< Korintotɔwo 1 12 >

1 Azɔ la, nɔviwo, medi be maŋlɔ nu na mi tso nunana tɔxɛ siwo Gbɔgbɔ Kɔkɔe la naa mía dometɔ ɖe sia ɖe la ŋu, elabena nyemedi be nugɔmemasemase aɖeke nanɔ wo ŋu o.
Now concerning spiritual gifts, brothers, I do not wish you to be ignorant.
2 Miaɖo ŋku edzi be hafi miazu kristotɔwo la, mienye trɔ̃subɔlawo. Mietso legba ɖeka gbɔ yi bubu gbɔ, eye wolé míaƒe susu hekplɔ mi trae le legba maƒonu siawo gbɔe.
You know that when you were heathen you went astray after dumb idols, wherever he be led.
3 Medi be mianya be ame sia ame si tsɔ Mawu ƒe Gbɔgbɔ le nu ƒom la, mate ŋu agblɔ be, “Yesu ƒe fiƒode neva dziwò” o, eye ame aɖeke mate ŋu agblɔ nyateƒetɔe be, “Yesu nye Aƒetɔ” o, negbe to Gbɔgbɔ Kɔkɔe la ƒe kpekpeɖeŋu me ko.
Wherefore I want you to understand that no one who speaks in the Spirit of God says, "Jesus is accursed," and no one can say, "Jesus is Lord," except in the Holy Spirit.
4 Azɔ la, nunana tɔxɛ ƒomevi geɖewo li gake Gbɔgbɔ Kɔkɔe ɖeka ma koe nye wo katã ƒe dzɔtsoƒe.
Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit;
5 Subɔsubɔdɔ vovovowo li, ke Aƒetɔ ɖeka ma ko subɔm míele.
there are various forms of service, and the same Lord;
6 Mawu toa mɔ vovovowo dzi wɔa eƒe dɔ le míaƒe agbenɔnɔ me, ke Mawu ɖeka ma ke koe wɔa eƒe dɔ to mí ame siwo katã nye etɔwo la dzi.
and varieties of work, and the same God, who works in all.
7 Gbɔgbɔ Kɔkɔe la ɖea Mawu ƒe ŋusẽ fiana toa mía dometɔ ɖe sia ɖe me eye wòtoa esia dzi kpena ɖe hame blibo la ŋu.
Now to each man has been given his manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.
8 Gbɔgbɔ la naa ŋutete ame aɖe be wòaɖo aɖaŋu nyuie. Ame bubu anyo ŋutɔ le nusɔsrɔ̃ kple nufiafia me, eye esiae nye eya hã ƒe nunana tso Gbɔgbɔ ma ke gbɔ.
For to one man by the Spirit has been given a word of wisdom, to another a word of insight by the same Spirit;
9 Gbɔgbɔ la kee naa xɔse ame aɖe eye wònaa dɔyɔyɔ ƒe ŋusẽ ame bubu.
to one man by the same Spirit is given faith, to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit;
10 Enaa ŋusẽ ame aɖewo be woawɔ nukunuwo, eye wònaa nyagblɔɖi kple mawunyagbɔgblɔ ƒe ŋusẽ ame bubuwo! Enaa ŋusẽ ame aɖewo be woanya nenye gbɔgbɔ vɔ̃woe le nu ƒom to ame siwo be Mawu ƒe nya gblɔm yewole la dzi loo alo nenye Mawu ƒe Gbɔgbɔe le nu ƒom nyateƒe. Hekpe ɖe esia ŋu la, enaa ŋusẽ ame aɖe be wòate ŋu agblɔ gbe si mesrɔ̃ kpɔ o, eye wònaa ŋusẽ ame bubu siwo hã menya gbe ma o la be woase nu si gblɔm nuƒola la le gɔme.
to another the powers which work miracles, to another prophecy, to another the discernment of spirits; to another varieties of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues.
11 Gbɔgbɔ Kɔkɔe ɖeka ma ke koe naa ŋusẽ kple nunana siawo katã eye wòtiaa esi dze na mía dometɔ ɖe sia ɖe la na mí.
But the one and the same Spirit gives power to all, distributing his gifts to each as he wills.
