2 Korintanoj 9
1 Ĉar pri la servado al la sanktuloj estas por mi superflue skribi al vi;
For indeed it is superfluous for me to write to you about the service for the sanctified.
2 ĉar mi scias vian volontecon, pri kiu mi fanfaronas pro vi al la Makedonoj, ke la Aĥaja lando jam antaŭ unu jaro pretiĝis; kaj via fervoro instigis la plimulton el ili.
For I know your willingness, which I boast about you to the Macedonians, that Achaia was prepared from a year ago. And your zeal provoked the majority.
3 Sed mi sendis la fratojn, por ke nia fanfaronado pro vi ne fariĝu vanta rilate al ĉi tio, sed, kiel mi diris, por ke vi estu pretaj,
But I sent the brothers so that our boast about you would not be empty in this regard. So that, as I said, ye may be prepared,
4 por ke, se venus kune kun mi iuj el Makedonujo kaj trovus vin ne pretaj, ni (por ne diri, vi) ne hontu pro ĉi tiu fido.
if somehow Macedonians should come with me and find you unprepared, we (that we might not say, ye) would be embarrassed in this confidence of boast.
5 Mi do opiniis necesa, peti la fratojn, ke ili antaŭe iru al vi, kaj antaŭe pretigu vian de longe promesitan helpmonon, por ke tio estu preta, kiel volonte donita, kaj ne kiel eldevigita.
Therefore I thought it necessary to exhort the brothers that they would go ahead to you, and arrange in advance your gift that was earlier announced, for this to be ready this way as a gift and not as an exaction.
6 Sed jen: Tiu, kiu semas ŝpare, ankaŭ rikoltos ŝpare; kaj tiu, kiu semas malavare, ankaŭ rikoltos malavare.
But this, he who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows in blessings will also reap in blessings.
7 Ĉiu faru laŭ tio, kion li intencas en la koro, ne domaĝante, nek pro neceseco; ĉar Dio amas donacanton ĝojan.
Each man as he purposes in his heart, not from regret or from necessity, for God loves a cheerful giver.
8 Kaj Dio povas abundigi ĉe vi ĉian gracon, por ke vi, havante ĉiam en ĉio ĉian sufiĉecon, abunde rilatu al ĉia bona faro;
And God is able to abound all grace for you, so that always in everything having all sufficiency, ye may abound for every good work,
as it is written, He has scattered abroad. He has given to the poor. His righteousness endures into the age. (aiōn g165)
10 Kaj Tiu, kiu donas semon al la semanto kaj panon por nutraĵo, donos kaj multobligos vian semotan semon, kaj plimultigos la fruktojn de via justeco;
And he who supplies seed to the man who sows, and bread for eating, may he supply and multiply your seed, and may he increase the fruits of your righteousness,
11 dum vi pliriĉiĝos en ĉio al ĉia malavareco, kiu efikas per ni dankdonadon al Dio.
being enriched in everything for every generosity, which works gratitude to God through us.
12 Ĉar la administrado de ĉi tiu servado ne nur kompletigas la mezuron de la bezonoj de la sanktuloj, sed ankaŭ abundas per multaj dankoj al Dio;
Because the service of this ministry is not only supplying the needs of the sanctified, but also abounding through many thanksgivings to God
13 ĉar provinte vin per ĉi tiu administrado, ili gloras Dion pro la obeo de via konfeso al la evangelio de Kristo, kaj pro la malavareco de via donaco al ili kaj al ĉiuj;
through the evidence of this service, glorifying God at the subjection of your confession toward the good news of the Christ, and at the generosity of the participation, for them and for all,
14 dum ili mem ankaŭ, per petado por vi, tre sopiras al vi pro la grandega graco de Dio en vi.
and by their supplication about you, yearning for you because of the transcending grace of God in you.
15 Danko estu al Dio pro Lia neesprimebla donaco.
And thanks to God for his indescribable gift.
