< Hiob 29 >
1 Hiob yi eƒe nuƒoƒo dzi be,
Also Joob addide, takynge his parable, and seide,
2 “O, ale si medi vevie be wòanɔ nam abe ale si wònɔ le ɣleti siwo va yi me la ene, le ŋkeke siwo me Mawu kpɔ tanye,
Who yyueth to me, that I be bisidis the elde monethis, bi the daies in whiche God kepte me?
3 esi eƒe akaɖi klẽ ɖe nye ta dzi eye eƒe kekeli na mezɔ to blukɔ tsiɖitsiɖi me!
Whanne his lanterne schynede on myn heed, and Y yede in derknessis at his liyt.
4 O, nenye ɖe wòanɔ nam abe nye lãmesẽŋkekewo me ene, esi kadodo kple Mawu kplikplikpli na wòyra nye aƒe,
As Y was in the daies of my yongthe, whanne in priuete God was in my tabernacle.
5 esi Ŋusẽkatãtɔ la ganɔ kplim ko eye vinyewo ƒo xlãm,
Whanne Almyyti God was with me, and my children weren in my cumpas;
6 esi nye toƒe nye notsi kpeke ɖeɖe eye amitimi ɖuɖu bababa tso agakpe me nam.
whanne Y waischide my feet in botere, and the stoon schedde out to me the stremes of oile;
7 “Ne meyi dua ƒe agbo nu, henɔ anyi ɖe zikpui dzi gli, le dua ƒe ablɔme la,
whanne Y yede forth to the yate of the citee, and in the street thei maden redi a chaier to me.
8 ɖekakpuiawo kpɔam, heƒoa asa nam eye ame tsitsiwo tsona ɖe tsitrenu,
Yonge men, `that is, wantoun, sien me, and weren hid, and elde men risynge vp stoden;
9 dumegãwo tɔna ne wole nu ƒom hetsɔa asi ɖoa nu.
princes ceessiden to speke, and puttiden the fyngur on her mouth;
10 Gbɔgblɔ buna ɖe ame ŋkutawo eye woƒe aɖe léna ɖe woƒe nu me.
duykis refreyneden her vois, and her tunge cleuyde to her throte.
11 Ame sia ame si ɖo tom la kafuam eye ame siwo kpɔm la ƒoa nu nyui tso ŋutinye
An eere herynge blesside me, and an iye seynge yeldide witnessyng to me;
12 elabena mexɔna na hiãtɔ siwo le ɣli dom be woakpe ɖe yewo ŋu kple tsyɔ̃evi si si kpeɖeŋutɔ mele o.
for Y hadde delyueride a pore man criynge, and a fadirles child, that hadde noon helpere.
13 Ame si le kukum la ƒe yayra vaa dzinye eye menana ahosi ƒe dzi kpɔa dzidzɔ.
The blessyng of a man `to perische cam on me, and Y coumfortide the herte of a widewe.
14 Metsɔ dzɔdzɔenyenye do abe awu ene eye nuteƒewɔwɔ nye nye awu ʋlaya kple tablanu.
Y was clothid with riytfulnesse; and Y clothide me as with a cloth, and with my `doom a diademe.
15 Menye ŋku na ŋkuagbãtɔ kple afɔ na tekunɔ.
Y was iye `to a blynde man, and foot to a crokyd man.
16 Menye tɔ na hiãtɔwo eye mexɔa nya ɖe amedzrowo nu.
Y was a fadir of pore men; and Y enqueride most diligentli the cause, which Y knew not.
17 Meŋea tsyo na ame vɔ̃ɖiwo eye meɖea nu si woda adzoe la le woƒe aɖutame.
Y al tobrak the grete teeth of the wickid man, and Y took awei prey fro hise teeth.
18 “Mebu be, ‘Maku ɖe nye ŋutɔ nye aƒe me, nye ŋkekewo asɔ gbɔ abe ke ene.
And Y seide, Y schal die in my nest; and as a palm tre Y schal multiplie daies.
19 Nye kewo aƒo ɖe to, ade tsi gbɔ eye zãmu adza ɖe nye alɔwo dzi zã blibo la.
My roote is openyde bisidis watris, and deew schal dwelle in my repyng.
20 Nye ŋutikɔkɔe anɔ yeye zum ɣe sia ɣi le ŋunye eye dati anɔ yeye ɖaa le asinyeme.’
My glorie schal euere be renulid, and my bouwe schal be astorid in myn hond.
21 “Amewo ɖoa tom henɔa nye asinu kpɔm, nɔa lalam na nye aɖaŋuɖoɖo le ɖoɖoezizi me.
Thei, that herden me, abiden my sentence; and thei weren ententif, and weren stille to my counsel.
22 Ne meƒo nu la, womegaƒoa nu o eye nye nyawo gena ɖe woƒe towo me bɔlɔɔ.
Thei dursten no thing adde to my wordis; and my speche droppide on hem.
23 Wonɔa lalayem abe ale si wolalana na tsidzadza ene eye woxɔa nye nyawo dea wo ɖokui me abe ale si wonoa kelemetsi ene.
Thei abididen me as reyn; and thei openyden her mouth as to the softe reyn `comynge late.
24 Womexɔnɛ sena ne meko nu na wo o, nye mo ƒe kekeli nye nu xɔasi na wo.
If ony tyme Y leiyide to hem, thei bileueden not; and the liyt of my cheer felde not doun in to erthe.
25 Metiaa mɔ si woato la na wo, menɔa wo dome abe woƒe tatɔ ene eye menɔa wo dome abe woƒe fia le eƒe aʋakɔwo dome ene. Menɔna abe ame si faa akɔ na konyifalawo ene.
If Y wolde go to hem, Y sat the firste; and whanne Y sat as kyng, while the oost stood aboute, netheles Y was comfortour of hem that morenyden.
