1 La klasoj de la pordegistoj: el la Koraĥidoj: Meŝelemja, filo de Kore, el la filoj de Asaf.
Concerning the divisions of the gatekeepers [who were] of the Korchites: Meshelemyahu the son of Kore, of the sons of Assaph.
2 Meŝelemja havis filojn: la unuenaskito estis Zeĥarja, la dua estis Jediael, la tria estis Zebadja, la kvara estis Jatniel;
And Meshelemyahu had sons: Zecharyahu the first-born, Jedi'ael the second, Zebaiyahu the third, Jathniel the fourth,
3 la kvina estis Elam, la sesa estis Jehoĥanan, la sepa estis Eljehoenaj.
Elam the fifth, Jehochanan the sixth, Elyeho'enal the seventh,
4 Obed-Edom havis filojn: Ŝemaja estis la unuenaskito, Jehozabad la dua, Joaĥ la tria, Saĥar la kvara, Netanel la kvina,
And 'Obed-edom had sons: Shema'yah the first-born, Jehosabad the second, Joach the third, and Sachar the fourth, and Nethanel the fifth,
5 Amiel la sesa, Isaĥar la sepa, Peultaj la oka; ĉar benis lin Dio.
'Ammiel the sixth, Issachar the seventh, Pe'ulthai the eighth; for God had blessed him.
6 Al lia filo Ŝemaja naskiĝis filoj, kiuj regis en siaj patrodomoj, ĉar ili estis bravaj homoj.
Also unto Shema'yah his son there were born sons, that were rulers for the house of their father; for they were mighty men of valor.
7 La filoj de Ŝemaja: Otni, Refael, Obed, Elzabad, liaj fratoj, bravaj homoj, Elihu kaj Semaĥja.
The sons of Shema'yah were 'Othni, and Rephael, and 'Obed, [and] Elsahad, his brothers [were] valiant men, Elihu, and Semachyahu.
8 Ĉiuj ili estis el la idoj de Obed-Edom; ili kaj iliaj filoj kaj iliaj fratoj estis bravaj homoj, taŭgaj por servado: sesdek du ili estis ĉe Obed-Edom.
All these were of the sons of 'Obed-edom: they and their sons and their brethren were valiant men in strength for the service, being sixty and two [descendants] of 'Obed-edom.
9 Meŝelemja havis filojn kaj fratojn, bravajn homojn dek ok.
And Meshelemyahu had sons and brethren, valiant men, eighteen.
10 Ĥosa el la Merariidoj havis filojn: Ŝimri estis la ĉefo (kvankam li ne estis unuenaskito, tamen lia patro faris lin ĉefo),
Also Chossah, of the children of Merari, had sons: Shimri the chief, for [though] he was not the first-born, yet his father made him the chief;
11 Ĥilkija estis la dua, Tebalja la tria, Zeĥarja la kvara; ĉiuj filoj kaj fratoj de Ĥosa estis dek tri.
Chilkiyahu the second, Tehalyahu the third, Zecharyahu the fourth; all the sons and brethren of Chossah were thirteen.
12 Al tiuj grupoj da pordegistoj, al la ĉefoj de viroj, estis komisiita la servado en la domo de la Eternulo kune kun iliaj fratoj.
These divisions of the gatekeepers, after the chief men, had the watch along with their brethren, to minister in the house of the Lord.
13 Kaj ili lotis, kiel la malgrandaj, tiel ankaŭ la grandaj, laŭ siaj patrodomoj, por ĉiu pordego aparte.
And they cast lots, the small as well as the great, according to their family divisions, for each and every gate.
14 Kaj la loto pri la oriento falis por Ŝelemja; kaj pri lia filo Zeĥarja, la saĝa konsilanto, oni lotis, kaj lia loto eliris por la nordo;
And the lot at the east fell for Shelemyahu. And for Zecharyahu his son, an intelligent counsellor, they cast lots, and his lot came out at the north.
15 pri Obed-Edom por la sudo, kaj pri liaj filoj por la provizejo;
For 'Obed-edom at the south; and to his sons [was assigned] the house of Assuppim.
16 pri Ŝupim kaj Ĥosa por la okcidento, por la Pordego Ŝaleĥet, kie la vojo leviĝas, kie gardo staras apud gardo.
For Shuppim and for Chossah at the west, by the gate Shallecheth, on the ascending causeway, watch alongside of watch.
17 Oriente estis ses Levidoj, norde kvar ĉiutage, sude kvar ĉiutage, kaj ĉe la provizejoj po du.
At the east were six Levites, at the north four for every day, at the south four for every day, and for [the house of] Assuppim always two.
18 Ĉe la alirejo okcidente estis: kvar ĉe la vojo, kaj du ĉe la alirejo.
