1 Kaj vi, ho filo de homo, profetu pri la montoj de Izrael, kaj diru: Ho montoj de Izrael, aŭskultu la vorton de la Eternulo!
Thou therefore. Son of man, Prophesy unto the mountains of Israel, —and thou shalt say, Ye mountains of Israel Hear ye the word of Yahweh.
2 Tiele diras la Sinjoro, la Eternulo: Ĉar la malamiko diras pri vi: Ha, ha! ankaŭ la eternaj altaĵoj fariĝis niaj posedaĵoj;
Thus saith My Lord, Yahweh, Because the enemy hath said concerning you Aha! Even the high places of age-past times, for a possession have become ours
3 tial profetu, kaj diru: Tiele diras la Sinjoro, la Eternulo: Pro tio, ĝuste pro tio, ke oni dezertigis vin kaj premis vin de ĉiuj flankoj, por ke vi fariĝu heredaĵo por la aliaj nacioj, kaj oni prenis vin sur sian langon kaj la popoloj vin kalumnias,
Therefore, prophesy, and thou shalt say, Thus saith My Lord Yahweh-Because even because they have desolated and panted for you on every side That ye should become a possession to the rest of the nations, And ye have come up into the talk of the tongue and the slander of the people
4 tial, ho montoj de Izrael, aŭskultu la vorton de la Sinjoro, la Eternulo: Tiele diras la Sinjoro, la Eternulo, al la montoj kaj al la montetoj, al la terfendoj kaj al la valoj, al la dezertigitaj ruinoj kaj al la forlasitaj urboj, kiuj fariĝis rabataĵo kaj mokataĵo por la aliaj nacioj ĉirkaŭe;
Therefore ye mountains of Israel, hear ye the word of My Lord Yahweh, — Thus saith My Lord, Yahweh, To the mountains and to the hills, to the channels and to the valleys, and to the desolate waste places and to the cities that are forsaken, which have become a prey and a derision, to the rest of the nations which are on every side:
5 tiele diras la Sinjoro, la Eternulo: Kredu, ke en la fajro de Mia fervoro Mi parolis pri la aliaj nacioj kaj pri la tuta Edomujo, kiuj alproprigis al si Mian landon kun tutkora ĝojo kaj kun mokado, por prirabi ĝiajn produktaĵojn;
Therefore, Thus, saith My Lord, Yahweh, Surely in the fire of my jealousy, have I spoken against the rest of the nations and against Edom all of it, — Who have given my land to themselves for a possession, In the rejoicing of all the heart In contempt of soul, To make of its produce a prey.
6 tial profetu pri la lando de Izrael, kaj diru al la montoj kaj al la montetoj, al la terfendoj kaj al la valoj: Tiele diras la Sinjoro, la Eternulo: Jen Mi parolis en Mia fervoro kaj en Mia kolero, pro tio, ke vi suferas malhonoron de la nacioj;
Therefore prophesy, concerning the soil of Israel, —and say to the mountains and to the hills to the channels and to the valleys, Thus, saith My Lord Yahweh, Behold me! In my jealousy and in mine indignation, have I spoken, Because the insult of the nations, ye have borne;
7 tial tiele diras la Sinjoro, la Eternulo: Mi ĵuras per levo de Mia mano, ke la nacioj, kiuj estas ĉirkaŭ vi, suferos malhonoron;
Therefore Thus saith My Lord Yahweh, I myself have lifted my hand, - Surely the nations which are yours round about, they their own shame, shall bear:
8 sed vi, montoj de Izrael, elkreskigos viajn branĉojn kaj alportados viajn fruktojn al Mia popolo Izrael; ĉar ili baldaŭ venos.
But ye O mountains of Israel Your boughs, shall ye shoot forth, And your fruit, shall ye bear For my people Israel, For they have drawn near to enter.
9 Ĉar jen Mi venos al vi, Mi turnos Mian vizaĝon al vi, kaj vi estos prilaborataj kaj prisemataj;
For lo! I am towards you, Therefore will I turn towards you, And ye shall be tilled and sown;
10 kaj Mi aperigos sur vi multe da homoj, la tutan domon de Izrael, ilin ĉiujn; kaj la urboj fariĝos loĝataj, kaj la ruinoj estos rekonstruataj;
And I will multiply, upon you—men, All the house of Israel All of it, Then shall the cities be inhabited, And the waste places, shall be built,
11 Mi aperigos sur vi multe da homoj kaj brutoj, kaj ili multiĝos kaj fruktoriĉiĝos; kaj Mi faros vin loĝataj, kiel en via antaŭa tempo, kaj Mi bonfarados al vi pli ol en via komenco; kaj vi ekscios, ke Mi estas la Eternulo.
