< Yesaya 62 >
For Zion's sake I will not be silent, and for Jerusalem's sake I will not be quiet, until her righteousness proceeds brightly, and her salvation as a burning torch.
2 Dukɔwo akpɔ wò dzɔdzɔenyenye, eye fiawo akpɔ wò ŋutikɔkɔe. Woayɔ ŋkɔ yeye si Yehowa ƒe nu atsɔ na wò la na wò.
The nations will see your righteousness, and all kings your glory. You will be called by a new name that Yahweh will choose.
3 Ànye atsyɔ̃kuku le Yehowa ƒe asi me kple fiakuku le wò Mawu ƒe asi me.
You will also be a crown of beauty in the hand of Yahweh, and a turban of kingship in the hand of your God.
4 Womagayɔ wò azɔ be Wogbe nu le egbɔ, alo ayɔ wò anyigba be Gbegbe o. Ke boŋ woayɔ wò be, Hefziba si gɔmee nye Eƒe nu nyo ŋunye, eye woayɔ wò anyigba be Biula, si gɔmee nye eɖe srɔ̃, elabena wò nu anyo Yehowa ŋu, eye wòaɖe wò anyigba abe srɔ̃ ene.
It will no more be said of you, “Abandoned”; nor of your land any longer will it be said, “Desolate.” Indeed, you will be called “My delight is in her,” and your land “Married,” for Yahweh delights in you, and your land will be married.
Truly, as a young man marries a young woman, so your sons will marry you, and as a bridegroom rejoices over his bride, your God will rejoice over you.
6 O! Yerusalem, meɖo gbetakpɔlawo wò gliwo dzi. Womazi ɖoɖoe le ŋkeke me alo zã me o. Mi ame siwo yɔa Yehowa, migagbɔ ɖe eme o,
I have put watchmen on your walls, Jerusalem; they are not silent day or night. You who keep reminding Yahweh, do not pause.
7 eye migana gbɔdzɔe o, va se ɖe esime wòaɖo Yerusalem te, awɔe wòanye kafukafunu le anyigba dzi.
Do not allow him to rest until he reestablishes Jerusalem and makes it a praise on earth.
Yahweh has sworn by his right hand and by the arm of his strength, “Surely I will no longer give your grain as food for your enemies. Foreigners will not drink your new wine, for which you have worked.
9 Ke ame siwo xa nukuawo la, woaɖu wo, akafu Yehowa, eye ame siwo gbe waintsetseawo la, ano wo me ha le nye xɔxɔnu kɔkɔewo.”
For those who harvest the grain will eat it and praise Yahweh, and those who pick the grapes will drink the wine in the courts of my holy sanctuary.”
10 Mito eme yi, mito agboawo me yi! Midzra mɔ ɖo na dukɔ la. Mido mɔ, mido mɔtatawo. Miɖe kpewo ɖa le mɔa dzi. Mikɔ aflaga dzi na dukɔwo.
Come through, come through the gates! Prepare the way for the people! Build it, build the highway! Gather out the stones! Raise up a signal flag for the nations!
11 Yehowa na woɖe gbeƒãe le anyigba ƒe mlɔenuwo ke be, “Migblɔ na Zion vinyɔnu la be, ‘Kpɔ ɖa, wò Ɖela gbɔna! Kpɔ ɖa, eƒe fetu kple eƒe teƒeɖoɖo kpe ɖe eŋuti.’”
Look, Yahweh announces to the ends of the earth, “Say to the daughter of Zion: Look, your Savior is coming! See, his reward is with him, and his recompense is going before him.”
12 Woayɔ wo be, “Ame kɔkɔewo. Yehowa ƒe Ame siwo wòɖe.” Ke wò la, woayɔ wò be, “Ame si dim wole vevie,” eye woayɔ wò be, “Du si gbɔ womagagbe nu le o.”
They will call you, “The holy people; the redeemed of Yahweh,” and you will be called “Sought after; a city not abandoned.”