At the Parbar on the west, four at the causeway, and two at the Parbar.
19 Tio estis la grupoj da pordegistoj el la Koraĥidoj kaj el la Merariidoj.
These are the divisions of the gatekeepers of the sons of the Korchites, and of the sons of Merari.
20 El la Levidoj, Aĥija estis super la trezoroj de la domo de Dio kaj super la trezoroj de la sanktaĵoj.
And of the Levites, Achiyah was over the treasuries of the house of God, and over the treasuries of the holy things.
21 El la idoj de Ladan, idoj de la Gerŝonido Ladan, ĉefoj de patrodomoj de la Gerŝonido Ladan estis la Jeĥielidoj.
[As concerning] the sons of La'dan, the sons of the Gershunites of La'dan, the chiefs of the families of La'dan the Gershunite, were the Jechielites.
22 La Jeĥielidoj: Zetam, kaj Joel, lia frato, estis super la trezoroj de la domo de la Eternulo.
The sons of Jechieli, Zetham, and Joel his brother, were over the treasuries of the house of the Lord.
23 El la Amramidoj, Jicharidoj, Ĥebronidoj, kaj Uzielidoj,
Of the 'Amramites, of the Yizharites, of the Hebronites, and of the 'Uzzielites,
24 Ŝebuel, ido de Gerŝom, filo de Moseo, estis estro super la trezoroj.
[Was] even Shebuel the son of Gershom, the son of Moses, superintendent of the treasuries.
25 Lia frato Eliezer havis filon Reĥabja; lia filo estis Jeŝaja, lia filo estis Joram, lia filo estis Ziĥri, kaj lia filo estis Ŝelomit.
And his brethren by Eli'ezer: Rechabyahu his son, and Jesha'yahu his son, and Joram his son, and Zichri his son, and Shelomoth his son.
26 Ĉi tiu Ŝelomit kaj liaj fratoj estis super ĉiuj trezoroj de la sanktaĵoj, kiujn sanktigis la reĝo David, la ĉefoj de patrodomoj, la milestroj, kaj la centestroj, kaj la militestroj.
This Shelomoth and his brethren were over all the treasuries of the holy things, which king David had sanctified, together with the chiefs of the family divisions, the captains over the thousands and the hundreds, and the captains of the army.
27 El la militoj kaj el la militakiraĵoj ili konsekris partojn, por subteni la domon de la Eternulo.
Out of the wars, and out of the booty did they sanctify to maintain the house of the Lord.
28 Ankaŭ ĉio, kion sanktigis la antaŭvidisto Samuel, kaj Saul, filo de Kiŝ, kaj Abner, filo de Ner, kaj Joab, filo de Ceruja, ĉio sanktigita estis sub la gardado de Ŝelomit kaj liaj fratoj.
And all that Samuel the seer, and Saul the son of Kish, and Abner the son of Ner, and Joab the son of Zeruyah, had sanctified, whatsoever [any one] had sanctified, was under the supervision of Shelomoth and of his brethren.
29 El la Jicharidoj, Kenanja kaj liaj filoj estis por la aferoj eksteraj de Izrael, kiel inspektistoj kaj juĝistoj.
Of the Yizharites were Kenanyahu and his sons for the outward business over Israel, for officers and judges.
30 El la Ĥebronidoj, Ĥaŝabja kaj liaj fratoj, bravaj homoj, mil sepcent, havis oficojn en Izrael transe de Jordan, okcidente, por ĉiuj aferoj koncernantaj la Eternulon kaj por la aferoj de la reĝo.
Of the Hebronites were Chashabyahu and his brethren, valiant men, a thousand and seven hundred [in number], appointed over the affairs of Israel on this side of the Jordan to the west, for all the business of the Lord, and for the service of the king.
31 El la Ĥebronidoj, Jerija estis ĉefo de la Ĥebronidoj en iliaj generacioj kaj patrodomoj. En la kvardeka jaro de la reĝado de David ili estis esploritaj, kaj oni trovis ĉe ili bravajn homojn en Jazer en Gilead.
Of the Hebronites was Jeriyah the chief, for the Hebronites, according to their generations by families. In the fortieth year of the reign of David were they inquired into, and there were found among them mighty men of valor at Ja'zer of Gil'ad.
32 Kaj liaj fratoj, bravaj homoj, du mil sepcent, ĉefoj de patrodomoj; al ili la reĝo David donis oficojn ĉe la Rubenidoj, la Gadidoj, kaj la duontribo de Manase, por ĉiuj aferoj de Dio kaj aferoj de la reĝo.
And his brethren, valiant men, were two thousand and seven hundred chiefs of families: and king David appointed them over the Reubenites, the Gadites, and the half tribe of Menasseh, for every matter pertaining to God, and the affairs of the king.
