider your testimonies.

I have seen a limit to all perfection, but your mitzvot ·instructions· are boundless. MEM

I understand more than the aged, because I have kept your precepts.
101 Meɖe nye afɔ ɖa le mɔ vɔ̃ ɖe sia ɖe dzi, ale be mawɔ ɖe wò nya la dzi.
I have kept my feet from every evil way, that I might observe your word.
102 Nyemedzo le wò sewo gbɔ o, elabena wò ŋutɔe fia num.
I have not turned aside from your judgments, for you have taught me.
103 Wò nyawo vivia nunye ŋutɔ, eye wovivina le nye nu me wu anyitsi nyuitɔ!
How sweet are your promises to my taste, more than honey to my mouth!
104 Gɔmesese su asinye to wò sewo dzi, eya ta metsri mɔ gɔglɔ̃ ɖe sia ɖe.
Through your precepts, I get understanding; therefore I hate every false way. NUN

I am afflicted very much. Revive me, Adonai, according to your word.

Accept, I beg you, the willing offerings of my mouth. Adonai, teach me your judgments.

My soul is continually in my hand, yet I won’t forget your Torah ·Teaching·.

The wicked have laid a snare for me, yet I haven’t gone astray from your precepts.

I have taken your testimonies as a heritage forever, for they are the joy of my heart.

Uphold me according to your word, that I may live. Let me not be ashamed of my hope.

Hold me up, and I will be safe, and will have respect for your statutes continually.

You reject all those who stray from your statutes, for their deceit is in vain.

You put away all the wicked of the earth like dross. Therefore I 'ahav ·affectionately love· your testimonies.

Ensure your servant’s well-being. Don’t let the proud oppress me.

My eyes fail looking for your yishu'ah ·salvation·, for your righteous word.
124 Wɔ nu kple wò dɔla le wò lɔlɔ̃ ta, eye nàfia wò sededewom.
Deal with your servant according to your cheshed ·loving-kindness·. Teach me your statutes.
125 Wò dɔlae menye, eya ta na sidzedzem, be mase wò nuɖoanyiwo gɔme.
I am your servant. Give me understanding, that I may know your testimonies.
126 O! Yehowa, ɣeyiɣi de na wò be nàɖe afɔ, elabena wole wò sewo tum.
It is time to act, Adonai, for they break your Torah ·Teaching·.
127 Elabena melɔ̃ wò sewo wu sika kple sika nyuitɔ.
Therefore I 'ahav ·affectionately love· your mitzvot ·instructions· more than gold, yes, more than pure gold.

The entrance of your words gives light. It gives understanding to the simple.
131 Meke nu ɖe te hele gbɔgbɔm fuxefuxe, le wò sewo dim vevie.
I opened my mouth wide and panted, for I longed for your mitzvot ·instructions·.
132 Trɔ ɖe ŋunye, eye nàkpɔ nye nublanui abe ale si nèwɔnɛ ɖaa na ame siwo lɔ̃a wò ŋkɔ la ene.
Turn to me, and be merciful towards me, as you always do mishpat ·justice· to those who 'ahav ·affectionately love· your name.
133 Na maɖe afɔ le wò nya la nu, eye mègana nu vɔ̃ aɖeke naɖu dzinye o.
Establish my footsteps in your word. Don’t let any iniquity have dominion over me.
134 Ɖem tso amewo ƒe teteɖeanyi me, be mawɔ ɖe wò ɖoɖowo dzi.
Redeem me from the oppression of man, so I will observe your precepts.
135 Na wò mo naklẽ na wò dɔla, eye nàfia wò sededewom.
Make your face shine on your servant. Teach me your statutes.
136 Aɖatsi le sisim le nye ŋkuwo me abe tɔʋu ene, elabena womewɔ wò sewo dzi o.
Streams of tears run down my eyes, because they don’t observe your Torah ·Teaching·. TZADI
137 O! Yehowa, wò la, dzɔdzɔetɔe nènye, eye wò sewo hã le dzɔdzɔe.
You are righteous, Adonai. Your judgments are upright.
138 Nu siwo nèɖo anyi hã la le dzɔdzɔe, woaka ɖe wo dzi ɖikeke manɔmee.
Your testimonies you have enjoined are in righteousness. They are fully trustworthy.
139 Dzo si metsɔ ɖe ŋuwò la na megbɔdzɔ, elabena nye futɔwo gbe nu le wò nyawo gbɔ.
My zeal wears me out, because my enemies ignore your words.
140 Wodo wò ŋugbedodowo katã kpɔ nyuie, eye wò dɔla lɔ̃ wo ŋutɔ.
Your promises have been thoroughly tested, and your servant 'ahav ·affectionately loves· them.
141 Togbɔ be wodo vlom, eye nyemele ɖeke me o hã la, nyemeŋlɔ wò ɖoɖowo be o.
I am small and despised. I don’t forget your precepts.
142 Wò dzɔdzɔenyenye li tso mavɔ me yi ɖe mavɔ me, eye wò se la hã nye nyateƒe.
Your righteousness is an everlasting righteousness. Your Torah ·Teaching· is truth.
143 Fukpekpe kple xaxa va dzinye, gake wò sededewo doa dzidzɔ nam.
Trouble and anguish have taken hold of me. Your mitzvot ·instructions· are my delight.
144 Wò nuɖoanyiwo le dzɔdzɔe ɖaa, eya ta na gɔmesesem, be manɔ agbe.
Your testimonies are righteous forever. Give me understanding, that I may live. KOF or KUF

