Jesaja 28
1 Ve al la fiera krono de la ebriuloj de Efraim! ilia bela majesto estas velkinta floro; sur la supro de grasa kampo ili estas senkonsciigitaj de vino.
Woe to the majestic crown of Ephraim’s drunkards, to the fading flower of his glorious splendor, set on the summit above the fertile valley, the pride of those overcome by wine.
2 Jen la Sinjoro havas fortulon kaj potenculon; kiel hajla pluvego, kiel pereiga ventego, kiel inundo de forta disverŝiĝinta akvo, li potence ĵetos ilin sur la teron.
Behold, the Lord has one who is strong and mighty. Like a hailstorm or destructive tempest, like a driving rain or flooding downpour, he will smash that crown to the ground.
3 Per piedoj estos premata la fiera krono de la ebriuloj de Efraim.
The majestic crown of Ephraim’s drunkards will be trampled underfoot.
4 Kaj ilia bela majesto fariĝos velkinta floro sur la supro de grasa kampo, kiel figo antaŭ la somero; kiam la vidanto ĝin ekvidas, li, apenaŭ preninte ĝin en la manon, tuj ĝin englutas.
The fading flower of his beautiful splendor, set on the summit above the fertile valley, will be like a ripe fig before the summer harvest: Whoever sees it will take it in his hand and swallow it.
5 En tiu tago la Eternulo Cebaot estos majesta krono kaj bela diademo por la restaĵo de Sia popolo,
On that day the LORD of Hosts will be a crown of glory, a diadem of splendor to the remnant of His people,
6 kaj spirito de justeco por la sidantoj en la juĝejo, kaj forto por tiuj, kiuj rebatas la batalon al la pordego.
a spirit of justice to him who sits in judgment, and a strength to those who repel the onslaught at the gate.
7 Sed ankaŭ ĉi tiuj ŝanceliĝas de vino kaj balanciĝas de drinkaĵo; pastro kaj profeto ŝanceliĝas de drinkaĵo, senkonsciiĝas de vino, vagas pro drinkaĵo, eraras en la vidado, falpuŝiĝas ĉe la juĝa verdikto.
These also stagger from wine and stumble from strong drink: Priests and prophets reel from strong drink and are befuddled by wine. They stumble because of strong drink, muddled in their visions and stumbling in their judgments.
8 Ĉar ĉiuj tabloj estas plenaj de vomaĵo kaj malpuraĵo, mankas jam loko.
For all their tables are covered with vomit; there is not a place without filth.
9 Al kiu li instruas scion, kaj al kiu li aŭdigas predikon? ĉu al forprenitaj for de lakto, al demamigitoj?
Whom is He trying to teach? To whom is He explaining His message? To infants just weaned from milk? To babies removed from the breast?
10 Ĉar ordono post ordono, ordono post ordono; regulo post regulo, regulo post regulo; iom tie, iom ĉi tie.
For they hear: “Order on order, order on order, line on line, line on line; a little here, a little there.”
11 Per balbutantaj lipoj kaj per lingvo fremda Li parolos al ili,
Indeed, with mocking lips and foreign tongues, He will speak to this people
12 Tiu, kiu diris al ili: Jen estas ripozejo, lasu la laculon ripozi; kaj jen estas trankviligo; sed ili ne volis aŭskulti.
to whom He has said: “This is the place of rest, let the weary rest; this is the place of repose.” But they would not listen.
13 Kaj aperos al ili la vorto de la Eternulo, ordono post ordono, ordono post ordono, regulo post regulo, regulo post regulo, iom tie, iom ĉi tie; por ke ili iru kaj falu dorsen kaj rompiĝu kaj enretiĝu kaj kaptiĝu.
Then the word of the LORD to them will become: “Order on order, order on order, line on line, line on line; a little here, a little there,” so that they will go stumbling backward and will be injured, ensnared, and captured.
14 Tial aŭskultu la vorton de la Eternulo, vi, mokistoj, regantoj de tiu popolo, kiu estas en Jerusalem.
Therefore hear the word of the LORD, O scoffers who rule this people in Jerusalem.
