< Mose 2 4 >
1 Ke Mose gblɔ be, “Womaxɔ dzinye ase o! Womawɔ nu si magblɔ na wo be woawɔ o. Woagblɔ be, ‘Yehowa meɖe eɖokui fia wò o!’”
And he answered Moses and he said and here! not they will believe me and not they will listen to voice my for they will say not he appeared to you Yahweh.
2 Yehowa biae be, “Nu kae nye ema le asiwò?” Mose ɖo eŋu be, “Alẽkplɔla ƒe atikplɔe.”
And he said to him Yahweh (what [is] this? *Q(K)*) [is] in hand your and he said a staff.
3 Yehowa gblɔ nɛ be, “Ɖe asi le eŋu da ɖe anyigba.” Mose ɖe asi le eŋu da ɖe anyigba, eye wòtrɔ zu da; tete Mose si le egbɔ.
And he said throw it [the] ground towards and he threw it [the] ground towards and it became a snake and he fled Moses from before it.
4 Yehowa gblɔ nɛ be, “Lé eƒe asike!” Mose lé da la ƒe asike, eye wògazu atikplɔ ɖe esi!
And he said Yahweh to Moses stretch out hand your and hold on tail its and he stretched out hand his and he took hold on it and it became a staff in hand his.
5 Yehowa gblɔ nɛ be, “Wɔ esia ekema woaxɔ dziwò ase, ekema woadze sii be Yehowa, wo fofowo, Abraham, Isak kple Yakob ƒe Mawue ɖe eɖokui fia wò nyateƒe.”
So that they may believe that he appeared to you Yahweh [the] God ancestors their [the] God of Abraham [the] God of Isaac and [the] God of Jacob.
6 Azɔ Yehowa gblɔ be, “Tsɔ wò asi de wò axatome.” Eye Mose tsɔ eƒe asi de axatome. Esi wòɖe asi ɖa la, eƒe asi dze kpodɔ hefu kpĩi.
And he said Yahweh to him again put please hand your in bosom your and he put hand his in bosom his and he brought out it and there! hand his [was] leprous like snow.
7 Yehowa gagblɔ nɛ be, “Gatsɔ wò asi de wò axatome.” Esi wògawɔ esia, eye wògaɖe asi ɖa la, dɔvɔ̃ɖi la bu le eŋu; eƒe asi ganɔ abe tsã ene!
And he said return hand your into bosom your and he returned hand his into bosom his and he brought out it from bosom his and there! it had turned back like flesh his.
8 Yehowa gblɔ be, “Ne womexɔ nukunu gbãtɔ dzi se o la, woaxɔ evelia dzi ase.
And it will be if not they will believe you and not they will listen to [the] voice of the sign former and they will believe [the] voice of the sign latter.
9 Ne womeɖo to wò le dzesi eve siawo megbe o la, ekema ku tsi tso Nil tɔsisi la me kɔ ɖe anyigba ƒuƒui dzi, eye wòatrɔ azu ʋu.”
And it will be if not they will believe also [the] two the signs these and not they will listen! to voice your and you will take some of [the] water of the River and you will pour [it] out the dry ground and they will become the waters which you will take from the River and they will become blood on the dry ground.
10 Ke Mose ɖe kuku na Yehowa be, “O, nye Aƒetɔ, nyemeƒoa nu nyuie o. Nyemeƒo nu nyuie kpɔ o; nyemenye nuƒola nyui aɖeke fifia hã o, togbɔ be èƒo nu nam gɔ̃ hã, elabena nye aɖe metrɔna ɖe nya ŋu tututu o.”
And he said Moses to Yahweh pardon me O Lord not [am] a man of words I neither from yesterday nor from three days ago nor from then speaking you to servant your for [am] heavy of mouth and heavy of tongue I.
11 Yehowa biae be, “Ame kae wɔ nuwo na amewo? Menye nye, Yehowae oa? Ame kae wɔ aɖetututɔ alo tokunɔ, alo nukpɔla, alo ŋkuagbãtɔ? Alo menye nye Yehowae oa?
And he said Yahweh to him who? did he make a mouth of person or who? does he make dumb or deaf or seeing or blind ¿ not [do] I Yahweh.
12 Azɔ la, yii, elabena makpe ɖe ŋuwò be nàƒo nu nyuie, eye magblɔ nu si nàgblɔ la na wò.”
And therefore go and I I will be with mouth your and I will teach you [that] which you will say.
13 Ke Mose gagblɔ be, “Aƒetɔ, meɖe kuku, ɖo ame bubu aɖe ɖa.”
And he said pardon me O Lord send please by [the] hand of [whoever] you will send.
14 Tete Yehowa do dɔmedzoe ɖe Mose ŋu, eye wògblɔ nɛ be, “Enyo, nɔviwò Aron, Levitɔ la, ƒoa nu nyuie, egbɔna ava di wò le afi sia. Akpɔ dzidzɔ ŋutɔ ne ekpɔ wò,
And it burned [the] anger of Yahweh on Moses and he said ¿ not [is] Aaron brother your the Levite I know that well he speaks he and also there! he [is] coming out to meet you and he will see you and he will be glad in heart his.
15 eya ta magblɔ nu si nàgblɔ nɛ la na wò. Makpe ɖe mi ame evea ŋu be miaƒo nu nyuie, eye magblɔ nu si miagblɔ la na mi.
And you will speak to him and you will put the words in mouth his and I I will be with mouth your and with mouth his and I will teach you [that] which you will do!
