1 Esiawoe nye Aron ƒe viŋutsuwo ƒe mama ɖe hawo me. Aron ƒe viŋutsuwo nye Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar kple Itamar.
And [they number] the sons of Aaron in [their] division, Nadab, and Abiud, and Eleazar, and Ithamar.
2 Ke Nadab kple Abihu ku do ŋgɔ na wo fofo; viŋutsu aɖeke menɔ wo si o ale Eleazar kple Itamar wɔ dɔ abe nunɔlawo ene.
And Nadab and Abiud died before their father, and they had no sons: so Eleazar and Ithamar the sons of Aaron ministered as priests.
3 David kple Zadok, ame si nɔ Eleazar ƒe hlɔ̃metɔwo teƒe kple Ahimelek, ame si nɔ Itamar ƒe hlɔ̃metɔwo teƒe la, ma Aron ƒe dzidzimeviwo ɖe hatsotsowo me be, woawɔ subɔsubɔdɔawo le ɣeyiɣi vovovoawo me.
And David distributed them, even Sadoc of the sons of Eleazar, and Achimelech of the sons of Ithamar, according to their numbering, according to their service, according to the houses of their fathers.
4 Woma Eleazar ƒe dzidzimeviwo ɖe akpa wuiade me eye woma Itamar tɔwo ɖe akpa enyi me elabena ame siwo ŋu amekpɔkplɔ ƒe ŋutete nɔ la, sɔ gbɔ le Eleazar ƒe dzidzimeviwo dome wu.
And there were found [amongst] the sons of Eleazar more chiefs of the mighty ones, than of the sons of Ithamar: and he divided them, sixteen heads of families to the sons of Eleazar, eight according to [their] families to the sons of Ithamar.
5 Woda akɔ hafi de dɔawo asi na hatsotso vovovoawo ale be ameŋkumekpɔkpɔ aɖeke menɔ anyi o elabena Mawu ƒe ame xɔŋkɔwo kple amegãwo tso Eleazar kple Itamar ƒe ƒome me.
And he divided them according to their lots, one with the other; for there were those who had charge of the holy things, and those who had charge of the [house] of the Lord amongst the sons of Eleazar, and amongst the sons of Ithamar.
6 Semaya, tso Levitɔwo dome, ame si fofoe nye Netanel la, nye nuŋlɔla. Eŋlɔ ameawo ƒe ŋkɔwo kple woƒe dɔdeasiwo da ɖi le fia la kple Nunɔla Zadok kple Ahimelek, Abiata ƒe vi kple Levitɔwo ƒe tatɔwo ŋkume. Wode dɔ ɖe sia ɖe asi na Eleazar ƒe viwo ƒe ha eveawo kple Itamar ƒe viwo ƒe ha ɖeka la sɔsɔe.
And Samaias the son of Nathanael, the scribe, [of the family] of Levi, wrote them down before the king, and the princes, and Sadoc the priest, and Achimelech the son of Abiathar [were present]; and the heads of the families of the priests and the Levites, each of a household [were assigned] one to Eleazar, and one to Ithamar.
7 Wodzidze nu hena dɔdede asi na hatsotsoawo le ɖoɖo sia nu: Hatsotso gbãtɔ ƒe tatɔe nye Yehoyarib. Hatsotso evelia ƒe tatɔe nye Yedaia.
