< Mateo 15 >

1 Farisitɔ aɖewo kple agbalẽfialawo hã tso Yerusalem va be yewoalé nya aɖewo kpɔ kple Yesu.
THEN came to Jesus scribes and Pharisees from Jerusalem, saying,
2 Wobiae be, “Nu ka ta wò nusrɔ̃lawo mewɔna ɖe mí Yudatɔwo ƒe blemakɔnuwo dzi o ɖo? Womewɔa kɔnu si míewɔna heklɔa asi le ɖoɖo tɔxɛ aɖe nu hafi ɖua nu o.”
Why do thy disciples transgress the tradition of the elders? for they wash not their hands when they eat bread?
3 Yesu ɖo eŋu na wo be, “Miawo hã, nu ka ta miaƒe kɔnuwo tsi tsitre ɖe Mawu ƒe sewo ŋuti ɖo?
And he answering said to them, And why do you transgress the command of God, by your tradition?
4 Le kpɔɖeŋu me, Mawu ƒe Se gblɔ be, ‘Bu fofowò kple dawò; ame si tsi tsitre ɖe edzilawo ŋuti la, ku kee wòaku.’
For God commanded, saying “Honour thy father and thy mother:” and, He that curseth father or mother, let him surely die.
5 Ke miawo miegblɔ be, ne ame aɖe gblɔ na fofoa alo dadaa be, ‘Nu si ke matsɔ akpe ɖe ŋutiwòe la, metsɔe wɔ adzɔgbeɖeɖe ƒe nunanae na Mawu’ la,
But ye say, If any man declare to his father or mother, This is a devoted gift, which else might have been employed by me for thy advantage;
6 megahiã be wòatsɔe ade bubu fofoa ŋuti o. Ale miegbe Mawu ƒe nyadziwɔwɔ be mialé miawo ŋutɔ ƒe nuɖoanyiwo me ɖe asi.
then he shall not with it honour his father and mother: so have ye vacated the command of God by your tradition.
7 Mi alakpanuwɔlawo! Yesaya gblɔe ɖi nyuie le mia ŋuti be,
Ye hypocrites, well hath Isaiah prophesied concerning you, saying,
8 “‘Ame siawo le buyem kple woƒe nuyiwo, gake woƒe dziwo te ɖa xaa tso gbɔnye.
This people draweth nigh to me with their mouths, and honoureth me with the lips, but their heart is far distant from me.
But in vain do they worship me, teaching doctrines the commandments of men.
10 Yesu yɔ ameha la, eye wògblɔ na wo be, “Miɖo to nya si gblɔ ge mala la, be miase egɔme nyuie.
And he called to him the multitude, and said unto them, Hear, and understand:
11 Menye nu si ame ɖuna lae nana wòzua ame makɔmakɔ o, ke boŋ nu si ame buna kple nya si wògblɔna lae.”
not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but what cometh out of the mouth, that defileth the man.
12 Nusrɔ̃lawo va biae be, “Ènya be nya si nègblɔ la ve dɔ me na Farisitɔwo ŋutɔa?”
Then his disciples approaching, said to him, Knowest thou how offended the Pharisees were at hearing that speech?
13 Yesu ɖo eŋu na wo be, “Ati sia ati si Fofonye si le dziƒo la medo o la, woahoe kple ke.
Then he answered and said, Every plant which my heavenly Father hath not planted shall be rooted up.
Leave them to themselves: they are blind leaders of the blind. But if the blind lead the blind, they will both fall into the pit.
15 Petro biae be wòaɖe lododo la me na yewo.
Then Peter answering said unto him, Explain to us this parable.
16 Yesu bia wo be, “Ke miawo hã, miese nya sia gɔme oa?
And Jesus said, Are ye also to this time destitute of intelligence?
17 Mienyae be nu si ame ɖuna la toa eƒe dɔkaviwo me, eye wòdenɛ le nugodo me oa?
Do ye not observe, that every thing which entereth into the mouth passeth into the belly, and is ejected into the vault?
18 Nya vlo doa go tso egblɔla ƒe dzi me, eye wòƒoa ɖi ame.
But the things which go forth out of the mouth, come out of the heart, and they are the things which defile a man:
19 Elabena ame ƒe dzi mee susu vɔ̃ɖiwo, hlɔ̃dodo, ahasiwɔwɔ, matrewɔwɔ, fififi, aʋatsokaka kple ameŋugbegblẽ doa go tsona.
for out of the heart proceed wicked reasonings, murders, adulteries, whoredoms, thefts, false testimonies, blasphemies:
20 Nu siawoe ƒoa ɖi ame, ke ne mèwɔ asikɔklɔ ƒe kɔnu hafi ɖu nu o la, maƒo ɖi wò o!”
these are the things which defile a man: but to eat with unwashed hands doth not defile a man.
21 Yesu dzo le nuto ma me, eye wòzɔ mɔ kilomita blaenyi sɔŋ yi Tiro kple Sidon nutowo me.
And going forth thence, Jesus retired into the coasts of Tyre and Sidon.