And I will multiply upon you—man and beast, And they shall multiply and be fruitful, — And I will cause you to be inhabited as in your former estates. And will do you more good than at your beginnings, So shall ye know that am Yahweh;
12 Mi venigos sur vin homojn, Mian popolon Izrael; kaj ili posedos vin, kaj vi estos ilia heredaĵo, kaj vi ne plu seninfanigos ilin.
And I will bring upon you—men even my people Israel That they may possess thee, So shalt thou be theirs, as an inheritance, -And thou shalt no more again make them childless.
13 Tiele diras la Sinjoro, la Eternulo: Pro tio, ke oni diras al vi: Vi formanĝas homojn, kaj vi seninfanigis vian popolon —
Thus saith My Lord, Yahweh, Because they are saying to you. A devourer of men, thou art, And one that didst make childless thy nations, hast thou been
14 pro tio vi nun ne plu manĝos homojn, kaj vian popolon vi ne plu seninfanigos, diras la Sinjoro, la Eternulo.
Therefore, men, shalt thou not devour any more, - And thy nations, shalt thou make childless no more, Declareth My Lord Yahweh;
15 Kaj Mi ne plu aŭdigos kontraŭ vi insultadon de la nacioj, kaj vi ne plu havos malhonoron de la flanko de popoloj, kaj vian popolon vi ne plu seninfanigos, diras la Sinjoro, la Eternulo.
And I will not suffer to be heard against thee any more, the insult of the nations, And the reproach of the peoples, shalt thou not bear any more, - And thy nations, shalt thou not cause to stumble any more, Declareth My Lord Yahweh.
16 Kaj aperis al mi vorto de la Eternulo, dirante:
And the word of Yahweh came unto me saying:
17 Ho filo de homo! la domo de Izrael, loĝante sur sia tero, malpurigis ĝin per sia konduto kaj per siaj agoj; kiel la malpuraĵo de virino dum ŝia monataĵo estis antaŭ Mi ilia konduto.
Son of man The house of Israel were dwelling upon their own soil, But they defiled it by their way, and by their doings. Like the defilement of her that is removed, became their way before me.
18 Kaj Mi elverŝis sur ilin Mian koleron pro la sango, kiun ili verŝadis sur la teron, kaj pro tio, ke ili malpurigadis ĝin per siaj idoloj;
So I poured out mine indignation upon them, Because of the blood which they had shed upon the land, - Yea with their manufactured gods, had they defiled it.
19 kaj Mi disĵetis ilin inter la naciojn, kaj ili estis dispelitaj en la diversajn landojn; konforme al ilia konduto kaj al iliaj agoj Mi faris juĝon kontraŭ ili.
So I dispersed them among the nations, And they were scattered throughout the lands, — According to their way and according to their doings, I judged them.
20 Kaj ili aliĝis al la nacioj, al kiuj ili venis, kaj malsanktigis Mian sanktan nomon tiel, ke oni diris pri ili: Ĉu tio estas la popolo de la Eternulo, kiu devis eliri el Lia lando?
But when they entered among the nations where they did enter, then profaned they my holy Name, —in that it was said of them The people of Yahweh, these! Yet from his land, have they come forth!
21 Sed Mi domaĝis Mian sanktan nomon, kiun la domo de Izrael malsanktigis inter la nacioj, kien ili venis.
So then I had tender regard for my holy Name, - Which the house of Israel had profaned, among the nations, where they had entered.
22 Tial diru al la domo de Izrael: Tiele diras la Sinjoro, la Eternulo: Ne pro vi Mi agas, ho domo de Izrael, sed nur pro Mia sankta nomo, kiun vi malsanktigis inter la nacioj, kien vi venis.
Therefore say thou to the house of Israel Thus saith My Lord Yahweh, Not for your sakes, am I working. O house of Israel, But for my holy Name which ye have profaned, among the nations where ye have entered;
23 Kaj Mi sanktigos Mian grandan nomon, malsanktigitan ĉe la nacioj, kiun vi malsanktigis inter ili; kaj la nacioj ekscios, ke Mi estas la Eternulo, diras la Sinjoro, la Eternulo, kiam Mi montros sur vi Mian sanktecon antaŭ iliaj okuloj.
Therefore will I hallow my great Name, that hath been profaned among the nations, which ye have profaned in their midst, -So shall the nations know that I am Yahweh Declareth My Lord, Yahweh, When I have hallowed myself in you, before their eyes.
