< Marko 16 >

When the Sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome bought spices, that they might come and anoint him.
2 Le Kɔsiɖa ƒe ŋkeke gbãtɔ, le ŋdi kanya la, wofɔ, tsɔ amiawo ɖe asi dze mɔ ɖo ta Yesu ƒe yɔdo to.
Very early on the first day of the week, they came to the tomb when the sun had risen.
3 Esi wole mɔa dzi yina la, wobia wo nɔewo be, “Ame kae amli kpe gã si le yɔdo la nu la ɖa na mí?”
They were saying among themselves, “Who will roll away the stone from the door of the tomb for us?”
4 Gake nukutɔe la, esi wova ɖo teƒea la, wokpɔ be womli kpe si wotsɔ tu yɔdo la nu la da ɖe adzɔge eye yɔdoa le ʋuʋu.
for it was very big. Looking up, they saw that the stone was rolled back.
5 Woge ɖe yɔdo la me eye wokpɔ ɖekakpui aɖe wònɔ awu ɣi tititi me, nɔ anyi ɖe yɔdo la ƒe ɖusime. Le nyateƒe me la, vɔvɔ̃ ɖo nyɔnuawo ale gbegbe be dzidzi ƒo wo.
Entering into the tomb, they saw a young man sitting on the right side, dressed in a white robe; and they were amazed.
He said to them, “Do not be amazed. You seek Jesus, the Nazarene, who has been crucified. He has risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid him!
But go, tell his disciples and Peter, ‘He goes before you into Galilee. There you will see him, as he said to you.’”
8 Nyɔnuawo si do go le yɔdo la me kple vɔvɔ̃ gã aɖe. Wovɔ̃ ale gbegbe be womagate ŋu aƒo nu gɔ̃ hã o. [
They went out, and fled from the tomb, for trembling and astonishment had come on them. They said nothing to anyone; for they were afraid.
9 (note: The most reliable and earliest manuscripts do not include Mark 16:9-20.) Kɔsiɖagbe ƒe ŋdi kanyae Yesu fɔ tso ame kukuwo dome eye ame gbãtɔ si kpɔe lae nye Maria Magdalatɔ, ame si me wònya gbɔgbɔ vɔ̃ adre do goe le.
(note: The most reliable and earliest manuscripts do not include Mark 16:9-20.) Now when he had risen early on the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, from whom he had cast out seven demons.
10 Eɖake ɖe nusrɔ̃lawo ŋu, woƒo ƒu ɖe teƒe ɖeka henɔ konyi fam, henɔ avi fam.
She went and told those who had been with him, as they mourned and wept.
11 Egblɔ na wo be yekpɔ Yesu wòle agbe, gake nusrɔ̃lawo mexɔ nya sia dzi se o.
When they heard that he was alive and had been seen by her, they disbelieved.
12 Esia megbe la, Yesu ɖe eɖokui fia ŋutsu eve siwo nɔ mɔ zɔm yina teƒe aɖe si tso abo, ke womekpɔe dze sii gbã o.
After these things he was revealed in another form to two of them as they walked, on their way into the country.
13 Esi wova kpɔe dze sii mlɔeba be Yesue la, wotrɔ yi ɖagblɔe na wo tɔwo gake womexɔe se o.
They went away and told it to the rest. They did not believe them, either.

Afterward he was revealed to the eleven themselves as they sat at the table; and he rebuked them for their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they did not believe those who had seen him after he had risen.
15 Azɔ egblɔ na wo be, “Fifia la, miyi ɖe xexe blibo la me eye miagblɔ nyanyui la na ame sia ame le afi sia afi.
He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the Good News to the whole creation.

He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who disbelieves will be condemned.

they will take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it will in no way hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”
19 Esi Aƒetɔ Yesu wu nya siawo nu la, wokɔe dzoe yi dziƒo eye wòɖanɔ anyi ɖe Mawu ƒe nuɖusime.
So then the Lord, after he had spoken to them, was received up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God.

They went out and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them and confirming the word by the signs that followed. Amen.