15 Ĉar vi diras: Ni faris interligon kun la morto, kaj kun Ŝeol ni faris interkonsenton; kiam la frapanta vipo estos trapasanta, ĝi nin ne atingos, ĉar mensogon ni faris nia rifuĝejo kaj per malvero ni nin kovros. (Sheol h7585)
For you said, “We have made a covenant with death; we have fashioned an agreement with Sheol. When the overwhelming scourge passes through it will not touch us, because we have made lies our refuge and falsehood our hiding place.” (Sheol h7585)
16 Pro tio tiele diris la Sinjoro, la Eternulo: Jen Mi por fundamento kuŝigas ŝtonon en Cion, ŝtonon elprovitan, bazangulan, valoregan, fortikigitan fundamenton; la fidanto ne maltrankviliĝu.
So this is what the Lord GOD says: “See, I lay a stone in Zion, a tested stone, a precious cornerstone, a sure foundation; the one who believes will never be shaken.
17 Kaj Mi faros justecon la mezurŝnuro, kaj veron la vertikalo; kaj hajlo forbatos la rifuĝejon de mensogo, kaj la kaŝejon forportos akvo.
I will make justice the measuring line and righteousness the level. Hail will sweep away your refuge of lies, and water will flood your hiding place.
18 Kaj forigita estos via interligo kun la morto, kaj via interkonsento kun Ŝeol ne teniĝos; kiam la frapanta vipo estos trapasanta, vi estos frakasata de ĝi. (Sheol h7585)
Your covenant with death will be dissolved, and your agreement with Sheol will not stand. When the overwhelming scourge passes through, you will be trampled by it. (Sheol h7585)
19 Ĉiufoje, kiam ĝi trairos, ĝi kaptos vin; ĉar ĉiutage ĝi trairos, tage kaj nokte, kaj terura estos la klarigo, kiun ĝi donos.
As often as it passes through, it will carry you away; it will sweep through morning after morning, by day and by night.” The understanding of this message will bring sheer terror.
20 Ĉar tro mallonga estos la lito, por sin etendi; kaj la litkovrilo estos tro mallarĝa, por sin enkovri.
Indeed, the bed is too short to stretch out on, and the blanket too small to wrap around you.
21 Ĉar la Eternulo leviĝos, kiel sur la monto Peracim, Li koleros, kiel en la valo Gibeona, por plenumi Sian faron, Sian eksterordinaran faron, kaj fari Sian laboron, Sian eksterordinaran laboron.
For the LORD will rise up as at Mount Perazim. He will rouse Himself as in the Valley of Gibeon, to do His work, His strange work, and to perform His task, His disturbing task.
22 Kaj nun ne moku, por ke viaj katenoj ne plifortiĝu; ĉar mi aŭdis, ke de la Sinjoro, la Eternulo Cebaot, tio estas neŝanĝeble decidita pri la tuta lando.
So now, do not mock, or your shackles will become heavier. Indeed, I have heard from the Lord GOD of Hosts a decree of destruction against the whole land.
23 Atentu, kaj aŭskultu mian voĉon; konsideru, kaj aŭskultu mian parolon.
Listen and hear my voice. Pay attention and hear what I say.
24 Ĉu ĉiutage la plugisto plugas por semado, sulkaranĝas kaj erpas sian kampon?
Does the plowman plow for planting every day? Does he continuously loosen and harrow the soil?
25 Kiam li ebenigis ĝian supraĵon, li disŝutas ja nigelon kaj disĵetas kuminon kaj metas tritikon laŭ vicoj kaj hordeon en la difinitan lokon kaj spelton ĉe la limoj.
When he has leveled its surface, does he not sow caraway and scatter cumin? He plants wheat in rows and barley in plots, and rye within its border.
26 Tian ordon lernigis al li lia Dio, Li instruis lin.
For his God instructs and teaches him properly.
27 Ĉar ne per fera draŝilo oni draŝas nigelon, kaj oni ne rulas radon de ĉaro sur kumino; sed per bastono oni elbatas nigelon, kaj kuminon per vergo.
Surely caraway is not threshed with a sledge, and the wheel of a cart is not rolled over the cumin. But caraway is beaten out with a stick, and cumin with a rod.
28 Greno estas draŝata; sed ne eterne oni ĝin draŝas; oni frapas ĝin per la rado de sia ĉaro, sed per siaj ĉevaloj oni ĝin ne dispremas.
Grain for bread must be ground, but it is not endlessly threshed. Though the wheels of the cart roll over it, the horses do not crush it.
29 Ankaŭ ĉi tio venas de la Eternulo Cebaot; mirinda estas Lia decido, granda estas Lia saĝeco.
This also comes from the LORD of Hosts, who is wonderful in counsel and excellent in wisdom.