22 Kanan nyɔnu aɖe si le afi ma la va egbɔ va ɖe kuku nɛ vevie be, “O, Aƒetɔ, Fia David ƒe Vi, kpɔ nye nublanui! Gbɔgbɔ vɔ̃ ge ɖe vinye nyɔnuvi me, eye wòwɔa fui ɣe sia ɣi.”
And lo! a woman of Canaan coming out of these coasts, cried aloud, saying to him, Have mercy on me, Lord, Son of David: my daughter is a grievous demoniac.
23 Ke Yesu meɖo nya aɖeke ŋu nɛ o; mekpe kpe dee hã o. Eƒe nusrɔ̃lawo va ƒoe ɖe enu be nenyae wòadzo. Wogblɔ be, “Gblɔ nɛ be nedzo, elabena eƒe ɣlidodo le to me vem na mí.”
But he replied not a word to her. Then his disciples came and intreated him, saying, Send her away; for she is crying aloud after us.
24 Yesu gblɔ na nyɔnu la be, “Ɖe Mawu dɔm be mava Israel dukɔ si le abe alẽ bubu ene la ko gbɔ.”
But he said in reply, I am not sent, save only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
25 Ke nyɔnu la te ɖe eŋu kpokploe hede ta agu nɛ gaɖe kuku nɛ be, “Aƒetɔ, ve nunye ko!”
Then she came, and worshiped him, saying, Lord, help me!
26 Yesu gblɔ nɛ be, “Menyo be maxɔ nuɖuɖu le ɖeviwo si atsɔ na avuwo o.”
But he answering said, It is not proper to take the children’s bread and throw it to the dogs.
And she said, True, Lord: yet even the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from their master’s table.
28 Yesu gblɔ nɛ be, “Nyɔnu, wò xɔse lolo ŋutɔ! Nu si dim nèle la neva eme na wò.” Eye enumake via nyɔnuvi la ƒe lãme sẽ.
Then Jesus answering said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith! be it unto thee even as thou desirest. And her daughter was cured from that hour.
29 Yesu trɔ yi Galilea ƒua nu azɔ, eye wòyi ɖanɔ togbɛ aɖe si le afi ma lɔƒo la dzi.
And departing thence, Jesus went to the sea-side of Galilee; and ascending a mountain, he sat down there.
30 Ameha gã aɖe nye zi ɖe edzi le afi sia. Wokplɔ dɔnɔ siwo nye lãmetututɔwo, ŋkunɔwo, aɖetututɔwo, nuwɔametɔwo kple dɔ bubu ƒomevi geɖe lélawo la vɛ nɛ, eye wòyɔ dɔ wo katã.
And great multitudes came to him, bringing with them the lame, blind, dumb, cripples, and many others, and cast them down at the feet of Jesus; and he cured them all:
31 Enye nukunu blibo!
insomuch that the multitude marvelled when they saw the dumb speaking, the cripples sound, the lame walking, and the blind restored to sight: and they glorified the God of Israel.
32 Azɔ Yesu yɔ eƒe nusrɔ̃lawo va egbɔ gblɔ na wo be, “Ame gbogbo siawo ƒe nu wɔ nublanui nam ŋutɔ. Ŋkeke etɔ̃e nye esia wole yonyeme, eye nuɖuɖu hã vɔ le wo si. Nyemedi be maɖo wo ɖe aƒe me dɔmeɣii o, elabena ŋuzi atsɔ wo le mɔa dzi.”
Then Jesus calling his disciples, said, I have compassion on the multitude, for they have now continued with me three days, and have not any thing to eat: and send them away fasting I will not, lest they faint on the road.
And his disciples said unto him, Whence can we in the wilderness have loaves enough to satisfy the cravings of so great a multitude?
34 Yesu gabia wo be, “Abolo nenie susɔ ɖe mia si?” Woɖo eŋu be, “Abolo adre kple tɔmelã vi aɖe koe susɔ.”
And Jesus said unto them, How many loaves have ye? And they said, Seven, and a few small fishes.
35 Yesu gblɔ na ameha la be woanɔ anyi ɖe anyigba.
And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the ground.
36 Etsɔ abolo adre la kple tɔmelãwo, eye wòda akpe na Mawu ɖe wo ta. Emegbe la, eŋe wo me kakɛkakɛ, hetsɔ na nusrɔ̃lawo be woama na ameawo.
And taking the seven loaves and the fishes, he gave thanks, and brake, and gave to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude.
37 Wo katã woɖu nu ɖi ƒo, eye nusrɔ̃lawo ƒo ƒu abolo kakɛ siwo susɔ la ɖe kusi adre me woyɔ fũu.
And they did all eat, and were filled: and took up a superabundance of fragments seven baskets full.
And they that had eaten were four thousand men, besides women and children.
39 Azɔ edo mɔ ameha la, eye wòge ɖe ʋu la me, tso ƒua heyi Magadan nutoa me.
And dismissing the multitudes he went on board a vessel, and came into the coasts of Magdala.
