1 Yehowa gblɔ na Mose be,
Adonai spoke to Moses [Drawn out], saying,
2 “Ƒo nu na Israelviwo, eye nàgblɔ na wo be, ‘Ne miege ɖe anyigba si mele mia nam abe mia de ene dzi,
“Speak to the children of Israel [God prevails], and tell them, ‘When you have come into the land of your habitations, which I give to you,
3 eye miesa dzovɔ na Yehowa tso miaƒe lãhawo me, abe ʋeʋẽ lĩlĩlĩ si dzea Yehowa ŋu la ene, nenye numevɔsa alo vɔsa siwo ku ɖe adzɔgbeɖeɖe tɔxɛwo ŋu, lɔlɔ̃nununana alo Ŋkekenyuiwo ƒe vɔsawo ŋu la,
and will make an offering by fire to Adonai, a burnt offering, or a sacrifice, to accomplish a vow, or as a free will offering, or in your set feasts, to make a pleasant aroma to Adonai, of the herd, or of the flock;
4 ekema ame si le vɔ la sam la atsɔ nuɖuvɔsa si nye wɔ memee kilogram ɖeka, si wobaka kple ami lita ɖeka na Yehowa,
then he who offers his offering shall offer to Adonai a meal offering of one tenth of an ephah [an omer; 2.3 q; 2.2 L] of fine flour mixed with the fourth part of a hin [2.6 qt; 1.2 L] of oil.
5 eye nunovɔsa si nye wain lita ɖeka la akpe ɖe eŋu. Wain hin ɖeka ƒe akpa enelia akpe ɖe alẽvi ɖeka ŋu.
You shall prepare wine for the drink offering, the fourth part of a hin [2.6 qt; 1.2 L], with the burnt offering, or for the sacrifice, for each lamb.
6 “‘Nenye agboe wotsɔ le vɔ la sam la, woatsɔ wɔ memee kilogram eve si woblu kple ami lita ɖeka kple afã
“‘Or for a ram, you shall prepare for a meal offering one tenth of an ephah [two omers; 4.6 q; 4.4 L] of fine flour mixed with the third part of a hin [2.6 qt; 1.24 L] of oil;
7 kple wain lita ɖeka kple afã la akpe ɖe eŋu abe nunovɔsa ene. Esia anye vɔsa si ʋẽna lĩlĩlĩ, eye wòdzea Yehowa ŋu.
and for the drink offering you shall offer the third part of a hin [2.6 qt; 1.24 L] of wine, of a pleasant aroma to Adonai.
8 “‘Ne ètsɔ nyitsuvi aɖe be yeasa numevɔ, adzɔgbeɖevɔ alo akpedavɔe na Yehowa la,
When you prepare a bull for a burnt offering, or for a sacrifice, to accomplish a vow, or for peace offerings to Adonai;
9 ekema nàtsɔ nuɖuvɔsa, wɔ memee lita ade kple afã kple ami lita eve akpe ɖe nyitsuvi la ŋu.
then shall he offer with the bull a meal offering of three tenths of an ephah [three omers; 6.9 q; 6.6 L] of fine flour mixed with half a hin [5.2 qt; 2.4 L] of oil:
10 Nunovɔsa si akpe ɖe eŋu la anye wain lita eve. Woatsɔ dzo asa vɔ sia, eye wòadze Yehowa ŋu.
and you shall offer for the drink offering half a hin [5.2 qt; 2.4 L] of wine, for an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to Adonai.
11 Woawɔ nyitsu alo agbo, alẽvi alo gbɔ̃ ɖe sia ɖe ŋu dɔ nenema.
Thus shall it be done for each bull, or for each ram, or for each of the male lambs, or of the young goats.
12 Wɔ nu sia na wo dometɔ ɖe sia ɖe, ɖe woƒe agbɔsɔsɔ nu.
According to the number that you shall prepare, so you shall do to everyone according to their number.
13 “‘Dzɔleaƒea ɖe sia ɖe awɔ nu siawo ale, ne etsɔ numevɔsanu aɖe vɛ be wòanye ʋeʋẽ lĩlĩlĩ si adze Yehowa ŋu.
“‘All who are native-born shall do these things in this way, in offering an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to Adonai.
14 Hena dzidzime siwo gbɔna la, ɣe sia ɣi si amedzro aɖe alo ame bubu aɖe, si le mia dome ana dzovɔsanu aɖe be wòanye ʋeʋẽ lĩlĩlĩ na Yehowa la, ele be wòawɔe tututu abe ale si miewɔnɛ ene.
