King Solomon was king over all Israel.

Elihoreph and Ahijah sons of Shisha, were secretaries. Jehoshaphat son of Ahilud was the recorder.
4 Benaya, Yehoiada ƒe vi nye aʋafia na dukɔ la; Zadok kple Abiata nye nunɔlawo.
Benaiah son of Jehoiada was over the army. Zadok and Abiathar were priests.
5 Azaria, Natan ƒe vi nye dukɔ la ƒe dɔnunɔlawo ƒe tatɔ; Zabud, Natan ƒe vi nye nunɔla na Fia la ŋutɔ eye wòganye Fia la xɔlɔ̃ tɔxɛ;
Azariah son of Nathan was over the officers. Zabud son of Nathan was a priest and the king's friend.
6 Ahisa kpɔa fiasã la ƒe nuwo dzi kple fiasã la me nyawo gbɔ; Adoniram, Abda ƒe vi kpɔa dudɔwɔwɔwo dzi.
Ahishar was over the household. Adoniram son of Abda was over the men who were subjected to forced labor.
7 Solomo gatia dzikpɔla wuieve ɖe Israel blibo la nu, ame ɖeka tso to ɖeka me, ame siwo ƒe dɔe nye be woadi nuɖuɖu na fiasã la me. Wo dometɔ ɖe sia ɖe wɔa dɔ sia ɣleti ɖeka le ƒe sia ƒe me.
Solomon had twelve officers over all Israel, who provided food for the king and his household. Each man had to make provision for one month in the year.
8 Ame wuieve siawo kple teƒe siwo wodzɔa nuɖuɖu le la woe nye esiawo: Ben Hur dzɔa nu le Efraim ƒe tonyigba ŋu;

Ben-Geber, in Ramoth Gilead (to him belonged the towns of Jair son of Manasseh, that are in Gilead, and the region of Argob belonged to him, which is in Bashan, sixty great cities with walls and bronze gate bars);

and Geber son of Uri, in the land of Gilead, the country of Sihon king of the Amorites and of Og king of Bashan, and he was the only official who was in the land.
20 Israel kple Yuda nye dukɔ si kpɔ kesinɔnu geɖe; woƒe amewo sɔ gbɔ eye dzidzeme nɔ anyigba la dzi.
Judah and Israel were as numerous as the sand by the sea. They were eating and drinking and were happy.
21 Fia Solomo ɖu anyigba blibo la dzi tso Frat tɔsisi la to va yi Filistitɔwo ƒe anyigba dzi va tɔ Egiptetɔwo ƒe liƒo. Dukɔ siwo dzi wòɖu la, dzɔ nu nɛ eye wosubɔe le eƒe agbemeŋkekewo katã me.
Solomon ruled over all the kingdoms from the River to the land of the Philistines and to the border of Egypt. They brought tribute and served Solomon all the days of his life.
22 Nuɖuɖu si Solomo hiã le fiasã la me gbe sia gbe woe nye wɔ memi kilolita ade kple afã, wɔ bubu, kilolita wuietɔ̃ kple afã,
Solomon's provision for one day was thirty cors of fine flour and sixty cors of meal,
23 nyitsu dami ewo siwo wonyi le nyikpo me, nyi blaeve siwo wonyi le gbeɖuƒewo, alẽ alafa ɖeka eye ɣe aɖewo ɣi la, wowɔa sẽ, zi, sãde kple xevi damiwo ŋu dɔ.
ten fat oxen, twenty oxen out of the pastures, and one hundred sheep, besides deer, gazelles, roebucks, and fattened fowl.
24 Fiaɖuƒe siwo katã nɔ Frat tɔsisi la ƒe ɣetoɖoƒe lɔƒo, tso Tifsa yi Gaza la nɔ Fia Solomo ƒe fiaɖuƒe me eye ŋutifafa nɔ anyigba blibo la dzi.
For he had dominion over all the region on this side of the River, from Tiphsah as far as to Gaza, over all the kings on this side the River, and he had peace on all sides around him.
25 Le Fia Solomo ƒe agbenɔɣi blibo la me la, ŋutifafa kple dedinɔnɔ nɔ Yuda kple Israel siaa eye aƒe kple agble nɔ ƒome ɖe sia ɖe si.
Judah and Israel lived in safety, every man under his vine and under his fig tree, from Dan to Beersheba, all the days of Solomon.

Solomon had forty thousand stalls of horses for his chariots, and twelve thousand horsemen.
27 Nuɖuɖudzikpɔla siawo dzɔa nuɖuɖu na Solomo kple eŋumewo ɣleti sia ɣleti
Those officials provided food for King Solomon and for all who came to King Solomon's table, every man in his month. They let nothing be lacking.

They also brought to the proper place barley and straw for the chariot horses and riding horses, each one bringing in what he was able.
29 Mawu na nunya blibo kple gɔmesese deto Solomo le mɔ geɖewo nu.
God gave Solomon great wisdom and understanding, and wideness of understanding like the sand on the seashore.
30 Eƒe nunya de ŋgɔ wu nunyala gã siwo tso Ɣedzeƒe kple esiwo tso Egipte la tɔwo.
Solomon's wisdom exceeded the wisdom of all the people of the east and all the wisdom of Egypt.
31 Enya nu wu Etan, Ezrahitɔ la kple Heman, Kalkol kple Darda, ame siwo nye Mahol ƒe viwo. Exɔ ŋkɔ le dukɔ siwo ƒo xlãe la me.
He was wiser than all men—than Ethan the Ezrahite, Heman, Kalkol, and Darda, the sons of Mahol—and his fame reached all the surrounding nations.
32 Eto lododo akpe etɔ̃ vɛ eye wòkpa ha akpe ɖeka kple atɔ̃.
He spoke three thousand proverbs and his songs were one thousand and five in number.
33 Enya nu tso nu gbagbewo abe lãwo, xewo, dawo kple tɔmelãwo ene ŋu. Eganya nu tso atiwo hã ŋu, tso Lebanon ƒe sedati gãwo dzi va se ɖe kakle siwo tsina le gli dzedzewo me la ŋuti.
He described the plants, from the cedar that is in Lebanon to the hyssop that grows out of the wall. He explained also about beasts, birds, creeping things, and fish.
34 Fiawo dɔa amewo tso anyigba geɖewo dzi ɖona ɖe egbɔ be woaxɔ aɖaŋuɖoɖo tso egbɔ.
People came from all the nations to hear the wisdom of Solomon. They came from all kings of the earth who had heard of his wisdom.
