Psalmowo 103
1 David ƒe ha. O! Nye luʋɔ, kafu Yehowa; nu siwo katã le menye la, mikafu eƒe ŋkɔ kɔkɔe la.
Praise Adonai, my soul! All that is within me, praise his holy name!
2 O! Nye luʋɔ, kafu Yehowa, eye mègaŋlɔ nu nyui siwo katã wòwɔ na wò la be o.
Praise Adonai, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits;
3 Ame si tsɔ wò vodadawo katã kea wò, eye wòdaa gbe le wò dɔlélewo katã ŋu.
who forgives all your depravities (moral evils); who heals all your diseases;
4 Ame si ɖea wò agbe tso ʋe me, eye wòtsɔa lɔlɔ̃ kple nublanuikpɔkpɔ ɖɔna na wò.
who redeems your life from destruction; who crowns you with chesed ·loving-kindness· and tender rachamim ·merciful loves·;
5 Ame si tsɔa nu nyuiwo ɖia ƒo na wò didiwo, ale be wò ɖekakpuinyenye gaɖoa yeye me abe hɔ̃ tɔ ene.
who satisfies your desire with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
6 Yehowa lɔ̃a nu dzɔdzɔe wɔwɔ, eye wòtsoa afia na ame siwo katã wote ɖe anyi.
Adonai executes righteous acts, and mishpat ·justice· for all who are oppressed.
7 Ena Mose nya eƒe mɔwo, eye wòna Israelviwo nya eƒe nuwɔwɔwo.
He made known his ways to Moses [Drawn out], his deeds to the children of Israel [God prevails].
8 Yehowa kpɔa nublanui, eye wòvea ame nu, medoa dɔmedzoe kabakaba o, eye lɔlɔ̃ bɔ ɖe esi.
Adonai is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abundant in chesed ·loving-kindness·.
9 Metsɔa nya ɖe ame ŋu ɣe sia ɣi, alo léa dɔmedzoe ɖi ɖikaa o.
He will not always accuse; neither will he stay angry forever.
10 Mewɔna na mí ɖe míaƒe nu vɔ̃wo nu, alo ɖoa eteƒe na mí ɖe míaƒe vodadawo nu o.
He has not dealt with us according to our crimes deserving penalty, sins ·missing the goal·, nor repaid us for our depravities (moral evils).
11 Elabena abe ale si dziƒo kɔ tso anyigba gbɔe ene la, nenemae eƒe lɔlɔ̃ loloe na ame siwo vɔ̃nɛ.
For as the heavens are high above the earth, so great is his chesed ·loving-kindness· toward those who fear him.
12 Abe ale si ɣedzeƒe didii tso ɣetoɖoƒe gbɔ ene la, nenemae wòte míaƒe dzidadawo ɖa tso mía gbɔe.
As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our rebellious breaches of relationships from us.
13 Abe ale si fofo ƒe dɔ me trɔna ɖe viawo ŋuti ene la, nenemae Yehowa kpɔa nublanui na ame siwo vɔ̃nɛ,
Like a father has racham ·compassionate merciful love· on his children, so Adonai has racham ·compassionate merciful love· on those who fear him.
14 elabena enya ale si wowɔ mí, eye eɖo ŋku edzi be ʋuʋudedi ko míenye.
For he knows how we are made. He remembers that we are dust.
15 Amegbetɔ ƒe ŋkekewo le abe gbe ene, edzena abe seƒoƒo le gbedzi ene;
As for man, his days are like grass. As a flower of the field, so he flourishes.
16 ya ƒona toa edzi, eye meganɔa anyi o, womegaɖoa ŋku eteƒe gɔ̃ hã dzi o.
For the wind passes over it, and it is gone. Its place remembers it no more.
17 Gake tso mavɔ me yi ɖe mavɔ me, Yehowa ƒe lɔlɔ̃ li kple ame siwo vɔ̃nɛ, eye eƒe dzɔdzɔenyenye nɔa anyi kple wo viwo ƒe viwo
But Adonai’s chesed ·loving-kindness· is from everlasting to everlasting with those who fear him, his righteousness to children’s children;
18 kpakple ame siwo léa eƒe nubabla me ɖe asi, eye woɖoa ŋku edzi wɔna ɖe eƒe sewo dzi.
to those who keep his covenant ·binding contract between two or more parties·, to those who remember to obey his precepts.
19 Yehowa ɖo eƒe fiazikpui anyi ɖe dziƒo, eye eƒe fiaɖuƒe le wo katã dzi ɖum.
Adonai has established his throne in the heavens. His kingdom rules over all.
20 Mi eƒe dɔlawo, mikafu Yehowa, mi ŋusẽtɔ siwo wɔa eƒe lɔlɔ̃nu, eye miewɔa eƒe nya dzi.
Praise Adonai, you angels of his, who are mighty in strength, who fulfill his word, Sh'ma ·hearing obeying· the voice of his word.
21 Mikafu Yehowa, mi eƒe dziƒoʋakɔwo katã, mi eƒe dɔla siwo wɔa eƒe lɔlɔ̃nu.
Praise Adonai, all you armies of his, you servants of his, who do his pleasure.
22 Mikafu Yehowa, mi eƒe dɔwɔwɔwo katã, le afi sia afi, le eƒe dziɖuɖu te. O! Nye luʋɔ, kafu Yehowa.
Praise Adonai, all you works of his, in all places of his dominion. Praise Adonai, my soul!