If a stranger lives as a foreigner with you, or whoever may be among you throughout all your generations, and will offer an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to Adonai; as you do, so he shall do.
15 Se ɖeka mawo ke nanɔ ameha la si na mi kple amedzro siwo le mia dome la siaa elabena miesɔ le Yehowa ƒe ŋkume. Esia nye ɖoɖo mavɔ na dzidzime siwo gbɔna.
For the assembly, there shall be one statute for you and for the stranger who lives as a foreigner, a statute forever throughout all your generations. As you are, so shall the foreigner be before Adonai.
16 Se kple ɖoɖo mawo ke nakplɔ mi kple amedzro siwo le mia dome.’”
One Torah ·Teaching· and one judgement shall be for you, and for the stranger who lives as a foreigner with you.’”
17 Yehowa gblɔ na Mose be,
Adonai spoke to Moses [Drawn out], saying,
18 “Ƒo nu na Israelviwo, eye nàgblɔ na wo be, ‘Ne miege ɖe anyigba si dzi mele mia kplɔm yi dzi,
“Speak to the children of Israel [God prevails], and tell them, ‘When you come into the land where I bring you,
19 eye mieɖu anyigba ma dzi nuɖuɖu la, mitsɔ eƒe ɖe sa vɔe na Yehowa.
then it shall be that when you eat of the bread of the land, you shall offer up a wave offering to Adonai.
20 Mitsɔ miaƒe wɔ gbãtɔwo tɔ tatalĩ, wòanye vɔsa tso miaƒe lu gbãtɔ si tso lugbɔƒe.
Of the first of your dough you shall offer up a cake for a wave offering. As the wave offering of the threshing floor, so you shall heave it.
21 To dzidzime siwo ava me la, ele be miasa vɔ sia na Yehowa tso miaƒe luwɔ gbãtɔwo me.’”
Of the first of your dough, you shall give to Adonai a wave offering throughout all your generations.
22 “‘Ne miawo alo miaƒe dzidzimeviwo da vo, eye womewɔ se siwo katã Yehowa de na mi le ƒeawo me to Mose dzi la dzi o la,
“‘If you go astray, intoxicated, unintentional sin ·error· and you fail to observe all these mitzvot ·instructions·, which Adonai has spoken to Moses [Drawn out],
23 Yehowa ƒe se siwo wode na mi to edzi tso gbe si gbe Yehowa de wo, woayi edzi to dzidzime siwo gbɔna me,
even all that Adonai has enjoined you by Moses [Drawn out], from the day that Adonai gave commandment, and onward throughout all your generations;
24 eye menye nu si woɖo wɔ, eye ameha la menya nu tso eŋu o la, ameha blibo la ana nyitsu fɛ̃ aɖe hena numevɔsa hena ʋeʋẽ lĩlĩlĩ si adze Yehowa ŋu hekpe ɖe eƒe nuɖuvɔsa kple nunovɔsa si woɖo da ɖi kple gbɔ̃tsu ɖeka na nu vɔ̃ ŋuti vɔsa ŋu.
then it shall be, if it was done as an unintentional mistake sin ·error·, without the knowledge of the congregation, that all the congregation shall offer one young bull for a burnt offering, for a pleasant aroma to Adonai, with its meal offering, and its drink offering, according to the judgement, and one male goat for a habitual sin ·miss the mark· offering.
25 Nunɔla alé avu ɖe Israelviwo katã nu, eye woatsɔ woƒe nu vɔ̃wo ake wo, elabena vodadae, eye woɖɔ vodada sia ɖo to dzovɔsa kple nu vɔ̃ ŋuti vɔsa me le Yehowa ŋkume.
The priest shall make atonement for all the congregation of the children of Israel [God prevails], and they shall be forgiven; for it was an unintentional mistake sin ·error·, and they have brought their offering, an offering made by fire to Adonai, and their habitual sin ·miss the mark· offering before Adonai, for their unintentional mistake sin ·error·.
26 Woatsɔ nu vɔ̃ ake ame sia ame; woatsɔe ake amedzro siwo le Israelviwo dome hã, elabena ameha blibo lae da vo, eya ta ameha blibo la akpɔ gome le tsɔtsɔke la me.
All the congregation of the children of Israel [God prevails] shall be forgiven, as well as the stranger who lives as a foreigner among them; for with regard to all the people, it was an unintentional mistake sin ·error·.
27 “‘Nenye ame ɖekae da vo la, ekema amea ana gbɔ̃nɔe si xɔ ƒe ɖeka la na nu vɔ̃ ŋuti vɔsa.
