Ĥagaj 2
1 En la sepa monato, en la dudek-unua tago de la monato, aperis vorto de la Eternulo per la profeto Ĥagaj, dirante:
In the seuenth moneth, in the one and twentieth day of the moneth, came the worde of the Lord by the ministerie of the Prophet Haggai, saying,
2 Diru al Zerubabel, filo de Ŝealtiel, regionestro de Judujo, kaj al la ĉefpastro Josuo, filo de Jehocadak, kaj al la cetera popolo jene:
Speake nowe to Zerubbabel the sonne of Shealtiel prince of Iudah, and to Iehoshua the sonne of Iehozadak the hie Priest, and to the residue of the people, saying,
3 Kiu restis inter vi, kiu vidis ĉi tiun domon en ĝia antaŭa belegeco? kaj kion vi vidas en ĝi nun? ĉu ĝi ne aperas antaŭ viaj okuloj kiel nenio?
Who is left among you, that sawe this House in her first glory, and howe doe you see it nowe? is it not in your eyes, in comparison of it as nothing?
4 Sed estu kuraĝa, ho Zerubabel, diras la Eternulo; estu kuraĝa, ho ĉefpastro Josuo, filo de Jehocadak; estu kuraĝa, ho tuta popolo de la lando, diras la Eternulo; kaj laboru, ĉar Mi estas kun vi, diras la Eternulo Cebaot.
Yet nowe be of good courage, O Zerubbabel, sayth the Lord, and be of good comfort, O Iehoshua, sonne of Iehozadak the hie Priest: and be strong, all ye people of the land, sayth the Lord, and doe it: for I am with you, sayth the Lord of hostes,
5 Konforme al la interligo, kiun Mi faris kun vi, kiam vi eliris el Egiptujo, Mia spirito estas inter vi; ne timu.
According to the worde that I couenanted with you, when ye came out of Egypt: so my Spirite shall remaine among you, feare ye not.
6 Ĉar tiele diras la Eternulo Cebaot: Pasos malmulte da temo, kaj Mi ekmovos la ĉielon kaj la teron, la maron kaj la sekteron;
For thus sayth the Lord of hostes, Yet a litle while, and I will shake the heauens and the earth, and the sea, and the dry land:
7 Mi skuos ĉiujn popolojn; kaj venos io ĉarma por ĉiuj nacioj, kaj Mi plenigos ĉi tiun domon per gloro, diras la Eternulo Cebaot.
And I will moue all nations, and the desire of all nations shall come, and I will fill this House with glory, sayth the Lord of hostes.
8 Al Mi apartenas la arĝento kaj al Mi apartenas la oro, diras la Eternulo Cebaot.
The siluer is mine, and the golde is mine, sayth the Lord of hostes.
9 La gloro de ĉi tiu lasta domo estos pli granda, ol de la antaŭa, diras la Eternulo Cebaot; kaj sur ĉi tiu loko Mi donos pacon, diras la Eternulo Cebaot.
The glory of this last House shall be greater then the first, sayth the Lord of hostes: and in this place will I giue peace, sayth the Lord of hostes.
10 En la dudek-kvara tago de la naŭa monato, en la dua jaro de Dario, aperis vorto de la Eternulo per la profeto Ĥagaj, dirante:
In the foure and twentieth day of the ninth moneth, in the second yeere of Darius, came the worde of the Lord vnto the Prophet Haggai, saying,
11 Tiele diras la Eternulo Cebaot: Petu de la pastroj instruon, kaj diru:
Thus sayth the Lord of hostes, Aske nowe the Priests concerning the Law, and say,
12 Jen homo portis sanktigitan viandon en la basko de sia vesto, kaj per sia basko li ektuŝis panon aŭ ion kuiritan aŭ vinon aŭ oleon aŭ ian manĝaĵon — ĉu ĝi tiam fariĝos sankta? La pastroj respondis kaj diris: Ne.
If one beare holy flesh in the skirt of his garment, and with his skirt doe touch the bread, or the potage, or the wine, or oyle, or any meate, shall it be holy? And the Priests answered and said, No.
