< Korintotɔwo 2 10 >

1 Azɔ la, nye Paulo ŋutɔ mele nu xlɔ̃m mi kple dzigbɔɖi kple tufafa abe ale si Kristo ŋutɔ awɔ ene. Ke mia dometɔ aɖewo le gbɔgblɔm be, ne mele adzɔge la, nye nya dzi “sesẽna”, gake ne meva yewo gbɔ ko la, menɔa anyi abe “vɔvɔ̃nɔtɔ” ene.
Moreover, I, Paul, myself, exhort you, through the meekness and considerateness of the Christ, —I who, to look upon, indeed, am lowly toward you, but, absent, am bold towards you; —
Menya be ŋusẽ le asinye mazã ɖe ame siwo buna le mia dome be amegbetɔ ƒe nunya kple ŋusẽ ko metsɔ le dɔ wɔmii la dzi, gake nyemedi be mawɔ alea o.
I entreat, however, that, when present, I may not be bold with the assurance wherewith I think to be daring against some who account of us as though, according to flesh, we were walking, —
3 Enye nyateƒe be míele ŋutilã me zɔm gake, míewɔa aʋa le ŋutilã nu o.
For, though, in flesh, we walk, not, according to flesh, do we war, —
4 Menye amegbetɔwo ƒe aʋawɔnuwo míezãna o, ke boŋ Mawu ƒe ŋusẽ si tri akɔ wu nu sia nu lae míetsɔna ɖua Abosam ƒe ŋusẽwo katã dzi.
For, the weapons of our warfare, are not fleshly, but mighty, by God, unto a pulling down of strongholds, —
Eye to ŋusẽ sia me la, míeléa ame si dze aglã ɖe Mawu ŋuti la kluvii be wòatrɔ gbɔ va Mawu gbɔ, eye míetrɔa eƒe susuwo be wòaɖo to Kristo.
When we pull down, calculations, and every height that uplifteth itself against the knowledge of God, and when we bring into captivity every thought unto the obedience of the Christ,
6 Eye míele dzadzraɖo me be ne miaƒe toɖoɖo made blibo o la, ekema míahe to na ame siwo me aglãdzegbɔgbɔ gale la.
And when we hold ourselves, in readiness, to avenge all disobedience, as soon as your obedience shall be fulfilled!
7 Nu si le fu ɖem na mi lae nye be mietsɔ ameŋkumekpɔkpɔ ɖo dɔe, eye miele nye hã kpɔm be ŋusẽ aɖeke mele ŋunye o. Ke medi be miase egɔme be ne ame aɖe ate ŋu agblɔ be Kristo ƒe ŋusẽ le ye si tututu la, míawo hã míate ŋu agblɔ esia.
The things that lie on the surface, ye are looking at: —if anyone hath come to trust in himself that he is, Christ’s, this, let him reckon, again, with himself—that, even as, he, is Christ’s, so, also are, we.
Yea, if, somewhat more abundantly, I should boast concerning our authority—which the Lord hath given for building up and not for pulling you down, I shall not be put to shame, —
9 Nyemedi be miabu be ɖeko mele vɔvɔ̃ dom na mi kple nye agbalẽwo o.
That I may not seem as though I would be terrifying you through means of my letters;
10 Mia dometɔ aɖewo gblɔ be, “Ne ele adzɔge la, eyae wòŋlɔa agbalẽ nɔa ŋɔdzi kple vɔvɔ̃ dom na ame, gake ne eya ŋutɔ va la, megatea ŋu gblɔa nya mawo dometɔ aɖeke o, ke boŋ eƒoa nu abe ɖevi ene.”
Because, The letters, it is true (saith one), are weighty and strong, but, the presence of the body, is weak, and, the discourse, contemptible; —
This, let such a one reckon—that, what we are, in our word, through means of letters, being absent, such, also, being present, are we, in our deed.
12 Míedi be míawɔ abe ale si mia dometɔ aɖewo wɔna nɔa wo ɖokuiwo kafum eye wonɔa nya ʋlim le wo ɖokuiwo dome be ame kae nye gãtɔ hã o. Nu siawo katã nye movidzɔdzɔ be miadi be yewoakpɔ be, ame kae nye gãtɔ wu le yewo dome hã?
For we dare not class or compare ourselves with some who do, themselves, commend; but, they, among themselves, measuring, themselves, and comparing themselves with themselves, are without discernment!
We, however, not as to the things without measure, will boast ourselves, but, according to the measure of the limit which God apportioned unto us, as a measure—to reach as far as even you!
For, not as though we were not reaching unto you, are we over-stretching ourselves, for, as far as even you, were we beforehand in the glad-message of the Christ:
15 Eye menye ɖe míele didim be míaƒo adegbe le ame bubu ƒe dɔ si wòwɔ le mia dome la ta o, ke míaƒe didi vevie nye be miaƒe xɔse natsi ɖe edzi be míate ŋu awɔ dɔ gãwo le mia dome le ɖoɖo si wona mí la nu.
Not, as to the things without measure, boasting ourselves in other men’s toils, but having, hope—your faith, growing—among you, to be enlarged, according to our limit for something beyond, —
16 Le esia megbe la, miate ŋu akpɔ mɔ atsɔ Kristo ƒe nyanyui la ayii na dukɔ siwo le adzɔge le mia gbɔ afi si ame aɖeke mede haɖe o, be woawo hã nadze si Kristo. Ale be ame aɖeke magagblɔ be yee nye ame gbãtɔ si tsɔ nyanyui la yi du ma me hafi míeva o.
Unto the regions beyond you, to carry the glad-message: not, within another man’s limit, as to the things made ready, to boast ourselves.
17 Mawunya gblɔe be, “Ame sia ame si di be yeaƒo adegbe la naƒoe le nu si Aƒetɔ la wɔ la ko ŋu.”
He that boasteth, however, in the Lord, let him boast;
18 Elabena ame si ƒoa adegbe le eya ŋutɔ ƒe dɔwo ŋuti la medzea Aƒetɔ la ŋu o, ke ame si ƒe dɔwɔwɔ ŋu Aƒetɔ la kpɔ ŋudzedze nyui le lae nye dɔwɔla nyuitɔ.
For, not he that commendeth himself, he, is approved, but he whom, the Lord, doth commend.
