< Zechariah 9 >
1 The burden of a word of Jehovah against the land of Hadrach, and Demmeseh — his place of rest: (When to Jehovah [is] the eye of man, And of all the tribes of Israel.)
Daytoy ket pakaammo ni Yahweh maipapan iti daga ti Hadrac ken Damasco. Ta sikikita ni Yahweh kadagiti amin a tattao, ken kadagiti amin a tribu ti Israel.
2 And also Hamath doth border thereon, Tyre and Zidon, for — very wise!
Daytoy a pakaammo ket maipapan pay iti Hamat, a nagpatingga iti Damasco, ken maipapan daytoy iti Tiro ken Sidon, uray no ipagarupda a nasiribda unay.
3 And Tyre doth build a bulwark to herself, And doth heap silver as dust, And gold as mire of out-places.
Nangbangon ti Tiro iti sarikedked ken nagurnong iti pirak a kasla tapok ken nangpapuro iti balitok a kasla pitak kadagiti kalsada.
4 Lo, the Lord doth dispossess her, And He hath smitten in the sea her force, And she with fire is consumed.
Ngem alaento ti Apo dagiti amin a sanikuana ken dadaelennanto ti pakirangetna nga adda iti baybay, isu a mauramto daytoy iti apuy.
5 See doth Ashkelon and fear, Also Gaza, and she is exceedingly pained, Also Ekron — for her expectation dried up, And perished hath a king from Gaza, And Ashkelon doth not remain,
Makitanto daytoy ti Askelon ket agbutengda! Agtigergerto met iti kasta unay ti Gaza! Maupayto ti Ekron! Mapukawto ti ari ti Gaza, ket saanton a mapagnaedan ti Askelon!
6 And dwelt hath a foreigner in Ashdod, And I have cut off the excellency of the Philistines.
Kuna ni Yahweh, “Agaramidto dagiti ganggannaet kadagiti pagtaenganda idiay Asdod, ket ikkatekto ti kinatangsit dagiti Filisteo.
7 And turned aside his blood from his mouth, His abominations from between his teeth, And he hath remained, even he, to our God, And he hath been as a leader in Judah, And Ekron as a Jebusite.
Ta saankonto idan a pagsidaen iti karne nga adda pay laeng darana ken paritak ida a mangan iti taraon nga indatonda kadagiti didiosen.” Kalpasanna, dagiti matda ket mailasindanto a para iti Diostayo a kasla maysa a puli idiay Juda, ken agbalinto ti Ekron a kas kadagiti Jebuseo.
8 And I have pitched for My house a camp, Because of the passer through, and of the returner, And pass not through against them again doth an exactor, For, now, I have seen with My eyes.
Kuna ni Yahweh, “Salaknibakto ti dagak iti armada dagiti kabusor tapno awan ti makalasat wenno makasubli, ta awanton a pulos ti mangparigat iti daytoy. Ta iti dayta a tiempo, wanawanakto a mismo ti dagak!
9 Rejoice exceedingly, O daughter of Zion, Shout, O daughter of Jerusalem, Lo, thy King doth come to thee, Righteous — and saved is He, Afflicted — and riding on an ass, And on a colt — a son of she-asses.
Agpukkawka a sirarag-o, anak a babai ti Sion! Agpukkawka a siraragsak, anak a babai ti Jerusalem! Adtoy! Umayen kenka ti arim a nalinteg ket ispalennaka. Napakumbaba isuna ken nakasakay iti asno, iti urbon nga asno.
10 And I have cut off the chariot from Ephraim, And the horse from Jerusalem, Yea, cut off hath been the bow of battle, And he hath spoken peace to nations, And his rule [is] from sea unto sea, And from the river unto the ends of earth.
Kalpasanna, ikkatekto ti karuahe iti Efraim ken ti kabalio iti Jerusalem, ken madadaelto ti bai a maus-usar a pakigubat; ta pagkakappiaennanto dagiti nasion, ken iturayannanto manipud iti baybay agingga iti sabali a baybay, ken manipud iti Karayan agingga iti pungto ti daga!
11 Also thou — by the blood of thy covenant, I have sent thy prisoners out of the pit, There is no water in it.
Ket dakayo a tattao ti Israel—gapu iti dara a nangpasingked iti tulagko kadakayo—winawayawayaak dagiti baludyo manipud iti abut nga awan iti danumna.
12 Turn back to a fenced place, Ye prisoners of the hope, Even to-day a second announcer I restore to thee.
Agsublikayo kadagiti sarikedked, dakayo a balud nga addaan namnama! Uray ita nga aldaw, ipakpakaammok nga isublikto kadakayo iti mamindua a kaadu ti bendision ti amin a sinagabayo,
13 For I have trodden for Me Judah, A bow I have filled [with] Ephraim, And I have stirred up thy sons, O Zion, Against thy sons, O Javan, And I have set thee as the sword of a hero.
gapu ta inaramidko ti Juda a kas baik. Inaramidko ti Efraim a kas panak. Ipalubosko a gubaten dagiti annakmo a lallaki, O Sion, dagiti annakmo a lallaki, Grecia, ken pinagbalinka, Sion, a kasla kampilan ti mannakigubat!”
14 And Jehovah doth appear for them, And gone forth as lightning hath His arrow, And the Lord Jehovah with a trumpet bloweth, And He hath gone with whirlwinds of the south.
Agparangto ni Yahweh kadagiti tattaona, ket maibiatto dagiti panana a kasla iti kimat! Ta paguniento ni Yahweh nga Apok ti trumpeta ket magnanto a kakuyog dagiti bagio manipud iti Teman.
15 Jehovah of Hosts doth cover them over, And they consumed, and subdued sling-stones, Yea, they have drunk, They have made a noise as wine, And they have been full as a bowl, As corners of an altar.
Salaknibanto ida ni Yahweh a Mannakabalin-amin, ket naan-anayto a parmeken dagiti tattao ti Juda dagiti kabusorda babaen kadagiti bato dagiti pallatibong. Ket aginum ken agpukkawdanto a kas iti lalaki a nabartek, ket mapnodanto iti arak a kasla kadagiti malukong iti altar, kasla kadagiti suli ti altar.
16 And saved them hath Jehovah their God In that day, as a flock of His people, For stones of a crown are displaying themselves over His ground.
Isu nga iti dayta nga aldaw, ispalento ida ni Yahweh a Diosda; maiyarigdanto iti arban dagiti tattaona, ta kasladanto kadagiti alahas iti korona, nga agraniag iti dagana.
17 For what His goodness! and what His beauty! Corn the young men, And new wine the virgins — make fruitful!
Anian a kinasayaat ken anian a kinapintasdanto! Pumigsanto dagiti agtutubo a lallaki iti pannanganda iti bukel ken dagiti birhen iti panagiumda iti nasam-it nga arak!