And the first lot came out to Joarim, the second to Jedia,
8 Hatsotso etɔ̃lia ƒe tatɔe nye Harim. Hatsotso enelia ƒe tatɔe nye Seorim.
the third to Charib, the fourth to Seorim,
9 Hatsotso atɔ̃lia ƒe tatɔe nye Malkiya. Hatsotso adelia ƒe tatɔe nye Miyamin.
the fifth to Melchias, the sixth to Meiamin,
10 Hatsotso adrelia ƒe tatɔe nye Hakɔz. Hatsotso enyilia ƒe tatɔe nye Abiya.
the seventh to Cos, the eighth to Abia,
11 Hatsotso asiekelia ƒe tatɔe nye Yesua. Hatsotso ewolia ƒe tatɔe nye Sekania.
the ninth to Jesus, the tenth to Sechenias,
12 Hatsotso wuiɖekɛlia ƒe kplɔlae nye Eliasib. Hatsotso wuievelia ƒe kplɔlae nye Yakim.
the eleventh to Eliabi, the twelfth to Jacim,
13 Hatsotso wuietɔ̃lia ƒe kplɔlae nye Hupa. Hatsotso wuienelia ƒe kplɔlae nye Yesebeab.
the thirteenth to Oppha, the fourteenth to Jesbaal,
14 Hatsotso wuiatɔ̃lia ƒe kplɔlae nye Bilga. Hatsotso wuiadelia ƒe kplɔlae nye Imer.
the fifteenth to Belga, the sixteenth to Emmer,
15 Hatsotso wuiadrelia ƒe kplɔlae nye Hezir. Hatsotso wuienyilia ƒe kplɔlae nye Hapizez.
the seventeenth to Chezin, the eighteenth to Aphese,
16 Hatsotso wuiasiekelia ƒe kplɔlae nye Petahia. Hatsotso blaevelia ƒe kplɔlae nye Hezekiel.
the nineteenth to Phetaea, the twentieth to Ezekel,
17 Hatsotso blaeve-vɔ-ɖekɛlia ƒe kplɔlae nye Yakin. Hatsotso blaeve-vɔ-evelia ƒe kplɔlae nye Gamul.
the twenty-first to Achim, the twenty-second to Gamul,
18 Hatsotso blaeve-vɔ-etɔ̃lia ƒe kplɔlae nye Delaya eye hatsotso blaeve-vɔ-enelia ƒe kplɔlae nye Mazia.
the twenty-third to Adallai, the twenty-fourth to Maasai.
19 Hatsotso ɖe sia ɖe wɔ eƒe dɔdeasi le gbedoxɔ la me abe ale si Mawu ɖoe da ɖi to wo fofo Aron dzi ene.
This [is] their numbering according to their service to go into the house of the Lord, according to their appointment by the hand of Aaron their father, as the Lord God of Israel commanded.
20 Levitɔwo ƒe aƒekɔwo ƒe tatɔ bubuwoe nye esiawo: Yehdeia dzɔ tso Amram me to Sebuel dzi;
And for the sons of Levi that were left, [even] for the sons of Ambram, Sobael: for the sons of Sobael, Jedia.
21 Isia nye Rehabia ƒe dzidzimevi;
For Raabia, the chief [was Isaari],
22 Yahat nye Izhar ƒe dzidzimevi to Selomot dzi;
and for Isaari, Salomoth: for the sons of Salomoth, Jath.
23 Hebron viwoe nye: Yeria nye gbãtɔ, Amaria nye evelia, Yahaziel nye etɔ̃lia eye Yekameam nye enelia.
The sons of Ecdiu; Amadia the second, Jaziel the third, Jecmoam the fourth.
24 Samir nye Uziel ƒe dzidzimevi to Mika dzi;
For the sons of Oziel, Micha: the sons of Micha; Samer.
25 Zekaria nye Uziel ƒe dzidzimevi to Isia, Mika nɔvi dzi;
The brother of Micha; Isia, the son of Isia; Zacharia.
26 Mahli Musi kple Yaazia nye Merari ƒe dzidzimeviwo;
The sons of Merari, Mooli, and Musi: the sons of Ozia,
27 Viŋutsu etɔ̃ nɔ Yaazia si; woawoe nye: Soham, Zakur kple Ibri;
[That is, the sons] of Merari by Ozia, —his sons [were] Isoam, and Sacchur, and Abai.
28 Mahli dzi Eleazar ke eya medzi ŋutsuvi aɖeke o.
To Mooli [were born] Eleazar, and Ithamar; and Eleazar died, and had no sons.
29 Kis ƒe viŋutsuwoe nye Yerameel.
For Kis; the sons of Kis; Jerameel.
30 Vi etɔ̃, Mahli, Eder kple Yeremot nɔ Musi si. Esiawoe nye Leviviwo le woƒe ƒome nu.
And the sons of Musi; Mooli, and Eder, and Jerimoth. These [were] the sons of the Levites according to the houses of their families.
31 Wodzidze nu hafi de dɔ asi na wo abe Aron ƒe dzidzimeviwo ene; womebu woƒe tsitsi alo ɖoƒe ŋu o. Wowɔe le Fia David, Zadok, Ahimelek kple nunɔlawo ƒe tatɔwo kple Levitɔwo ŋkume.
And they also received lots as their brethren the sons of Aaron before the king; Sadoc also, and Achimelech, and the chiefs of the families of the priests and of the Levites, principal heads of families, even as their younger brethren.
