1 Johano 5
1 Ĉiu, kiu kredas, ke Jesuo estas la Kristo, naskiĝis el Dio; kaj ĉiu, kiu amas la Naskinton, amas ankaŭ la naskiton el Li.
WHOSOEVER believeth that Jeshu is the Meshiha of Aloha is born. And every one who loveth the Generator loveth also him who is generated of him.
2 Per tio ni ekscias, ke ni amas la infanojn de Dio, kiam ni amas Dion kaj plenumas Liajn ordonojn.
And by this we know that we love the children of Aloha, when we love Aloha, and work his commandments.
3 Ĉar jen estas la amo al Dio: ke ni observas Liajn ordonojn; kaj Liaj ordonoj ne estas pezaj.
For this is the love of Aloha, that we keep his commandments; and his commandments are not heavy.
4 Ĉar ĉio, kio el Dio naskiĝis, venkas la mondon; kaj jen estas la venko venkinta la mondon: nia fido.
Because every one who is born of Aloha overcometh the world: and this is the victory which overcometh the world, our faith.
5 Kaj kiu estas la venkanto de la mondo, krom tiu, kiu kredas, ke Jesuo estas la Filo de Dio?
For who (is he) that overcometh the world, but he who believeth that Jeshu is the Son of Aloha?
6 Ĉi tiu estas la veninto per akvo kaj sango, Jesuo Kristo; ne sole en la akvo, sed en la akvo kaj en la sango.
This is he who came by water and blood, Jeshu the Meshiha: it was not by water only, but by water and blood; and the Spirit testifieth, because the Spirit himself is truth.
7 Kaj la Spirito estas la atestanto, ĉar la Spirito estas la vero.
And there are three that testify, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood;
8 Ĉar tri estas la atestantoj: la Spirito, kaj la akvo, kaj la sango; kaj la tri en unu konsentas.
and these three are in one.
9 Se ni akceptas la ateston de homoj, pli granda estas la atesto de Dio; ĉar jen estas la atesto de Dio: ke Li atestis pri Sia Filo.
If the testimony of men we receive, how much greater is the testimony of Aloha? and this is the testimony which Aloha hath testified concerning his Son.
10 Kiu kredas al la Filo de Dio, tiu havas en si la ateston; kiu ne kredas al Dio, tiu faris Lin mensoginto, pro tio, ke li ne kredis la ateston, kiun Dio atestis pri Sia Filo.
Whosoever believeth in the Son of Aloha hath this testimony in himself. Every one who believeth not Aloha hath made him a liar, in not believing the testimony that he hath testified concerning his Son.
11 Kaj jen estas la atesto: ke Dio donis al ni la vivon eternan; kaj tiu vivo estas en Lia Filo. (aiōnios g166)
And this is the testimony, That the life which is eternal, Aloha hath given to us, and this life is in his Son. (aiōnios g166)
12 Kiu havas la Filon, tiu havas la vivon; kiu ne havas la Filon de Dio, tiu la vivon ne havas.
Every one who apprehendeth the Son, apprehendeth also life; and every one who apprehendeth not the Son of Aloha, hath not life.
13 Ĉi tion mi skribis al vi, por ke vi sciu, ke vi havas vivon eternan; al vi, kiuj kredas al la nomo de la Filo de Dio. (aiōnios g166)
These I have written to you, that you may know that you have the life which is eternal, who believe in the name of the Son of Aloha. (aiōnios g166)
14 Kaj jen estas la kuraĝo, kiun ni havas antaŭ Li: ke se ni ion petas laŭ lia volo, Li nin aŭskultas;
And this is the assurance that we have toward him, that all that we ask of him according to his will, he heareth us.
15 kaj se ni scias, ke kion ajn ni petas, Li nin aŭskultas, ni scias, ke ni havas la petojn, kiujn ni petis de Li.
And if we are persuaded that he heareth us concerning what we ask from him, we are confident of receiving already the requests that we ask from him.
16 Se iu vidas sian fraton pekantan pekon ne al morto, tiu petos, kaj Li donos al li vivon, por la pekantoj ne al morto. Ekzistas peko al morto; ne pri tio mi diras, ke li petegu.
if a man shall see his brother sin a sin not obnoxious to the death, he shall ask, and life be given to him, to those who sin not as unto the death. For there is the sin of death; -it is not concerning this I say that a man shall pray.
17 Ĉia nejusteco estas peko; kaj ekzistas peko ne al morto.
For all iniquity is sin; and there is sin which is not of death.
18 Ni scias, ke ĉiu naskito el Dio ne pekas; sed la naskito el Dio sin gardas, kaj la malbonulo lin ne tuŝas.
And we know that every one who is born of Aloha sinneth not. For he who is born of Aloha keepeth himself, and the Evil doth not approach him.
19 Ni scias, ke ni el Dio estas, kaj la tuta mondo kuŝas en la malbonulo.
We know that we are of Aloha, and the whole world in the Evil is lying.
20 Kaj ni scias, ke la Filo de Dio venis kaj al ni donis komprenon, por ke ni ekkonu la Verulon; kaj ni estas en la Verulo, en Lia Filo, Jesuo Kristo. Tiu estas la vera Dio, kaj la vivo eterna. (aiōnios g166)
And we know that the Son of Aloha hath come, and hath given us knowledge to know the truth, and to be in him in the truth, in his Son Jeshu the Meshiha. This is Aloha the true, and the life which is eternal. (aiōnios g166)
21 Infanetoj, gardu vin kontraŭ idoloj.
My sons, keep yourselves from the service of idols.
