Romans 9
1 Truth I say in Christ, I lie not, my conscience bearing testimony with me in the Holy Spirit,
मय मसीह म सच कहू हय, मय झूठ नहीं बोल रह्यो अऊर मोरो अन्तरमन भी पवित्र आत्मा म गवाही देवय हय
2 that I have great grief and unceasing pain in my heart —
कि मोख बड़ो शोक हय, अऊर मोरो मन सदा दुखय हय,
3 for I was wishing, I myself, to be anathema from the Christ — for my brethren, my kindred, according to the flesh,
कहालीकि मय यहां तक चाहत होतो कि अपनो भाऊवों को लायी जो शरीर को भाव सी मोरो कुटुम्बी आय, खुदच मसीह सी अलग अऊर परमेश्वर शापित होय जावय।
4 who are Israelites, whose [is] the adoption, and the glory, and the covenants, and the lawgiving, and the service, and the promises,
हि इस्राएली आय, अऊर परमेश्वर को सन्तान होन को अधिकार अऊर महिमा अऊर वाचाये अऊर व्यवस्था को उपहार अऊर परमेश्वर को उपासना अऊर प्रतिज्ञाये उन्कोच आय।
5 whose [are] the fathers, and of whom [is] the Christ, according to the flesh, who is over all, God blessed to the ages. Amen. (aiōn g165)
बुजूर्ग भी उन्कोच आय, अऊर मसीह भी शरीर को भाव सी उन म सी भयो। सब को ऊपर परम परमेश्वर राज्य करय हय, अऊर हमेशा-हमेशा धन्य हय! आमीन। (aiōn g165)
6 And it is not possible that the word of God hath failed; for not all who [are] of Israel are these Israel;
असो नहीं कि परमेश्वर कि अपनो वचन पूरो नहीं करयो हंय, कहालीकि जो इस्राएल को वंश हंय, ऊ सब इस्राएली नोहोय।
7 nor because they are seed of Abraham [are] all children, but — 'in Isaac shall a seed be called to thee;'
अऊर न अब्राहम को वंश होन को वजह सब ओकी सन्तान ठहरे, पर पवित्र शास्त्र म लिख्यो हय “इसहाक सीच तोरो वंश कहलायेंन।”
8 that is, the children of the flesh — these [are] not children of God; but the children of the promise are reckoned for seed;
मतलब शरीर की सन्तान परमेश्वर की सन्तान नोहोय, पर प्रतिज्ञा की सन्तान वंश गिन्यो जावय हंय।
9 for the word of promise [is] this; 'According to this time I will come, and there shall be to Sarah a son.'
कहालीकि प्रतिज्ञा को वचन यो आय: “मय उच समय को अनुसार आऊं, अऊर सारा को एक बेटा होयेंन।”
10 And not only [so], but also Rebecca, having conceived by one — Isaac our father —
अऊर केवल योच नहीं, पर जब हमरो बाप इसहाक सी रीबका ख दोय बेटा भयो।
11 (for they being not yet born, neither having done anything good or evil, that the purpose of God, according to choice, might remain; not of works, but of Him who is calling, ) it was said to her —
पर ओको एक बच्चा ख चुन्यो यो पूरो तरह परमेश्वर को खुद को उद्देश को परिनाम होतो, परमेश्वर न उन्को सी कह्यो, “बड़ो छोटो की सेवा करेंन।”
12 'The greater shall serve the less;'
या बात परमेश्वर न उन्को जनम सी पहिलो अऊर उन्को कुछ भलो बुरो करन को पहिलो कहीं; त परमेश्वर की पसंद ओको बुलाहट पर निर्भर हय, न कि उन्न का करयो ओको पर ओन कह्यो, “बड़ो छोटो को सेवक होयेंन।”
13 according as it hath been written, 'Jacob I did love, and Esau I did hate.'
जसो शास्त्र म लिख्यो हय, “मय न याकूब सी प्रेम करयो, पर एसाव ख अप्रिय जान्यो।”
14 What, then, shall we say? unrighteousness [is] with God? let it not be!
येकोलायी हम का कहबो? का परमेश्वर को यहां अन्याय हय? कभीच नहीं।
15 for to Moses He saith, 'I will do kindness to whom I do kindness, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion;'
कहालीकि ऊ मूसा सी कह्य हय, “मय जो कोयी पर दया करयो चाहऊं ओको पर दया करू, अऊर जेको पर तरस खानो चाहऊं, ओको पर तरस खाऊ।”
16 so, then — not of him who is willing, nor of him who is running, but of God who is doing kindness:
अब भी यो नहीं त चाहन वालो की, नहीं परिश्रम वालो की पर दया करन वालो परमेश्वर पर निर्भर रह्य हय।
17 for the Writing saith to Pharaoh — 'For this very thing I did raise thee up, that I might shew in thee My power, and that My name might be declared in all the land;'
कहालीकि पवित्र शास्त्र म फिरौन सी कह्यो गयो, “मय न तोख येकोलायी खड़ो करयो हय कि तोरो म अपनी सामर्थ दिखाऊं, अऊर मोरो नाम को प्रचार पूरी धरती पर हो।” निर्गमन
18 so, then, to whom He willeth, He doth kindness, and to whom He willeth, He doth harden.
