Aftir twei yeer Farao seiy a dreem; he gesside that he stood on a flood,
2 Tete nyi dami adre do tso tɔsisi la me, eye wonɔ gbe ɖum.
fro which seuene faire kiyn and ful fatte stieden, and weren fed in the places of mareis;
3 Emegbe nyi bubu adre do tso tɔsisi la me, ke woawo ɖi ku glãŋuiglãŋui, eye woƒe axaƒutiwo do. Woyi ɖatsi tsitre ɖe nyinɔ dami adreawo gbɔ.
and othere seuene, foule and leene, camen out of the flood, and weren fed in thilk brenke of the watir, in grene places;
4 Nyi ɖikuawo lé nyinɔ damiawo mi! Tete Farao nyɔ!
and tho deuoureden thilke kien of whiche the fairnesse and comelynesse of bodies was wondurful.
5 Egayi alɔ̃ me kaba, eye wògaku drɔ̃e bubu. Azɔ ya la, ekpɔ bli adre siwo ʋã nyuie la le bliti ɖeka dzi.
Farao wakide, and slepte eft, and seiy another dreem; seuen eeris of corn ful and faire camen forth in o stalke,
6 Enumake bli bubu adre gado ɖe bliti la dzi, ke esiawo ya meʋã kura o, eye ɣedzeƒeya na woyrɔ.
and othere as many eeris of corn, thinne and smytun with corrupcioun of brennynge wynd,
7 Bli yɔyrɔe siawo mi bli ʋaʋãwo! Farao ganyɔ, eye wòdze sii be drɔ̃e sɔŋ ko wonye.
camen forth, deuourynge al the fairenesse of the firste. Farao wakide aftir reste,
8 Esi ŋu ke, eye wòbu drɔ̃eawo ŋu la, etsi dzimaɖi ŋutɔ le nu si drɔ̃eawo ate ŋu aɖe afia la ŋu. Eyɔ afakalawo kple nunyalawo katã le Egiptenyigba dzi ƒo ƒu, eye wòlĩ drɔ̃eawo na wo, ke wo dometɔ aɖeke mete ŋu ɖe wo gɔme o.
and whanne morewtid was maad, he was aferd bi inward drede, and he sente to alle the expowneris of Egipt, and to alle wise men; and whanne thei weren clepid, he telde the dreem, and noon was that expownede.
9 Tete fia ƒe ahakula gblɔ na Farao be, “Egbe la, meɖo ŋku nye nu vɔ̃ dzi.
Thanne at the laste the maistir `of boteleris bithouyte, and seide, Y knowleche my synne;
10 Ɣe aɖe ɣi va yi esi nèdo dɔmedzoe ɖe mí ame eve ŋu, eye nède nye kple aboloƒola gaxɔ me le ŋuwòdzɔlawo ƒe amegã ƒe mɔ me la,
the kyng was wrooth to hise seruauntis, and comaundide me and the maister `of bakeris to be cast doun in to the prisoun of the prince of knyytis,
11 nye kple aboloƒola míeku drɔ̃e gbe ɖeka le zã me.
where we bothe saien a dreem in o nyyt, biforeschewynge of thingis to comynge.
12 Míelĩ drɔ̃eawo na Hebri ɖekakpui aɖe, ame si nye ŋuwòdzɔlawo ƒe amegã la ƒe kluvi le gaxɔa me, eye wòɖe drɔ̃eawo gɔme na mí.
An Ebrew child, seruaunt of the same duk of knyytis was there, to whom we telden the dremes,
13 “Eye nu sia nu va eme tututu abe ale si wògblɔe ene; nye ahakudɔ gaka asinye, wotso ta le aboloƒola nu, eye wotɔ eƒe ŋutilã ɖe ati nu.”
and herden what euer thing the bifallyng of thing preuede afterward; for Y am restorid to myn office, and he was hangid in a cros.
14 Farao ɖo du ɖe Yosef enumake. Woɖee le gaxɔa me kaba; eko ta, di awu bubuwo do alɔtsɔtsɔe, eye wòdo ɖe Farao ŋkume.
Anoon at the comaundement of the kyng thei polliden Joseph led out of prisoun, and whanne `the clooth was chaungid, thei brouyten Joseph to the kyng.
15 Farao gblɔ na Yosef be, “Meku drɔ̃e aɖe le zã si va yi la me, gake ame siawo dometɔ aɖeke mete ŋu ɖe egɔme nam o. Ke mese be ètea ŋu ɖea drɔ̃ewo gɔme, eya ta mena woyɔ wò nam.”
To whom the kyng seide, Y seiye dremes, and noon is that expowneth tho thingis that Y seiy, I haue herd that thou expownest moost prudentli.
