< Yesaya 65 >
1 “Meɖe ɖokuinye fia ame siwo mebia tanye se o, eye ame siwo medim o la ke ɖe ŋunye. Dukɔ si meyɔ nye ŋkɔ o la, megblɔ nɛ be, ‘Nyee nye esi, nyee nye esi.’
“I am inquired of by those who didn’t ask. I am found by those who didn’t seek me. I said, ‘See me, behold me,’ to a nation that was not called by my name.
2 Ŋkeke blibo la katã mekeke nye abɔwo me na dukɔ sẽto, ame siwo zɔna le mɔ manyomanyowo dzi hedzea wo ŋutɔ ƒe susuwo yome la.
I have spread out my hands all day to a rebellious people, who walk in a way that is not good, after their own thoughts; don’t come near to me,
3 Ame siwo le dɔmedzoe dom nam ɣe sia ɣi ɖekematsɔlemetɔe. Wosa vɔ le abɔwo me, eye wodoa dzudzɔʋeʋĩwo le anyikpe ƒe vɔsamlekpuiwo dzi,
a people who provoke me to my face continually, sacrificing in gardens, and burning incense on bricks;
4 ame siwo nɔa ameɖibɔwo me hedɔa ŋu le teƒe ɣaɣlɛwo, eye woɖua halã, woƒe detsizewo yɔna fũu kple lã makɔmakɔ ƒe detsiwo.
who sit among the graves, and spend nights in secret places; who eat pig’s meat, and their pots hold soup made of disgusting things;
5 Ame siwo gblɔna be, ‘Nɔ adzɔge, mègate ɖe ŋu nye o, elabena mele kɔkɔe akpa na wò!’ Ame siawo tɔgbi la, dzudzɔe wonye le nye ŋɔtime. Dzo si le bibim ŋkeke blibo la katãe wonye.
who say, ‘Stay by yourself, for I am holier than you.’ These are smoke in my nose, a fire that burns all day.
6 “Kpɔ ɖa, woŋlɔe ɖi ɖe nye ŋkume ɖaa. Nyemazi ɖoɖoe o. Maɖo eteƒe na wo, wòasu wo nyuie. Maɖo eteƒe atsɔ axe fe na wo,
“Behold, it is written before me: I will not keep silence, but will repay, yes, I will repay into their bosom,
7 miaƒe nu vɔ̃wo kple mia fofowo tɔwo siaa, elabena wosa vɔ le towo tame, eye wodo tokum le togbɛwo dzi. Madzidze woƒe tohehe wòayɔ banaa, maɖo akɔ na wo ɖe woƒe tsã nu vɔ̃wo ta.” Yehowae gblɔe.
your own depravities (moral evils), and the depravities (moral evils) of your fathers together,” says Adonai, “who have burned incense on the mountains, and blasphemed me on the hills. Therefore I will first measure their work into their bosom.”
8 Ale Yehowa gblɔe nye esi, “Abe ale si wofiaa wain le wain tsetsewo me vɔ, eye amewo gblɔna be, ‘Migatsɔe ƒu gbe o, elabena ɖe gale eme’ ene la, nenemae mawɔ ɖe nye dɔlawo ŋu, nyematsrɔ̃ wo katã o.
Adonai says, “As the new wine is found in the cluster, and one says, ‘Don’t destroy it, for a blessing is in it:’ so will I do for my servants’ sake, that I may not destroy them all.
9 Mana dzidzimewo nado tso Yakob me, eye ame siwo axɔ nye towo woanye woƒe domenyinu la ado tso Yuda me. Nye ame tiatiawo anyi nu siawo ƒe dome, eye afi mae nye dɔlawo anɔ.
I will bring offspring out of Jacob [Supplanter], and out of Judah [Praised] an inheritor of my mountains. My chosen will inherit it, and my servants will dwell there.
10 Saron azu lãnyiƒe na alẽhawo, eye Akor ƒe balime azu nyiwo ƒe gbɔɖemeƒe na nye ame siwo dia nye mɔ.
Sharon will be a fold of flocks, and the valley of Achor a place for herds to lie down in, for my people who have sought me.
11 “Ke mi ame siwo gblẽ Yehowa ɖi, eye mieŋlɔ nye to kɔkɔe la be, mi ame siwo ɖo kplɔ̃ na Aklama, eye mieku wain si wotɔtɔ la, kplu banaa na Dzɔgbese la,
“But you who forsake Adonai, who forget my holy mountain, who prepare a table for Fortune, and who fill up mixed wine to Destiny;
12 maɖo mi ɖi na yi, eye mi katã miado dɔgɔ̃e hena wuwu, elabena meyɔ mi gake mietɔ o. Meƒo nu gake mieɖo to o. Miewɔ nu tovo le nye ŋkume, eye mietia nu si metsri.”
I will destine you to the sword, and you will all bow down to the slaughter; because when I called, you didn’t answer. When I spoke, you didn’t sh'ma ·hear obey·; but you did that which was evil in my eyes, and chose that in which I didn’t delight.”