Wholeheartedly I am calling on you; Answer me, Adonai! I will keep your statutes.
146 Wòe meyɔ, xɔ nam, eye malé wò ɖoɖoawo me ɖe asi.
I have called to you. Save me! I will obey your testimonies.
147 Mefɔ hafi ŋu ke, eye medo ɣli be woaxɔ nam, ke metsɔ nye mɔkpɔkpɔ da ɖe wò nya la dzi.
I rise before dawn and cry for help. I put my hope in your words.
148 Nye ŋkuwo le te le zã blibo la katã me, be made ŋugble le wò ŋugbedodowo ŋu.
My eyes stay open through the night watches, that I might meditate on your word.
149 Se nye gbe, le wò lɔlɔ̃ la ta, O! Yehowa, ɖe nye agbe, le wò sewo ƒe ɖoɖo nu.
Sh'ma ·Hear obey· my voice according to your cheshed ·loving-kindness·. Revive me, Adonai, according to your judgments.
150 Ame siwo le nu vɔ̃ɖiwo ɖom la gogo, gake wodidi tso wò se la gbɔ.
They draw near who follow after wickedness. They are far from your Torah ·Teaching·.
151 O! Yehowa, ètsɔ ɖe gbɔnye ɖe! Wò sededewo katã hã nye nyateƒe.
You are near, Adonai. All your mitzvot ·instructions· are truth.
152 Mesrɔ̃ nu tso wò se la me gbe aɖe gbe ke, be èɖo wo gɔme anyi be woanɔ anyi tso mavɔ me yi ɖe mavɔ me.
Of old I have known from your testimonies, that you have founded them forever. RESH

Consider my affliction, and deliver me, for I don’t forget your Torah ·Teaching·.

Plead my cause, and redeem me! Revive me according to your promise.

Yishu'ah ·Salvation· is far from the wicked, for they don’t seek your statutes.

Great is your tender racham ·merciful love· to me, Adonai. Revive me according to your judgments.
157 Futɔ siwo ti yonyeme la sɔ gbɔ ŋutɔ, gake nyemetrɔ le wò ɖoɖowo yome o.
Many are my persecutors and my adversaries. I haven’t deviated from your testimonies.
158 Menyɔ ŋu xɔsemanɔsitɔwo, elabena womewɔa wò nya la dzi o.
I look at the faithless with loathing, because they don’t observe your word.
159 Kpɔ ale si melɔ̃ wò sewoe ɖa; eya ta o Yehowa, kpɔ nye agbe ta le wò lɔlɔ̃ la ta.
Consider how I 'ahav ·affectionately love· your precepts. Revive me, Adonai, according to your cheshed ·loving-kindness·.
160 Wò nyawo katã nye nyateƒe, eye wò dzɔdzɔenyenye ƒe sewo katã nye se mavɔwo.
All of your words are truth. Every one of your righteous judgments endures forever. SIN and SHIN
161 Dziɖulawo tia nye agbe yome susumanɔŋutɔe, gake nye dzi dzo nyanyanya le wò nya la ta.
Princes have persecuted me without a cause, but my heart stands in awe of your words.

I rejoice at your word, as one who finds great plunder.

I hate and abhor falsehood. I 'ahav ·affectionately love· your Torah ·Teaching·.
164 Mekafua wò zi adre le ŋkeke me, le wò se dzɔdzɔeawo ta.
Seven times a day, I praise you, because of your righteous judgments.
165 Ame siwo lɔ̃a wò se la, kpɔa ŋutifafa gã aɖe, eye naneke mawɔ wo woakli nu o.
Those who 'ahav ·affectionately love· your Torah ·Teaching· have great peace. Nothing causes them to stumble.
166 O! Yehowa, mele wò xɔxɔ lalam, eye manɔ wò sededewo yome.
I have hoped for your yishu'ah ·salvation·, Adonai. I obey your mitzvot ·instructions·.
167 Mawɔ ɖe wò nuɖoanyiwo dzi, elabena melɔ̃ wo ŋutɔ.
My soul has observed your testimonies. I 'ahav ·affectionately love· them exceedingly.
168 Mawɔ ɖe wò sewo kple ɖoɖowo dzi, elabena nye mɔwo katã le nyanya na wò.
I have obeyed your precepts and your testimonies, for all my ways are before you. TAV

Let my cry come before you, Adonai. Give me understanding according to your word.

Let my supplication come before you. Deliver me according to your word.
171 Nye nuyiwo negbã go kple kafukafu, elabena èfia wò sededewom.
Let my lips utter tehilah ·praise song·, for you teach me your statutes.
172 Nye aɖe adzi ha le wò nya la ŋu, elabena wò sededewo katã le dzɔdzɔe.
Let my tongue sing of your word, for all your mitzvot ·instructions· are righteousness.
173 Wò asi nenɔ klalo akpe ɖe ŋunye, elabena metia wò sewo.
Let your hand be ready to help me, for I have chosen your precepts.
174 O! Yehowa, wò xɔname le dzroyem vevie ŋutɔ, elabena wò se lae nye nye dzidzɔ.
I have longed for your yishu'ah ·salvation·, Adonai. Your Torah ·Teaching· is my delight.
175 Na manɔ agbe, ne makafu wò, eye na wò sewo nalém ɖe te.
Let my soul live, that I may praise you. Let your judgments help me.
176 Metra mɔ abe alẽ bubu ene. Di wò dɔla la, elabena nyemeŋlɔ wò sededewo be o.
I have gone astray like a lost sheep. Seek your servant, for I don’t forget your mitzvot ·instructions·.