13 Ĥagaj plue diris: Kaj se ĉion ĉi tion ektuŝos iu, kiu malpuriĝis per mortinto — ĉu ĝi tiam malpuriĝos? La pastroj respondis kaj diris: Ĝi malpuriĝos.
Then sayde Haggai, If a polluted person touch any of these, shall it be vncleane? And the Priests answered, and sayd, It shalbe vncleane.
14 Tiam Ĥagaj diris: Tia estas ĉi tiu popolo, kaj tia estas ĉi tiu gento antaŭ Mi, diras la Eternulo, kaj tiaj estas ĉiuj faroj de iliaj manoj; kaj ĉio, kion ili tie alportas, estas malpura.
Then answered Haggai, and sayd, So is this people, and so is this nation before me, saith the Lord: and so are all the workes of their hands, and that which they offer here, is vncleane.
15 Nun pripensu bone la tempon de ĉi tiu tago malantaŭen, antaŭ ol estis metita ŝtono sur ŝtonon en la templo de la Eternulo:
And nowe, I pray you, consider in your mindes: from this day, and afore, euen afore a stone was layde vpon a stone in the Temple of the Lord:
16 kiam iu venis al garbaro, kiu devis havi dudek mezurojn, ĝi havis nur dek; kiam iu venis al la vinpremejo, por ĉerpi kvindek mezurojn, troviĝis nur dudek;
Before these things were, when one came to an heape of twentie measures, there were but ten: when one came to the wine presse for to drawe out fiftie vessels out of the presse, there were but twentie.
17 Mi frapis vin per sekiga vento, per forvelkado kaj per hajlo ĉiujn laborojn de viaj manoj, sed vi tamen ne turnis vin al Mi, diras la Eternulo.
I smote you with blasting, and with mildewe, and with haile, in all the labours of your hands: yet you turned not to me, saith the Lord.
18 Pripensu bone la tempon de ĉi tiu tago malantaŭen, de la dudek-kvara tago de la naŭa monato, de la tago, en kiu estas fondita la templo de la Eternulo; pripensu bone:
Consider, I pray you, in your mindes, from this day, and afore from the foure and twentieth day of the ninth moneth, euen from the day that the foundation of the Lords Temple was laide: consider it in your mindes.
19 ĉu troviĝas semoj en la grenejo? ĝis nun la vinberbranĉo, la figarbo, la granatarbo, kaj la olivarbo ne donis fruktojn; sed de post ĉi tiu tago Mi vin benos.
Is the seede yet in the barne? as yet the vine, and the figtree, and the pomegranate, and the oliue tree hath not brought forth: from this day will I blesse you.
20 Kaj duafoje aperis vorto de la Eternulo al Ĥagaj en la dudek-kvara tago de la monato, dirante:
And againe the worde of the Lord came vnto Haggai in the foure and twentieth day of the moneth, saying,
21 Diru al Zerubabel, regionestro de Judujo, jene: Mi ekmovos la ĉielon kaj la teron;
Speake to Zerubbabel the prince of Iudah, and say, I wil shake the heauens and the earth,
22 Mi renversos tronojn de regnoj, Mi ekstermos la forton de regnoj de la nacioj, Mi renversos ĉarojn kun iliaj veturantoj; falos la ĉevaloj, kaj iliaj rajdantoj falos unu de glavo de alia.
And I will ouerthrowe the throne of kingdomes, and I wil destroy the strength of the kingdomes of the heathen, and I wil ouerthrowe the charets, and those that ride in them, and the horse and the riders shall come downe, euery one by the sword of his brother.
23 En tiu tempo, diras la Eternulo Cebaot, Mi prenos vin, ho Zerubabel, Mia servanto, filo de Ŝealtiel, diras la Eternulo, kaj Mi konservos vin kiel sigelringon; ĉar vin Mi elektis, diras la Eternulo Cebaot.
In that day, saith the Lord of hostes, will I take thee, O Zerubbabel my seruant, the sonne of Shealtiel, sayth the Lord, and wil make thee as a signet: for I haue chosen thee, sayth the Lord of hostes.
