Josuo 13

1 Josuo maljuniĝis, atingis profundan aĝon, kaj la Eternulo diris al li: Vi maljuniĝis, atingis profundan aĝon, kaj da tero restas ankoraŭ tre multe por ekposedi.

Now Joshua was old and well stricken in years; and the LORD said unto him: 'Thou art old and well stricken in years, and there remaineth yet very much land to be possessed.

2 Jen estas la tero, kiu restas: ĉiuj regionoj de la Filiŝtoj, kaj la tuta lando de la Geŝuridoj;

This is the land that yet remaineth: all the regions of the Philistines, and all the Geshurites;

3 komencante de Ŝiĥor, kiu estas antaŭ Egiptujo, ĝis la limoj de Ekron norde, kiu estas alkalkulata al la lando de la Kanaanidoj; kvin regantoj Filiŝtaj: de Gaza, kaj de Aŝdod, de Aŝkelon, de Gat, kaj de Ekron;

from the Shihor, which is before Egypt, even unto the border of Ekron northward — which is counted to the Canaanites; the five lords of the Philistines: the Gazite, and the Ashdodite, the Ashkelonite, the Gittite, and the Ekronite; also the Avvim

4 kaj la Avidoj sude; la tuta lando de la Kanaanidoj, kaj Meara de la Cidonanoj, ĝis Afek, ĝis la limoj de la Amoridoj;

on the south; all the land of the Canaanites, and Mearah that belongeth to the Zidonians, unto Aphek, to the border of the Amorites;

5 kaj la lando de la Gebalanoj, kaj la tuta Lebanon oriente de Baal-Gad, sub la monto Ĥermon, ĝis Ĥamat;

and the land of the Gebalites, and all Lebanon, toward the sunrising, from Baal-gad under mount Hermon unto the entrance of Hamath;

6 ĉiuj loĝantoj de la montoj, de Lebanon ĝis Misrefot-Maim, ĉiuj Cidonanoj. Mi forpelos ilin de antaŭ la Izraelidoj; dividu ĉion kiel partojn heredajn por Izrael, kiel Mi ordonis al vi.

all the inhabitants of the hill-country from Lebanon unto Misrephoth-maim, even all the Zidonians; them will I drive out from before the children of Israel; only allot thou it unto Israel for an inheritance, as I have commanded thee.

7 Kaj nun dividu ĉi tiun landon en heredajn partojn por la naŭ triboj kaj por la duontribo de Manase.

Now therefore divide this land for an inheritance unto the nine tribes, and the half-tribe of Manasseh.'

8 Kun ĉi tiu tribo la Rubenidoj kaj la Gadidoj prenis sian heredan parton, kiun donis al ili Moseo transe de Jordan oriente, kiel donis al ili Moseo, servanto de la Eternulo;

With him the Reubenites and the Gadites received their inheritance, which Moses gave them, beyond the Jordan eastward, even as Moses the servant of the LORD gave them;

9 de Aroer, kiu estas sur la bordo de la torento Arnon, kaj la urbon, kiu estas meze de la valo, kaj la tutan ebenaĵon Medba ĝis Dibon;

from Aroer, that is on the edge of the valley of Arnon, and the city that is in the middle of the valley, and all the table-land from Medeba unto Dibon;

10 kaj ĉiujn urbojn de Siĥon, reĝo de la Amoridoj, kiu regis en Ĥeŝbon, ĝis la limo de la Amonidoj;

and all the cities of Sihon king of the Amorites, who reigned in Heshbon, unto the border of the children of Ammon;

11 kaj Gileadon, kaj la regionon de la Geŝuridoj kaj Maaĥatidoj, kaj la tutan monton Ĥermon, kaj la tutan Baŝanon ĝis Salĥa;

and Gilead, and the border of the Geshurites and Maacathites, and all mount Hermon, and all Bashan unto Salcah;

12 la tutan regnon de Og en Baŝan, kiu regis en Aŝtarot kaj Edrei. Li restis el la Rafaidoj. Kaj Moseo venkobatis ilin, kaj forpelis ilin.

all the kingdom of Og in Bashan, who reigned in Ashtaroth and in Edrei — the same was left of the remnant of the Rephaim — for these did Moses smite, and drove them out.

13 Sed la Izraelidoj ne forpelis la Geŝuridojn kaj la Maaĥatidojn; kaj la Geŝuridoj kaj Maahatidoj restis inter la Izraelidoj ĝis nun.

Nevertheless the children of Israel drove not out the Geshurites, nor the Maacathites; but Geshur and Maacath dwelt in the midst of Israel unto this day.

14 Nur al la tribo de Levi li ne donis heredan parton; la fajroferoj de la Eternulo, Dio de Izrael, estas ilia hereda parto, kiel Li diris al li.

Only unto the tribe of Levi he gave no inheritance; the offerings of the LORD, the God of Israel, made by fire are his inheritance, as He spoke unto him.

15 Kaj Moseo donis al la tribo de la Rubenidoj laŭ iliaj familioj.

And Moses gave unto the tribe of the children of Reuben according to their families.