16 Yosef gblɔ na Farao be, “Nyemate ŋu aɖe drɔ̃e la gɔme le ɖokuinye si o, ke Mawu ya ate ŋu aɖe drɔ̃ea gɔme na wò!”
Joseph answerde, With out me, God schal answere prosperitees to Farao.
17 Ale Farao lĩ drɔ̃e la nɛ be, “Metsi tsitre ɖe Nil tɔsisi la to;
Therfor Farao telde that that he seiy; Y gesside that Y stood on the brenke of the flood,
18 tete nyi dami siwo ƒe lãme nyo nyuie la do tso tɔsisi la me, eye wode asi gbeɖuɖu me le tɔsisi la to.
and seuene kiyn, ful faire and with fleischis able to etyng, stieden fro the watir, whiche kiyn gaderiden grene seggis in the pasture of the marreis;
19 Ke nyi bubu adre do tso tɔsisi la me. Woawo ɖi ku glãŋuiglãŋui; nyemekpɔ nyinɔ ɖiku mawo tɔgbi kpɔ le Egiptenyigba dzi o.
and lo! seuene othere kiyn, so foule and leene, sueden these, that Y seiy neuere siche in the lond of Egipt;
20 Nyi ɖiku siawo lé nyinɔ dami siwo do tso tɔsisi la me gbã la mi,
and whanne the formere kien weren deuourid and wastid, tho secounde yauen no steppe of fulnesse,
21 eye emegbe la, wogaɖi ku glãŋuiglãŋui abe ale si tututu wonɔ tsã la ene, eye menyɔ!
but weren slowe bi lijk leenesse and palenesse. I wakide, and eft Y was oppressid bi sleep, and Y seiy a dreem;
22 “Eteƒe medidi kura hafi megaku drɔ̃e bubu o. Azɔ ya la, bli adre nɔ bliti ɖeka dzi; bliawo katã ʋã nyuie.
seuene eeris of corn, ful and faireste, camen forth in o stalke,
23 Bli adre bubuwo gado ɖe bliti ma ke dzi, ke woawo meʋã o, ke boŋ woyrɔ.
and othere seuene, thinne and smytun with `corrupcioun of brennynge wynd, camen forth of the stobil,
24 Bli yɔyrɔawo mi bli ʋaʋãwo. “Megblɔ esiawo katã na nye afakalawo, ke wo dometɔ aɖeke mete ŋu ɖe wo gɔme nam o.”
whiche deuouriden the fairenesse of the formere;
25 Yosef gblɔ na Farao be, “Gɔmeɖeɖe ɖeka koe le drɔ̃e eveawo si. Mawu nɔ nu si wòava wɔ le Egiptenyigba dzi la gblɔm na wò.
Y telde the dreem to expowneris, and no man is that expowneth. Joseph answerde, The dreem of the king is oon; God schewide to Farao what thingis he schal do.
26 Nyi dami adreawo kple bli ʋaʋã adreawo fia be le ƒe adre siwo gbɔna me la, nuɖuɖu abɔ ɖe anyigba la dzi.
Seuene faire kiyn, and seuene ful eeris of corn, ben seuene yeeris of plentee, and tho comprehenden the same strengthe of dreem;
27 Nyi ɖiku adreawo kple bli maʋamaʋã yɔyrɔ adreawo fia be ƒe adre ƒe dɔwuame adze ƒe adre siwo me nuɖuɖu abɔ la yome.
and seuene kiyn thinne and leene, that stieden aftir tho, and seuene thinne eeris of corn and smytun with brennynge wynd, ben seuene yeer of hungur to comynge,
28 “Ale Mawu ɖe nu si wɔ ge wòala la fia wò.
whiche schulen be fillid bi this ordre.
29 Nuɖuɖu abɔ ɖe Egiptenyigba blibo la dzi le ƒe adre gbãtɔ siwo gbɔna la me.
Lo! seuene yeer of greet plentee in al the lond of Egipt schulen come,
30 Ke le ƒe mawo yome la, dɔwuame ava ƒe adre, eye enu asesẽ ale gbegbe be nuɖuɖu si bɔ tsã la avɔ, woaŋlɔ woƒe bɔbɔ kpɔ be le Egipte, eye dɔwuame agblẽ anyigba la dzi.
and seuene othre yeer of so greet bareynesse schulen sue tho, that al the abundaunce bifore be youun to foryetyng; for the hungur schal waste al the lond,
31 “Dɔwuame la nu asesẽ ale gbegbe be ame aɖeke magaɖo ŋku edzi be nuɖuɖu bɔ kpɔ o.
and the greetnesse of pouert schal leese the greetnesse of plentee.