13 Eya ta ale Aƒetɔ Yehowa gblɔe nye esi: “Nye dɔlawo aɖu nu, ke miawo la dɔ awu mi. Nye dɔlawo ano nu; miawo la, tsikɔ awu mi. Nye dɔlawo akpɔ dzidzɔ, ke miawo la woado ŋukpe mi.
Therefore thus says 'Adonay Adonai [Lord Yahweh], “Behold, my servants will eat, but you will be hungry; behold, my servants will drink, but you will be thirsty. Behold, my servants will rejoice, but you will be disappointed;
14 Nye dɔlawo adzi ha le woƒe dziwo ƒe dzidzɔkpɔkpɔ ta, ke miawo la, miafa avi le dzi ƒe vevesese ta, eye miado ɣli le gbɔgbɔ ƒe teteɖeanyi ta.
Behold, my servants will sing for joy of heart, but you will cry for sorrow of heart, and will wail for anguish of spirit.
15 Miagblẽ miaƒe ŋkɔwo ɖi na nye ame tiatiawo woawɔ wo ŋu dɔ abe fiƒodenuwo ene. Aƒetɔ Yehowa awu mi, ke eƒe dɔlawo ya la, atsɔ ŋkɔ bubu na wo.
You will leave your name for a curse to my chosen; and 'Adonay Adonai [Lord Yahweh] will kill you. He will call his servants by another name,
16 Ame si ayra eɖokui le anyigba dzi la awɔe le nyateƒe ƒe Mawu la ƒe ŋkɔ me, eye ame si aka atam le anyigba dzi la, akae le nyateƒe Mawu la ƒe ŋkɔ me, elabena woaŋlɔ fuɖename tsãtɔwo be, eye woaɣla ɖe nye ŋkuwo.
so that he who blesses himself in the earth will bless himself in the God of truth; and he who swears in the earth will swear by the God of truth; because the former troubles are forgotten, and because they are hidden from my eyes.
17 “Kpɔ ɖa, mawɔ dziƒo yeye kple anyigba yeye. Womagaɖo ŋku tsãnuwo dzi alo woava ame ƒe susu me o,
“For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth; and the former things will not be remembered, nor come into mind.
18 gake mikpɔ dzidzɔ, eye mitso aseye tegbee ɖe nu si mawɔ la ŋu, elabena mawɔ Yerusalem be wòanye dzudzɔdonu, eye eƒe amewo anye dzidzɔkpɔlawo.
But be glad and rejoice forever in that which I create; for, behold, I create Jerusalem [City of peace] to be a delight, and her people a joy.
19 Matso aseye ɖe Yerusalem ŋu, eye nye amewo ƒe nu ado dzidzɔ nam. Womagase avifafa kple konyifaɣli le eme azɔ o.
I will rejoice in Jerusalem [City of peace], and delight in my people; and the voice of weeping and the voice of crying will be sh'ma ·heard obeyed· in her no more.
20 “Ɖevi si xɔ ŋkeke ʋɛ aɖewo ko, alo amegãɖeɖi si ƒe ƒewo mede o la maganɔ afi ma o. Woabu ame si xɔ ƒe alafa ɖeka hafi ku la abe ɖekakpui ene, eye nu vɔ̃ wɔla si mexɔ ƒe alafa ɖeka hafi ku o la, woabui nɛ abe fiƒode ene.
“No more will there be an infant who only lives a few days, nor an old man who has not filled his days; for the child will die one hundred years old, and the sinner ·deviant (from the standard goal) person· being one hundred years old will be lightly esteemed.
21 Woatu xɔwo anɔ wo me. Woade waingble, eye woaɖu eme kutsetse.
They will build houses, and inhabit them. They will plant vineyards, and eat their fruit.
22 Womagatu xɔ, eye ame bubuwo nanɔ wo me, alo woade agble ame bubu naɖu o, elabena abe ale si ati tsinae ene la, nenema nye amewo ƒe agbemeŋkekewo hã anɔ. Nye ame tiatiawo aɖu woawo ŋutɔ ƒe asinudɔwɔwɔwo hena ɣeyiɣi didi aɖe.
They will not build, and another inhabit. They will not plant, and another eat: for the days of my people will be like the days of a tree, and my chosen will long enjoy the work of their hands.
23 Womadze agbagba dzodzro, alo adzi vi siwo woɖo dzɔgbevɔ̃e ɖi na la o, elabena woanye ame siwo Yehowa yra, woawo ŋutɔ kple woƒe dzidzimeviwo siaa.
They will not labor in vain, nor give birth for calamity; for they are the offspring of Adonai’s blessed, and their descendants with them.
24 Matɔ hafi woayɔm. Ne wogale nuƒoƒo dzi la, masee.
It will happen that, before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will sh'ma ·hear obey·.
25 Amegaxi kple alẽvi aɖu gbe le teƒe ɖeka. Dzata aɖu gbe abe nyi ene, ke ʋuʋudedi anye da ya ƒe nuɖuɖu. Womawɔ nu vevi ame alo agblẽ nu le nye to kɔkɔewo katã dzi o.” Yehowae gblɔe.
The wolf and the lamb will feed together, and the lion will eat straw like the ox. Dust will be the serpent’s food. They will not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain,” says Adonai.
