< Yohanes 2 >

1 Le ŋkeke etɔ̃a gbe la, wokpe Yesu dada be wòava kpɔ srɔ̃ɖeɖe aɖe teƒe le Kana si le Galilea Nuto me.
The third day, there was a wedding in Cana of Galilee. Yeshua’s mother was there.
2 Wokpe Yesu kple eƒe nusrɔ̃lawo hã.
Yeshua also was invited, with his disciples, to the wedding.
3 Esi wɔnawo nɔ edzi yim la, wain si nom ameawo nɔ la vɔ. Ale Yesu dada va egbɔ hegblɔ nɛ be, “Wain mele wo si o.”
When the wine ran out, Yeshua’s mother said to him, “They have no wine.”
4 Yesu ɖo eŋu na dadaa be, “Aƒenɔ, nu ka dim nèle be mawɔ na wò fifia? Nye ɣeyiɣi meɖo haɖe o.”
Yeshua said to her, “Woman, what does that have to do with you and me? My hour has not yet come.”
5 Gake Yesu dada gblɔ na subɔlawo be, “Miwɔ nu sia nu si wòbe miawɔ.”
His mother said to the servants, “Whatever he says to you, do it.”
6 Azɔ tsizɔ ade nɔ teƒea. Esiawo Yudatɔwo zãna hena woƒe ŋutikɔklɔkɔnuwo wɔwɔ. Tsi lita blaadre-vɔ-atɔ̃ alo alafa ɖeka wuiatɔ̃ tea ŋu nɔa wo dometɔ ɖe sia ɖe me.
Now there were six water pots of stone set there after the Jews’ way of purifying, containing two or three metretes apiece.
7 Yesu gblɔ na subɔlawo be, “Midu tsi kɔ ɖe zɔwo katã me woayɔ.” Ale wowɔ nenema.
Yeshua said to them, “Fill the water pots with water.” So they filled them up to the brim.
8 Egagblɔ na wo be, “Azɔ mikui yi na nuɖuɖudzikpɔla la.” Wowɔ nenema.
He said to them, “Now draw some out, and take it to the ruler of the feast.” So they took it.
9 Nuɖuɖudzikpɔla la no tsi si trɔ zu wain la ƒe ɖe, ke menya afi si wòtso o, subɔlawo koe nya. Azɔ eyɔ ŋugbetɔsrɔ̃ la
When the ruler of the feast tasted the water now become wine, and didn’t know where it came from (but the servants who had drawn the water knew), the ruler of the feast called the bridegroom
10 eye wògblɔ nɛ be, “Zi geɖe la, srɔ̃ɖelawo naa wain nyuitɔ woƒe ame kpekpewo gbã, eye ne ame sia ame noe wòsui vɔ la, ekema wotsɔa manyomanyotɔ vɛ. Ke wò la, èdzra nyuitɔ ɖo, eye nètsɔe vɛ le nuwuwua.”
and said to him, “Everyone serves the good wine first, and when the guests have drunk freely, then that which is worse. You have kept the good wine until now!”
This beginning of his signs Yeshua did in Cana of Galilee, and revealed his glory; and his disciples believed in him.
12 Esi srɔ̃ɖeŋkekenyui la wu enu la, Yesu kple dadaa, nɔviawo kple eƒe nusrɔ̃lawo dzo yi Kapernaum, eye wonɔ afi ma ŋkeke ʋɛ aɖewo.
After this, he went down to Capernaum, he, and his mother, his brothers, and his disciples; and they stayed there a few days.
13 Esi Yudatɔwo ƒe Ŋutitotoŋkekenyui la gogo la, Yesu yi Yerusalem.
The Passover in Judea was at hand, and Yeshua went up to Jerusalem.
14 Ekpɔ amewo le gbedoxɔ la ƒe xɔxɔnu wonɔ nyiwo, alẽwo kple akpakpawo dzram. Gaɖɔlilawo hã nɔ teƒea nɔ ga ɖɔlim na amewo.
He found in the temple those who sold oxen, sheep, and doves, and the changers of money sitting.
15 Ale Yesu tsɔ ka aɖewo tro atam, eye wònya wo katã do goe le gbedoxɔ la me. Enya alẽawo kple nyiawo hã do goe, ekaka gaɖɔlilawo ƒe gawo ɖe anyigba, eye wòmu woƒe kplɔ̃wo ƒu anyi.
He made a whip of cords and drove all out of the temple, both the sheep and the oxen; and he poured out the changers’ money and overthrew their tables.
16 Egblɔ na ame siwo nɔ akpakpawo dzram la be, “Mitsɔ nu siawo do goe le afi sia! Migatsɔ Fofonye ƒe aƒe la wɔ asimee o!”
To those who sold the doves, he said, “Take these things out of here! Don’t make my Father’s house a marketplace!”
17 Eƒe nusrɔ̃lawo ɖo ŋku edzi be mawunya gblɔ be, “Lɔlɔ̃ na wò aƒe zu dzo ge ɖe menye.”
His disciples remembered that it was written, “Zeal for your house will eat me up.”
18 Azɔ Yudatɔwo va Yesu gbɔ hebiae be, “Ŋusẽ ka nèkpɔ, be nèwɔ nu siawo, eye dzesi ka nàfia mí?”
The Judeans therefore answered him, “What sign do you show us, seeing that you do these things?”
Yeshua answered them, “Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.”
20 Yudatɔwo gblɔ be, “Ƒe blaene-vɔ-adee wotsɔ tu gbedoxɔ siae. Ke wò ya nèbe yeate ŋu atui le ŋkeke etɔ̃ megbea?”
The Judeans therefore said, “It took forty-six years to build this temple! Will you raise it up in three days?”
But he spoke of the temple of his body.
Eye wokpɔe dze sii be nya siwo katã Yesu gblɔ tso mawunya me la ƒo nu tso eya ŋutɔ ŋu, eye wo katã va eme vavã.
When therefore he was raised from the dead, his disciples remembered that he said this, and they believed the Scripture and the word which Yeshua had said.
Now when he was in Jerusalem at the Passover, during the feast, many believed in his name, observing his signs which he did.
24 Ke Yesu meka ɖe ame siawo ƒe xɔse dzi o, elabena edze si amegbetɔwo ƒe nɔnɔme.
But Yeshua didn’t entrust himself to them, because he knew everyone,
25 Mehiã be ame aɖeke naɖi ɖase nɛ tso amegbetɔ ŋu o, elabena eya ŋutɔ nya nu si le ame me.
and because he didn’t need for anyone to testify concerning man; for he himself knew what was in man.