32 Drɔ̃e eve siawo le nu eve fiam Farao; wofia be nya siwo megblɔ na mi la le eme va ge kokoko, elabena Mawu ɖo wo da ɖi, eye woava eme kaba.
Forsothe this that thou siyest the secunde tyme a dreem, perteynynge to the same thing, is a `schewyng of sadnesse, for the word of God schal be doon, and schal be fillid ful swiftli.
33 Susu si mado ɖa lae nye be Farao nadi nunyala gãtɔ kekeake le Egipte, eye nàtsɔe aɖo agbledede ƒe ɖoɖowo nu le anyigba blibo la dzi.
Now therfor puruey the kyng a wijs man and a redi, and make the kyng hym souereyn to the lond of Egipt,
34 Mina Farao natia dɔdzikpɔla ɖe anyigba la dzi be woaxɔ Egipte ƒe nuŋeŋe ƒe atɔ̃lia ɖeka le ƒe adreawo me.
which man ordeyne gouernouris bi alle cuntreis, and gadere he in to bernys the fyuethe part of fruytis bi seuene yeer of plentee,
35 Woaƒo nuɖuɖuawo nu ƒu le ƒe nyui siwo gbɔna la me, eye woadzra wo ɖo ɖe avawo me le duwo me na Farao,
that schulen come now; and al the wheete be kept vndur the power of Farao, and be it kept in citees,
36 ale be nuɖuɖu nasɔ gbɔ ate ŋu akplɔ mí to ƒe adre siwo dɔwuame anɔ anyi le Egipte la me. Ne menye nenema o la, tsɔtsrɔ̃ ava anyigba la dzi.”
and be it maad redi to the hungur to comynge of seuene yeer that schal oppresse Egipt, and the lond be not wastid bi pouert.
37 Farao kple eƒe kpeɖeŋutɔwo xɔ Yosef ƒe nyawo.
The counsel pleside Farao,
38 Esi wode ŋugble tso ame si woahiã na dɔ sia ŋu la, Farao gblɔ be, “Ame kae ate ŋu awɔ dɔ vevi sia nyuie wu Yosef? Elabena enye ame si yɔ fũu kple Mawu ƒe Gbɔgbɔ.”
and alle his mynystris, and he spak to hem, Wher we moun fynde sich a man which is ful of Goddis spirit?
39 Farao trɔ ɖe Yosef gbɔ gblɔ nɛ be, “Zi ale si Mawu ɖe drɔ̃eawo gɔme fia wò ko la, wòe nye nunyala gãtɔ le dukɔa me,
Therfor Farao seide to Joseph, For God hath schewid to thee alle thingis whiche thou hast spoke, wher Y mai fynde a wisere man and lijk thee?
40 eya ta metsɔ wò ɖo dɔ blibo la nu. Nya sia nya si nàgblɔ la, woawɔ edzi le Egiptenyigba blibo la dzi. Nye ɖeka koe aganye amegã na wò.”
Therfor thou schalt be ouer myn hous, and al the puple schal obeie to the comaundement of thi mouth; Y schal passe thee onely by o trone of the rewme.
41 Ale Farao gblɔ na Yosef be, “Meto esia me tsɔ wò ɖo Egiptenyigba blibo la nu.”
And eft Farao seide to Joseph, Lo! Y haue ordeyned thee on al the lond of Egipt.
42 Tete Farao ɖe eƒe ŋkɔsigɛ le asi hetsɔ de na Yosef; edo aklala biɖibiɖi ƒe awu nɛ, eye wòde sikakɔsɔkɔsɔ kɔ nɛ.
And Farao took the ryng fro his hond, and yaf it in the hond of Joseph, and he clothide Joseph with a stoole of bijs, and puttide a goldun wrethe aboute the necke;
43 Emegbe la, Farao tsɔ tasiaɖam si kplɔ fia tɔ ɖo la na Yosef, eye afi sia afi si wòyi ko la, ɣli ɖina be, “Midze klo!”
and Farao made Joseph to `stie on his secounde chare, while a bidele criede, that alle men schulden knele bifore hym, and schulden knowe that he was souereyn of al the lond of Egipt.
44 Farao gblɔ na Yosef be, “Nye, Egipte fia, meka atam na wò be, ànɔ Egiptenyigba blibo la nu le go sia go me.”
And the kyng seide to Joseph, Y am Farao, without thi comaundement no man shal stire hond ether foot in al the lond of Egipt.
45 Farao tsɔ ŋkɔ yeye na Yosef be Zafenat Paneah. Ŋkɔ sia gɔmee nye “Amewo ƒe agbeɖela, Mawu ƒe ŋusẽ tɔgbi ɖe ku kple agbe dzi.” Farao tsɔ nyɔnuvi aɖe si ŋkɔe nye Asenat, eye wònye Potifera, ame si nye On nunɔla la, ƒe vinyɔnu na Yosef wòɖe. Ale Yosef zu ame xɔŋkɔ aɖe le Egiptenyigba blibo la dzi.
