< Psalmowo 108 >
1 Hadzidzi. David ƒe ha. O! Mawu, nye dzi le te goŋgoŋgoŋ. Madzi ha, aƒo saŋku kple nye luʋɔ blibo.
[A Song. A Psalm by David.] My heart is steadfast, God. I will sing and I will make music with my soul.
2 Saŋku kple kasaŋku, minyɔ! Manyɔ fɔŋli.
Wake up, harp and lyre. I will wake up the dawn.
3 O! Yehowa, makafu wò le dukɔwo dome, eye madzi ha le ŋuwò le anyigbadzitɔwo dome,
I will give thanks to you, LORD, among the nations. I will sing praises to you among the peoples.
4 elabena wò lɔlɔ̃ de blibo, hekɔ wu dziƒowo, eye wò nuteƒewɔwɔ yi ɖatɔ lilikpowo.
For your loving kindness is great above the heavens. Your faithfulness reaches to the skies.
5 O! Mawu, woado wò ɖe dzi agbɔ dziƒowo ŋu, eye na wò ŋutikɔkɔe naxɔ anyigba blibo la dzi.
Be exalted, God, above the heavens. Let your glory be over all the earth.
6 Ɖe mí, eye nàkpe ɖe mía ŋu kple wò nuɖusibɔ, be ame siwo nèlɔ̃ vevie la nakpɔ ɖeɖe.
That your beloved may be delivered, save with your right hand, and answer us.
7 Mawu ƒo nu tso eƒe kɔkɔeƒe la be, “Mama Sekem le dziɖuɖu me, eye madzidze Sukɔt Balime.
God has spoken from his sanctuary: "In triumph, I will divide Shechem, and measure out the Valley of Succoth.
8 Gilead nye tɔnye, Manase hã tɔnyee; nye gakukue nye Efraim, eye Yuda nye nye fiatikplɔ.
Gilead is mine. Manasseh is mine. Ephraim also is my helmet. Judah is my scepter.
9 Moab nye nye tsiletɔkpo, matsɔ nye atokota aƒu gbe ɖe Edom dzi, eye mado dziɖuɖuɣli ɖe Filistia ŋu.”
Moab is my wash pot. I will toss my sandal on Edom. I will shout in triumph over Philistia."
10 Ame ka akplɔm ayi du sesẽ la mee? Ame ka akplɔm ayi Edom?
Who will bring me into the fortified city? Who has led me to Edom?
11 O! Mawu, ɖe menye wòe oa? Nu ka wɔ nègbe mí, eye mègadona kple míaƒe aʋakɔwo o?
Haven't you rejected us, God? You do not go forth, God, with our armies.
12 Kpe ɖe mía ŋu ɖe míaƒe futɔwo ŋuti, elabena èna amegbetɔ ƒe kpekpeɖeŋu mele nemi hã me o.
Give us help against the enemy, for the help of man is vain.
13 Ne Mawu le mía dzi la, míaɖu dzi, eye wòafanya míaƒe futɔwo ɖe eƒe afɔ te.
Through God, we will do valiantly. For it is he who will trample down our enemies.