16 Kaj ilia regiono estis de Aroer, kiu estas sur la bordo de la torento Arnon, kaj la urbo, kiu estas meze de la valo, kaj la tuta ebenaĵo ĝis Medba,

And their border was from Aroer, that is on the edge of the valley of Arnon, and the city that is in the middle of the valley, and all the table-land by Medeba;

17 Ĥeŝbon, kaj ĉiuj ĝiaj urboj, kiuj estas sur la ebenaĵo, Dibon kaj Bamot-Baal kaj Bet-Baal-Meon

Heshbon, and all her cities that are in the table-land; Dibon, and Bamoth-baal, and Beth-baal-meon;

18 kaj Jahac kaj Kedemot kaj Mefaat

and Jahaz, and Kedemoth, and Mephaath;

19 kaj Kirjataim kaj Sibma kaj Ceret-Ŝaĥar sur la monto Emek

and Kiriathaim, and Sibmah, and Zerethshahar in the mount of the valley;

20 kaj Bet-Peor kaj la deklivoj de Pisga kaj Bet-Jeŝimot,

and Beth-peor, and the slopes of Pisgah, and Beth-jeshimoth;

21 kaj ĉiuj urboj de la ebenaĵo, kaj la tuta regno de Siĥon, reĝo de la Amoridoj, kiu regis en Ĥeŝbon, kaj kiun mortigis Moseo, kiel ankaŭ la Midjanajn princojn Evi kaj Rekem kaj Cur kaj Ĥur kaj Reba, princojn de Siĥon, kiuj loĝis en la lando.

and all the cities of the table-land, and all the kingdom of Sihon king of the Amorites, who reigned in Heshbon, whom Moses smote with the chiefs of Midian, Evi, and Rekem, and Zur, and Hur, and Reba, the princes of Sihon, that dwelt in the land.

22 Kaj Bileamon, filon de Beor, la sorĉiston, mortigis la Izraelidoj per glavo kune kun la aliaj mortigitoj.

Balaam also the son of Beor, the soothsayer, did the children of Israel slay with the sword among the rest of their slain.

23 Kaj limo de la Rubenidoj estis Jordan kaj ĝia regiono. Tio estas la posedaĵo de la Rubenidoj laŭ iliaj familioj, la urboj kaj iliaj vilaĝoj.

And as for the border of the children of Reuben, the Jordan was their border. This was the inheritance of the children of Reuben according to their families, the cities and the villages thereof.

24 Kaj Moseo donis al la tribo de Gad, al la Gadidoj, laŭ iliaj familioj.

And Moses gave unto the tribe of Gad, unto the children of Gad, according to their families.

25 Kaj ilia regiono estis Jazer, kaj ĉiuj urboj de Gilead, kaj duono de la lando de la Amonidoj, ĝis Aroer, kiu estas antaŭ Raba;

And their border was Jazer, and all the cities of Gilead, and half the land of the children of Ammon, unto Aroer that is before Rabbah;

26 kaj de Ĥeŝbon ĝis Ramat-Micpe, kaj Betonim; kaj de Maĥanaim ĝis la limo de Debir;

and from Heshbon unto Ramath-mizpeh, and Betonim; and from Mahanaim unto the border of Lidbir;

27 kaj en la valo, Bet-Haram kaj Bet-Nimra kaj Sukot kaj Cafon, la restaĵo de la regno de Siĥon, reĝo de Ĥeŝbon; limo estis Jordan ĝis la fino de la maro Kineret, transe de Jordan, oriente.

and in the valley, Beth-haram, and Beth-nimrah, and Succoth, and Zaphon, the rest of the kingdom of Sihon king of Heshbon, the Jordan being the border thereof, unto the uttermost part of the sea of Chinnereth beyond the Jordan eastward.

28 Tio estas la posedaĵo de la Gadidoj laŭ iliaj familioj, la urboj kaj iliaj vilaĝoj.

This is the inheritance of the children of Gad according to their families, the cities and the villages thereof.

29 Kaj Moseo donis al la duontribo de Manase; kaj tio estis por la duontribo de Manase laŭ iliaj familioj.

And Moses gave inheritance unto the half-tribe of Manasseh; and it was for the half-tribe of the children of Manasseh according to their families.

30 Kaj ilia regiono estis: de Maĥanaim la tuta Baŝan, la tuta regno de Og, reĝo de Baŝan, kaj ĉiuj Vilaĝoj de Jair, kiuj estas en Baŝan, sesdek urboj;

And their border was from Mahanaim, all Bashan, all the kingdom of Og king of Bashan, and all the villages of Jair, which are in Bashan, threescore cities;

31 kaj duono de Gilead, kaj Aŝtarot kaj Edrei, urboj de la regno de Og en Baŝan, estis donitaj al la idoj de Maĥir, filo de Manase, al duono de la idoj de Maĥir laŭ iliaj familioj.

and half Gilead, and Ashtaroth, and Edrei, the cities of the kingdom of Og in Bashan, were for the children of Machir the son of Manasseh, even for the half of the children of Machir according to their families.

32 Tio estas, kion Moseo disdividis sur la stepoj de Moab, transe de Jordan, antaŭ Jeriĥo, oriente.

These are the inheritances which Moses distributed in the plains of Moab, beyond the Jordan at Jericho, eastward.

33 Sed al la tribo de Levi Moseo ne donis posedaĵon: la Eternulo, Dio de Izrael, estas ilia hereda parto, kiel Li diris al ili.

But unto the tribe of Levi Moses gave no inheritance; the LORD, the God of Israel, is their inheritance, as He spoke unto them.