And he turnede the name of Joseph, and clepide him bi Egipcian langage, the sauyour of the world; and he yaf to Joseph a wijf, Asenech, the douyter of Potifar, preest of Heliopoleos. And so Joseph yede out to the lond of Egipt.
46 Exɔ ƒe blaetɔ̃ esi wòge ɖe Farao, Egipte fia ƒe dɔ me. Yosef dzo le Farao gbɔ, eye wòde asi tsatsa me le anyigba blibo la dzi.
Forsothe Joseph was of thretti yeer, whanne he stood in the siyt of kyng Farao, and cumpasside alle the cuntreis of Egipt.
47 Vavã, le ƒe adre gbãtɔwo me la, nukuwo wɔ nyuie ŋutɔ le afi sia afi.
And the plente of seuene yeer cam, and ripe corn weren bounden into handfuls, and weren gaderid into the bernys of Egipt,
48 Le ƒe mawo me la, Yosef de se be woatsɔ nuku ɖe sia ɖe si woaxa le Egipte la ƒe akpa aɖe ana dziɖuɖu, eye woadzra wo ɖo ɖe avawo me le du gãwo me.
also al the aboundaunce of cornes weren kept in alle citeis,
49 Le ƒe adrea ƒe nuwuwu la, avawo yɔ, eye nuɖuɖu si wodzɔ na dziɖuɖu la sɔ gbɔ ale gbegbe be ame aɖeke meganya akɔnta le eŋu o.
and so greet aboundaunce was of wheete, that it was maad euene to the grauel of the see, and the plente passide mesure.
50 Le ɣeyiɣi sia me, hafi dɔwuame ƒe ƒe gbãtɔ naɖo la, Asenat, Potifera si nye On nunɔla ƒe vinyɔnu la dzi vi eve na Yosef.
Sotheli twei sones were born to Joseph bifor that the hungur came, whiche Asenech, douytir of Putifar, preest of Heliopoleos, childide to hym.
51 Ena ŋkɔ gbãtɔ be Manase si gɔmee nye “Meŋlɔ be.” Nu si Yosef di be yeafia lae nye be Mawu ve ye nu ale gbegbe be yeŋlɔ yeƒe ɖekakpuimefuwo kple yeƒe dzodzo le yewo de be.
And he clepide the name of the firste gendrid sone, Manasses, and seide, God hath maad me to foryete alle my traueilis, and the hous of my fadir;
52 Ena ŋkɔ Via ŋutsu evelia be Efraim si gɔmee nye “Kutsetse,” elabena egblɔ be, “Mawu na metse ku le teƒe sia, afi si menye kluvi le.”
and he clepide the name of the secunde sone Effraym, and seide, God hath maad me to encreesse in the lond of my pouert.
53 Ale ƒe adre siwo me nuɖuɖu bɔ le Egipte la wu enu,
Therfor whanne seuene yeer of plentee that weren in Egipt weren passid,
54 eye dɔwuame ƒe ƒe adreawo dze egɔme abe ale si Yosef gblɔe da ɖi ene. Nukuwo gblẽ le dukɔ siwo ƒo xlã wo la me, ke nuɖuɖu bɔ ɖe avawo me le Egipte.
seuene yeer of pouert bigunnen to come, whiche Joseph bifore seide, and hungur hadde the maistri in al the world; also hungur was in al the lond of Egipt;
55 Dɔ de asi Egipte dukɔ la wuwu me. Woɖe kuku na Farao be wòana nuɖuɖu yewo. Eɖo wo ɖe Yosef gbɔ kple nya siawo be, “Miwɔ nu sia nu si wòagblɔ na mi be miawɔ la.”
and whanne that lond hungride, the puple criede to Farao, and axide metis; to whiche he answeride, Go ye to Joseph, and do ye what euer thing he seith to you.
56 Esi dɔwuame kaka ɖe anyigba blibo la dzi la, Yosef ʋu avawo, eye wòdzra nuɖuɖu na Egiptetɔwo, elabena dɔwuame la nu sesẽ le anyigba la katã dzi.
Forsothe hungur encreesside ech dai in al the lond, and Joseph openyde alle the bernys, and seelde to Egipcians, for also hungur oppresside hem;
57 Eye amewo tso dukɔwo katã me va Egipte be yewoaƒle bli le Yosef gbɔ, elabena dɔwuame la nu sesẽ le xexea me katã.
and alle prouynces camen in to Egipt to bie metis, and to abate the yuel of nedynesse.
