Psalmaro 21
1 Al la ĥorestro. Psalmo de David. Ho Eternulo, pro Via forto ĝojas la reĝo, Kaj pro Via helpo kiel forte li triumfas!
To victorie, the salm of Dauid. Lord, the kyng schal be glad in thi vertu; and he schal ful out haue ioye greetli on thin helthe.
2 Kion lia koro deziris, tion Vi donis al li; Kaj la peton de lia buŝo Vi ne rifuzis. (Sela)
Thou hast youe to hym the desire of his herte; and thou hast not defraudid hym of the wille of hise lippis.
3 Vi antaŭvenas al li kun beno de bono; Vi metis sur lian kapon kronon el pura oro.
For thou hast bifor come hym in the blessyngis of swetnesse; thou hast set on his heed a coroun of preciouse stoon.
4 Vivon li petis de Vi; Kaj Vi donis al li longan vivon por ĉiam kaj eterne.
He axide of thee lijf, and thou yauest to hym; the lengthe of daies in to the world, `and in to the world of world.
5 Granda estas lia honoro pro Via helpo; Gloron kaj majeston Vi metis sur lin.
His glorie is greet in thin helthe; thou schalt putte glorie, and greet fayrnesse on hym.
6 Vi donas al li eternajn benojn; Vi gajigas lin per ĝojo antaŭ Via vizaĝo.
For thou schalt yyue hym in to blessing in to the world of world; thou schalt make hym glad in ioye with thi cheer.
7 Ĉar la reĝo fidas la Eternulon, Kaj pro favoro de la Plejaltulo li ne falos.
For the kyng hopith in the Lord; and in the merci of the hiyeste he schal not be moued.
8 Trovos Via mano ĉiujn Viajn malamikojn, Via dekstra trovos Viajn malamantojn.
Thyn hond be foundun to alle thin enemyes; thi riythond fynde alle hem that haten thee.
9 Vi similigos ilin al brulanta forno, kiam Vi koleros; La Eternulo englutos ilin per Sia kolero, Kaj fajro ilin formanĝos.
Thou schalt putte hem as a furneis of fier in the tyme of thi cheer; the Lord schal disturble hem in his ire, and fier schal deuoure hem.
10 Ilian naskitaron Vi ekstermos de sur la tero, Kaj ilian semon el inter la homidoj.
Thou schalt leese the fruyt of hem fro erthe; and `thou schalt leese the seed of hem fro the sones of men.
11 Ĉar ili preparis malbonon por Vi, Pripensis atencon, sed ne povis ĝin plenumi.
For thei bowiden yuels ayens thee; thei thouyten counseils, whiche thei myyten not stablische.
12 Vi devigos ilin turni al Vi la dorson, Viajn tendenojn Vi direktos kontraŭ iliajn vizaĝojn.
For thou schalt putte hem abac; in thi relifs thou schalt make redi the cheer of hem.
13 Leviĝu, ho Eternulo, en Via forto; Ni kantos kaj gloros Vian potencon.
Lord, be thou enhaunsid in thi vertu; we schulen synge, and seie opinly thi vertues.
