1 Kanto de suprenirado. De David. Jen, kiel bone kaj ĉarme estas, Se fratoj vivas kune!

A Song of Ascents; of David. Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!

2 Kiel la bona oleo, Kiu de la kapo defluas sur la barbon, la barbon de Aaron, Kaj defluas sur la randon de lia vesto;

It is like the precious oil upon the head, coming down upon the beard; even Aaron's beard, that cometh down upon the collar of his garments;

3 Kiel la roso, Kiu de Ĥermon malleviĝas sur la montojn de Cion; Ĉar tie la Eternulo donas la benon, Vivon por eterne.

Like the dew of Hermon, that cometh down upon the mountains of Zion; for there the LORD commanded the blessing, even life for ever.