12 Ŋutinu geɖewo le míaƒe ŋutilã ŋu, ke ŋutinu geɖe siawo la, ŋutilã ɖeka ko wozuna ne wotsɔ wo katã ƒo ƒu. Nenema tututue wòle le Kristo ƒe “ŋutilã” gome hã,
For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, although they be many, are one body; so also is Christ.
And we can see this, for in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body, whether Jew or Gentile, whether slave or free, and we were all made to drink of one Spirit.
For the body is not one member, but many.
15 Ne afɔ agblɔ be, “Nyemenye ŋutilã ƒe akpa aɖe o, elabena nyemenye asi o” la, mefia be eya ta afɔ menye ŋutinu abe bubuawo ene o.
If the foot should say, "Because I am a hand, I am not part a part the body," would it not indeed be a part of the body?
16 Nu ka nàbu ne èse to wògblɔ be, “Nyemenye ŋutilã la ƒe akpa aɖeke o elabena to ko menye, nyemenye ŋku o”? Ɖe esia awɔe be megade blibo abe ŋutinu ɖeka ene oa?
Or if the ear should say, "Because I am not an eye, I am not a part of the body," would it be any less a part of the body?
If the whole body were an eye, where were hearing? If all were hearing, where were smelling?
But now God has set the members, each one of them, in the body as it has pleased him.
19 Míaƒe ŋutilã anye nu wɔnuku aɖe ne wònye ŋutinu ɖeka koe wɔe!
If all were one member, where would the body be?
20 Eya ta Mawu wɔ ŋutinu geɖewo, ke ŋutilã ɖeka koe li.
But now there are many members, but one body.
21 Ŋku mate ŋu agblɔ na asi be, “Nyemehiã wò o.” Ta mate ŋu agblɔ na afɔ be, “Nyemehiã wò o.”
And the eye cannot say to the hand, "I have no need of you". nor again of head to the feet, "I have no need for you."
On the contrary, we need those members of the body which seem to be weaker;
23 Ɛ̃, dzi dzɔa mí ŋutɔ be ŋutinu aɖewo le mía ŋu, eye wodzena abe bubu mele wo ŋu o ene. Míeɣlaa ŋutinu siwo ame bubuwo makpɔ o,
upon those parts of the body which we esteem less honorable, we bestow more abundant honor, and our uncomely parts have more abundant comeliness.
For whereas our comely parts have no need, God has tempered the body together, giving more abundant honor to that member in which lacked;
25 Nu sia naa dzidzɔkpɔkpɔ nɔa ŋutinuwo dome, ale ŋutinuawo tsɔa beléle na wo nɔewo abe woawo ŋutɔ ke ene.
that there should be no disunion in the body, but that members mutual care for one another.
When one member suffers, all the others suffer with it; and when one member is honored, all the members are glad with it.
27 Nu si mele agbagba dzem be magblɔ lae nye esi.
Now you are the body of Christ, and individually members of it.
Gbãtɔ, apostolowo; evelia, nyagblɔɖilawo; etɔ̃lia, nufialawo; emegbe nukunuwɔlawo, dɔyɔlawo, kpekpeɖeŋunalawo, dɔdzikpɔlawo, ame siwo ƒoa nu kple gbegbɔgblɔ bubu ƒomeviwo.
And God has appointed those in the church to be first of all apostles, second, prophets, third, teachers. then workers of miracles, healers, helpers, administrators, users of various kinds of "tongues."
29 Ame sia amee nye apostoloa? Ao! Ame sia amee nye nyagblɔɖilaa? Ao!
Are all apostles? Are all prophets? teachers? workers of miracles?
30 Ɖe ame sia ame si xɔ amenuveve ƒe nunana ate ŋu ayɔ dɔ dɔnɔwoa? Kura o! Ɖe Mawu na ŋusẽ mía dometɔ ɖe sia ɖe be míaƒo nu le gbe siwo míesrɔ̃ kpɔ o la mea? Ɖe ame sia ame ate ŋu ase nu si gbe bubu gblɔlawo le gbɔgblɔm, eye wòaɖe egɔmea?
Have all gifts of healing? Do all speak with tongues? Do all interpret?
31 Ao, ke midze agbagba be miaƒe asi nasu nunana siwo le vevie wu esiawo la dzi. Azɔ la, mina maƒo nu na mi tso mɔ bubu aɖe si nyo wu esiawo katã la ŋu.
Desire earnestly the greater gifts. And yet I will go on to show you a still more excellent way.