24 Mi prenos vin el inter la nacioj, Mi kolektos vin el ĉiuj landoj, kaj Mi venigos vin en vian landon.
Therefore will I take you from among the nations, And gather you out of all the lands, - And will bring you upon your own soil;
25 Kaj Mi aspergos vin per pura akvo, kaj vi puriĝos de ĉiuj viaj malpuraĵoj, kaj de ĉiuj viaj idoloj Mi purigos vin.
And I will throw upon you clean water and ye shall be clean, — From all your uncleannesses and from all your manufactured gods, will I cleanse you;
26 Kaj Mi donos al vi koron novan, kaj spiriton novan Mi metos en vin; Mi eligos el via korpo la ŝtonan koron, kaj Mi donos al vi koron karnan.
And I will give you a new heart, And a new spirit, will I put within you, -And I will take away the heart of stone out of your flesh, And will give you a heart of flesh;
27 Kaj Mian spiriton Mi metos en vin, kaj Mi faros, ke vi agados laŭ Miaj leĝoj, kaj Miajn ordonojn vi observados kaj plenumados.
And my spirit, will I put within you, And will cause That in my statutes, ye shall walk, And my regulations, ye shall observe, and do;
28 Kaj vi loĝos en la lando, kiun Mi donis al viaj patroj; kaj vi estos Mia popolo, kaj Mi estos via Dio.
And ye shall dwell in the land which I gave to your fathers, - And ye shall become my people, And I will become your God;
29 Kaj Mi liberigos vin de ĉiuj viaj malpuraĵoj; Mi vokos la grenon kaj multigos ĝin, kaj Mi ne venigos sur vin malsaton.
And I will save you out of all your uncleannesses, —And will call for the corn and will increase it, And will not lay upon you famine; And I will save you out of all your uncleannesses, —And will call for the corn and will increase it, And will not lay upon you famine;
30 Mi multigos la fruktojn de la arboj kaj la produktaĵojn de la kampo, por ke vi ne plu havu antaŭ la nacioj honton pri malsato.
And I will multiply The fruit of the tree, and The increase of the field, — To the end that ye may not receive any more the reproach of famine among the nations.
31 Tiam vi rememoros vian malbonan konduton kaj viajn nebonajn agojn, kaj vi faros al vi mem riproĉojn pro viaj malbonagoj kaj pro viaj abomenindaĵoj.
Then shall ye call to mind Your ways that were wicked, and Your doings that were not good, - And shall become loathsome in your own sight. For your iniquities and For your abominations.
32 Ne pro vi Mi agas, diras la Sinjoro, la Eternulo; tion vi sciu. Hontu kaj ruĝiĝu pri via konduto, ho domo de Izrael!
Not for your sakes, am I working, Declareth My Lord Yahweh be it known to you, — Turn ye pale and then blush for your ways. O house of Israel.
33 Tiele diras la Sinjoro, la Eternulo: En la tempo, kiam Mi purigos vin de ĉiuj viaj malbonagoj kaj loĝatigos la urbojn, kaj la ruinoj estos rekonstruitaj,
Thus saith My Lord, Yahweh, In the day when I cleanse you, from all your iniquities, Then will I cause the cities to be inhabited, And the waste places shall be built;
34 kaj la dezertigita tero estos prilaborata anstataŭ tio, ke ĝi estis dezerto antaŭ la okuloj de ĉiu pasanto:
And the land that was made desolate shall be tilled, — Whereas it was a desolation, before the eyes of every passer-by;
35 tiam oni diros: Ĉi tiu dezertigita tero fariĝis kiel la ĝardeno Eden, kaj la urboj ruinigitaj, dezertigitaj, kaj detruitaj estas nun fortikigitaj kaj loĝataj.
And they shall say, This land that was made desolate hath become like the garden of Eden, - And the cities that were waste and deserted and thrown down, now fenced, are inhabited;
36 Kaj ekscios la nacioj, kiuj restos ĉirkaŭ vi, ke Mi, la Eternulo, rekonstruis la detruitaĵon, priplantis la dezertigitaĵon; Mi, la Eternulo, tion diris, kaj Mi tion plenumos.
So shall the nations that may be left remaining round about you know that, I Yahweh— Have built that which was thrown down, and Have planted that which was made desolate, — I Yahweh, have spoken and performed.
37 Tiele diras la Sinjoro, la Eternulo: Ankoraŭ en tio Mi trovigos Min al la domo de Izrael, kaj faros al ili: Mi multigos ĉe ili la homojn kiel ŝafojn.
Thus, saith My Lord Yahweh, Even yet—for this, will I be prevailed upon by the house of Israel to work for them, — I will multiply them-Like a flock—with men:
38 Kiel la sanktaj ŝafoj, kiel la ŝafoj de Jerusalem dum ĝiaj festoj, tiel la dezertigitaj urboj pleniĝos de amasoj da homoj; kaj oni ekscios, ke Mi estas la Eternulo.
Like a flock of holy offerings Like the flock of Jerusalem in her appointed feasts, So, shall the waste cities be filled with flocks of men, - And they shall know that, I, am Yahweh.
