Psalmaro 147
1 Haleluja! Ĉar estas bone kanti al nia Dio, Ĉar agrabla estas la glorkantado.
Alleluia. Praise the Lord, because the psalm is good. Delightful and beautiful praise shall be for our God.
2 La Eternulo konstruas Jerusalemon, La elpelitojn de Izrael Li kolektas.
The Lord builds up Jerusalem. He will gather together the dispersed of Israel.
3 Li sanigas la korprematojn Kaj bandaĝas iliajn vundojn.
He heals the contrite of heart, and he binds up their sorrows.
4 Li kalkulas la stelojn, Kaj al ili ĉiuj Li donas nomojn.
He numbers the multitude of the stars, and he calls them all by their names.
5 Granda estas nia Sinjoro kaj tre forta; Lia saĝo estas nemezurebla.
Great is our Lord, and great is his virtue. And of his wisdom, there is no number.
6 La Eternulo altigas la humilulojn; Sed la malvirtulojn Li malaltigas ĝis la tero.
The Lord lifts up the meek, but he brings down the sinner, even to the ground.
7 Kantu al la Eternulo gloradon, Muziku al nia Dio per harpo.
Sing before the Lord with confession. Play psalms to our God on a stringed instrument.
8 Li kovras la ĉielon per nuboj, Pretigas por la tero pluvon, Kreskigas sur la montoj herbon.
He covers heaven with clouds, and he prepares rain for the earth. He produces grass on the mountains and herbs for the service of men.
9 Li donas al la bruto ĝian nutraĵon, Kaj al la korvidoj, kiuj krias.
He gives their food to beasts of burden and to young ravens that call upon him.
10 Ne la forton de ĉevalo Li ŝatas; Ne la femuroj de homo al Li plaĉas:
He will not have good will for the strength of the horse, nor will he be well pleased with the legs of a man.
11 Plaĉas al la Eternulo Liaj timantoj, Kiuj fidas Lian bonecon.
The Lord is well pleased with those who fear him and with those who hope in his mercy.
12 Laŭdu, ho Jerusalem, la Eternulon; Gloru vian Dion, ho Cion.
Alleluia. Praise the Lord, O Jerusalem. Praise your God, O Zion.
13 Ĉar Li fortikigis la riglilojn en viaj pordegoj, Li benis viajn filojn interne de vi.
For he has reinforced the bars of your gates. He has blessed your sons within you.
14 Li donas pacon al viaj limoj, Li satigas vin per la plej bona el la tritiko.
He has stationed peace at your borders, and he has satisfied you with the fat of the grain.
15 Li sendas Sian ordonon al la tero; Tre rapide kuras Lia vorto.
He sends forth his eloquence to the earth. His word runs swiftly.
16 Li donas neĝon kiel lanon, Li ŝutas prujnon kiel cindron.
He provides snow like wool. He strews clouds like ashes.
17 Li ĵetas Sian glacion kiel pecojn; Kiu kontraŭstaros al Lia frosto?
He sends his ice crystals like morsels. Who can stand firm before the face of his cold?
18 Li sendas Sian vorton, kaj ĉio degelas; Li blovas per Sia vento, kaj ekfluas akvo.
He will send forth his word, and it will melt them. His Spirit will breathe out, and the waters will flow.
19 Li sciigas al Jakob Sian vorton, Siajn leĝojn kaj decidojn al Izrael.
He announces his word to Jacob, his justices and his judgments to Israel.
20 Tiel Li ne faras al iu alia popolo; Kaj Liajn decidojn ili ne scias. Haleluja!
He has not done so much for every nation, and he has not made his judgments manifest to them. Alleluia.