“‘If one person sins ·errs (the standard goal)· that is an unintentional mistake sin ·error·, then he shall offer a female goat a year old for a habitual sin ·miss the mark· offering.
28 Nunɔla la alé avu ɖe enu le Yehowa ŋkume, eye wòatsɔ eƒe nu vɔ̃ akee.
The priest shall make atonement for the soul who deviates in mental error, unintentional sin ·error·, for his sin ·err (the standard goal)· is an unintentional mistake sin ·error·, before Adonai, to make atonement for him; and he shall be forgiven.
29 Se sia bla mi ame Israelvi dzɔleaƒeawo kple amedzro siwo le mia dome hã.
You shall have one Torah ·Teaching· for him who does any unintentional mistake sin ·error·, for him who is native-born among the children of Israel [God prevails], and for the stranger who lives as a foreigner among them.
30 “‘Ke ne ame aɖe nya nyuie hafi da vo aɖe la, nenye Israelvi alo amedzro hã la, ekema edo vlo Yehowa, eya ta ele be woaɖee ɖa le eƒe amewo dome.
“‘But the soul who does anything with a high hand, whether he is native-born or a foreigner, the same blasphemes Adonai. That soul shall be cut off from among his people.
31 Esi wòdo vlo Yehowa ƒe sewo abe nu ɖowɔ ene, eye wònya nyuie hafi da le eƒe se dzi la, ele be woawui, eye eƒe nu vɔ̃ anɔ eya ŋutɔ dzi.’”
Because he has despised Adonai’s word, and has broken his order, that soul shall utterly be cut off. His depravity (moral evil) shall be on him.’”
32 Gbe ɖeka esime Israelviwo nɔ gbedzi la, wolé Israelvi aɖe wònɔ nake fɔm le Dzudzɔgbe la dzi.
While the children of Israel [God prevails] were in the wilderness, they found a man gathering sticks on the Shabath ·Intermission· day.
33 Wokplɔe yi Mose kple Aron kple ameha la ŋkume.
Those who found him gathering sticks brought him to Moses [Drawn out] and Aaron [Light-bringer], and to all the congregation.
34 Wodee mɔ va se ɖe esime woanya nu si Yehowa adi be woawɔ.
They put him in custody, because it had not been declared what should be done to him.
35 Yehowa gblɔ na Mose be, “Ele be ŋutsu la naku. Ele be ameawo katã naƒu kpee le asaɖa la godo wòaku.”
Adonai said to Moses [Drawn out], “The man shall surely be put to death. All the congregation shall stone him with stones outside of the camp.”
36 Ale wohee yi asaɖa la godo, eye wowui abe ale si Yehowa ɖo na wo ene.
All the congregation brought him outside of the camp, and stoned him to death with stones, as Adonai enjoined Moses [Drawn out].
37 Yehowa gblɔ na Mose be,
Adonai spoke to Moses [Drawn out], saying,
38 “Ƒo nu na Israelviwo, eye nàgblɔ na wo be, ‘Mia kple miaƒe dzidzimeviwo miade gbo miaƒe avɔwo ƒe dzogoewo to, eye ka blɔtɔ nanɔ gbo ɖe sia ɖe ŋu.
“Speak to the children of Israel [God prevails], and tell them that they should make themselves fringes in the borders of their garments throughout their generations, and that they put on the fringe of each border a cord of blue:
39 Ne miekpɔ gbo siawo la, ekema miaɖo ŋku se siwo katã Yehowa de na mi la dzi be miawɔ wo dzi, eye miagatsɔ mia ɖokuiwo adzra na ŋutilãmenuwo, miaƒe dzi ƒe nudzodzrowo kple nu siwo miaƒe ŋku kpɔna la o.
and it shall be to you for a fringe, that you may look on it, and remember all Adonai’s mitzvot ·instructions·, and do them; and that you not follow after your own heart and your own eyes, after which you use to play the prostitute;
40 Ekema miaɖo ŋku edzi, awɔ nye sewo katã dzi, eye miakɔ mia ɖokuiwo ŋuti na miaƒe Mawu la.
that you may remember and do all my mitzvot ·instructions·, and be holy to your God.
41 Nyee nye Yehowa, miaƒe Mawu, ame si kplɔ mi do goe tso Egipte be manye miaƒe Mawu. Nyee nye Yehowa, miaƒe Mawu.’”
I am Adonai your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt [Abode of slavery], to be your God: I am Adonai your God.”