16 Eyae anɔ tewòƒe, eye wòaƒo nu na ameawo. Wò la, ànɔ nɛ abe Mawu ene,
And he will speak he for you to the people and it will be he he will become of you a mouth and you you will become of him a god.
17 gake tsɔ wò atikplɔ la ɖe asi ale be nàte ŋu awɔ nukunu siwo mefia wò la kplii.”
And the staff this you will take in hand your which you will do with it the signs.
18 Mose trɔ yi aƒe me; edzro nya la me kple toa, Yetro, hegblɔ nɛ be, “Meɖe kuku, ɖe mɔ nam matrɔ ayi nye ƒometɔwo gbɔ le Egipte ne makpɔe ɖa be wogale agbe mahã?” Yetro ɖo eŋu be, “Yi faa, nye yayrawo le yowòme.”
And he went Moses and he returned - to Jethro father-in-law his and he said to him let me go please so I may return to relatives my who [are] in Egypt so I may see ¿ [are] still they living and he said Jethro to Moses go to peace.
19 Hafi Mose nadzo le Midian la, Yehowa gblɔ nɛ be, “Trɔ nàyi Egipte, elabena ame siwo katã di be yewoawu wò la, ku xoxo.”
And he said Yahweh to Moses in Midian go return Egypt for they have died all the men who sought life your.
20 Ale Mose kplɔ srɔ̃a kple via ŋutsuviwo da ɖe tedzi dzi, eye wòdze mɔ yina ɖe Egipte. Elé “Mawu ƒe atikplɔ” la ɖe asi goŋgoŋgoŋ!
And he took Moses wife his and sons his and he made ride them on the donkey and he returned [the] land of towards Egypt and he took Moses [the] staff of God in hand his.
21 Yehowa gblɔ nɛ be, “Ne èɖo Egipte la, ele na wò be nàdo ɖe Farao ŋkume, eye nàwɔ nukunu siwo mena ŋusẽ wò be nàwɔ. Ke mana wòasẽ dzi me: maɖe asi le ameawo ŋu be woadzo o.
And he said Yahweh to Moses when going you to return Egypt towards see all the wonders which I have put in hand your and you will do them before Pharaoh and I I will make strong heart his and not he will let go the people.
22 Ekema, ele na wò be nàgblɔ na Farao be, ‘Yehowa be, Israel dukɔ lae nye nye ŋutsu ŋgɔgbevi.
And you will say to Pharaoh thus he says Yahweh [is] son my firstborn my Israel.
23 Meɖoe na wò be nàna wòadzo aɖasubɔm, ke ègbe toɖoɖo. Kpɔ ɖa, mawu wò ŋgɔgbevi.’”
And I said to you let go son my so he may serve me and you refused to let go him here! I [am] about to kill son your firstborn your.
24 Esi Mose kple srɔ̃a kpakple wo viwo nɔ mɔa zɔm la, wotsi teƒe aɖe dɔ. Yehowa ɖe eɖokui fia Mose, eye wòdo ŋɔdzi nɛ be yeawui.
And it was on the journey at the lodging place and he met him Yahweh and he sought to kill him.
25 Ke Zipora tsɔ kpe ɖaɖɛ aɖe lã via ƒe aʋanuyi, eye wòtsɔe ka Mose ƒe afɔwo ŋu hegblɔ be, “Nyateƒee, ènye ʋuŋugbetɔsrɔ̃ nam.”
And she took Zipporah a flint and she cut off [the] foreskin of son her and she made [it] touch feet his and she said that [are] a bridegroom of blood you to me.
26 Ale Yehowa ɖe asi le eŋu. (Ɣe ma ɣie Zipora gblɔ be, “Ʋuŋugbetɔsrɔ̃,” eye nu si gblɔm wòle lae nye aʋatsotso.)
And he withdrew from him then she said a bridegroom of blood to the circumcision.
27 Azɔ la, Yehowa gblɔ na Aron be, “Yi gbedzi ne nàkpe Mose.” Ale Aron zɔ mɔ yi Mawu ƒe to, Horeb gbɔ ɖado go Mose le afi ma, eye wògbugbɔ nu nɛ.
And he said Yahweh to Aaron go to meet Moses the wilderness towards and he went and he met him at [the] mountain of God and he kissed him.
28 Mose gblɔ nu siwo Yehowa ɖo na wo be woawɔ kple nya siwo woagblɔ la na Aron. Eƒo nu tso nukunu siwo woawɔ le Farao ŋkume la hã ŋu nɛ.
And he told Moses to Aaron all [the] words of Yahweh which he had sent him and all the signs which he had commanded him.
29 Ale Mose kple Aron wotrɔ va Egipte. Wowɔ takpekpe kple Israel ƒe dumegãwo.
And he went Moses and Aaron and they gathered all [the] elders of [the] people of Israel.
30 Aron gblɔ nu siwo Yehowa gblɔ na Mose la na wo, eye Mose wɔ nukunuawo wokpɔ.
And he spoke Aaron all the words which he had spoken Yahweh to Moses and he did the signs to [the] eyes of the people.
31 Dumegãwo xɔe se be Yehowae ɖo wo ɖa nyateƒe. Esi wose be Yehowa va kpɔ wo ɖa, kpɔ woƒe nublanuitɔnyenye, eye wòɖo ta me be yeaɖe wo la, wode ta agu, eye wosubɔe.
And it believed the people and they heard that he had observed Yahweh [the] people of Israel and that he had seen affliction their and they bowed low and they bowed down.