येकोलायी ऊ जेक चाहवय हय ओको पर दया करय हय, अऊर जेक चाहवय हय ओख कठोर बनाय देवय हय।
19 Thou wilt say, then, to me, 'Why yet doth He find fault? for His counsel who hath resisted?'
“त फिर तुम म सी कोयी मोख सी कहेंन यदि कोयी असो हय कि काम को नियंत्रन करन वालो परमेश्वर हय त फिर ऊ हम्ख दोष ठहरावय हय? कौन परमेश्वर की इच्छा को विरोध कर सकय हय?”
20 nay, but, O man, who art thou that art answering again to God? shall the thing formed say to Him who did form [it], Why me didst thou make thus?
हे आदमी, तय कौन आय जो परमेश्वर को विरोध म बोलय हय? का गढ़ी हुयी चिज गढ़न वालो सी कह्य सकय हय, “तय न मोख असो कहाली बनायो हय?”
21 hath not the potter authority over the clay, out of the same lump to make the one vessel to honour, and the one to dishonour?
का कुम्हार ख माटी पर अधिकार नहाय कि एकच लोंदा म सी एक बर्तन आदर को लायी, अऊर दूसरों ख अनादर को लायी बनाये?
22 And if God, willing to shew the wrath and to make known His power, did endure, in much long suffering, vessels of wrath fitted for destruction,
त येको म कौन सी नवल की बात हय कि परमेश्वर न अपनो गुस्सा दिखावन अऊर अपनी सामर्थ प्रगट करन की इच्छा सी गुस्सा को बर्तनों की, जो विनाश को लायी तैयार करयो गयो होतो, बड़ो धीरज सीच सही;
23 and that He might make known the riches of His glory on vessels of kindness, that He before prepared for glory, whom also He did call — us —
अऊर दया को बर्तनों पर, जिन्ख ओन महिमा को लायी पहिले सी तैयार करयो, अपनो महिमा को धन ख प्रगट करन की इच्छा करी
24 not only out of Jews, but also out of nations,
मतलब हम पर जिन्ख ओन नहीं केवल यहूदियों म सी, बल्की गैरयहूदियों म सी भी बुलायो।
25 as also in Hosea He saith, 'I will call what [is] not My people — My people; and her not beloved — Beloved,
जसो ऊ होशे की किताब म भी कह्य हय, “जो मोरो लोग नहीं होतो, उन्ख मय अपनो लोग कहूं; अऊर जो प्रिय नहीं होती, ओख प्रिय कहूं।
26 and it shall be — in the place where it was said to them, Ye [are] not My people; there they shall be called sons of the living God.'
अऊर असो होयेंन कि जो जागा म उन्को सी यो कह्यो गयो होतो कि तुम मोरो नोहोय, उच जागा हि जीन्दो परमेश्वर की सन्तान कहलाबो।”
27 And Isaiah doth cry concerning Israel, 'If the number of the sons of Israel may be as the sand of the sea, the remnant shall be saved;
अऊर यशायाह इस्राएल को बारे म पुकार क कह्य हय, “चाहे इस्राएल की सन्तानों की गिनती समुन्दर को रेतु को बराबर हय, तब भी उन्म सी थोड़ोच बचायो जायेंन।
28 for a matter He is finishing, and is cutting short in righteousness, because a matter cut short will the Lord do upon the land.
कहालीकि प्रभु अपनो वचन धरती पर पूरो कर क्, जल्दीच ओख सिद्ध करेंन।”
29 and according as Isaiah saith before, 'Except the Lord of Sabaoth did leave to us a seed, as Sodom we had become, and as Gomorrah we had been made like.'
जसो यशायाह न पहिले भी कह्यो होतो, “यदि सेनावों को प्रभु हमरो लायी कुछ वंश नहीं छोड़तो, त हम सदोम को जसो होय जातो, अऊर गमोरा को जसोच ठहरतो।”
30 What, then, shall we say? that nations who are not pursuing righteousness did attain to righteousness, and righteousness that [is] of faith,
अब हम का कहबो? यो कि गैरयहूदियों न जो सच्चायी की खोज नहीं करत होतो, सच्चायी ख विश्वास सी प्राप्त मतलब ओन सच्चायी ख जो विश्वास सी हय;
31 and Israel, pursuing a law of righteousness, at a law of righteousness did not arrive;
पर इस्राएली, जो सच्चायी की व्यवस्था की खोज करत होतो ऊ व्यवस्था तक नहीं पहुंच्यो।
32 wherefore? because — not by faith, but as by works of law; for they did stumble at the stone of stumbling,
कोन्को लायी? येकोलायी कि हि विश्वास सी नहीं, पर मानो कर्मों सी ओकी खोज करत होतो। उन्न ऊ ठेस को गोटा पर ठोकर खायी,
33 according as it hath been written, 'Lo, I place in Sion a stone of stumbling and a rock of offence; and every one who is believing thereon shall not be ashamed.'
जसो शास्त्र म लिख्यो हय, “देखो, मय सिय्योन म एक ठेस लगन को गोटा, अऊर ठोकर खान की चट्टान रखू हय, अऊर जो ओको पर विश्वास करे न ऊ लज्जित नहीं होयेंन।”
