Revelation 22
1 And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, bright as crystal, going forth out of the throne of God and of the Lamb:
E mostrou-me o rio puro da água da vida, claro como cristal, que procedia do trono de Deus e do Cordeiro.
2 in the midst of its broad place, and of the river on this side and on that, [is] a tree of life, yielding twelve fruits, in each several month rendering its fruits, and the leaves of the tree [are] for the service of the nations;
No meio da sua praça, e de uma e outra banda do rio, estava a árvore da vida, que produz doze frutos, dando seu fruto de mês em mes; e as folhas da árvore são para a saúde das nações.
3 and any curse there shall not be any more, and the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it, and His servants shall serve Him,
E ali nunca mais haverá maldição contra alguém; e nela estará o trono de Deus e do Cordeiro, e os seus servos o servirão.
4 and they shall see His face, and His name [is] upon their foreheads,
E verão o seu rosto, e nas suas testas estará o seu nome.
5 and night shall not be there, and they have no need of a lamp and light of a sun, because the Lord God doth give them light, and they shall reign — to the ages of the ages. (aiōn g165)
E ali não haverá mais noite, e não necessitarão de lâmpada nem de luz do sol, porque o Senhor Deus os alumia; e reinarão para todo o sempre. (aiōn g165)
6 And he said to me, 'These words [are] stedfast and true, and the Lord God of the holy prophets did send His messenger to shew to His servants the things that it behoveth to come quickly:
E disse-me: Estas palavras são fieis e verdadeiras; e o Senhor, o Deus dos santos profetas, enviou o seu anjo, para mostrar aos seus servos as coisas que em breve hão de acontecer.
7 Lo, I come quickly; happy [is] he who is keeping the words of the prophecy of this scroll.'
Eis aqui venho presto: bem-aventurado aquele que guarda as palavras da profecia deste livro.
8 And I, John, am he who is seeing these things and hearing, and when I heard and beheld, I fell down to bow before the feet of the messenger who is shewing me these things;
E eu, João, sou aquele que vi e ouvi estas coisas. E, havendo-as ouvido e visto, prostrei-me aos pés do anjo que me mostrava estas coisas, para o adorar.
9 and he saith to me, 'See — not; for fellow-servant of thee am I, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of those keeping the words of this scroll; before God bow.'
E disse-me: Olha não faças tal; porque eu sou conservo teu e de teus irmãos, os profetas, e dos que guardam as palavras deste livro. Adora a Deus.
10 And he saith to me, 'Thou mayest not seal the words of the prophecy of this scroll, because the time is nigh;
E disse-me: Não seles as palavras deste livro; porque perto está o tempo.
11 he who is unrighteous — let him be unrighteous still, and he who is filthy — let him be filthy still, and he who is righteous — let him be declared righteous still, and he who is sanctified — let him be sanctified still:
Quem é injusto, faça injustiça ainda; e quem é sujo, seja sujo ainda; e quem é justo, faça justiça ainda; e quem é santo, seja santificado ainda.
12 And lo, I come quickly, and my reward [is] with me, to render to each as his work shall be;
E, eis que, presto venho, e o meu galardão está comigo, para dar a cada um segundo a sua obra.
13 I am the Alpha and the Omega — the Beginning and End — the First and the Last.
Eu sou o Alpha e o Omega, o princípio e o fim, o primeiro e o derradeiro.
14 'Happy are those doing His commands that the authority shall be theirs unto the tree of the life, and by the gates they may enter into the city;
Bem-aventurados aqueles que lavam as suas vestiduras no sangue do Cordeiro, para que tenham direito à árvore da vida, e possam entrar na cidade pelas portas.
15 and without [are] the dogs, and the sorcerers, and the whoremongers, and the murderers, and the idolaters, and every one who is loving and is doing a lie.
Porém estarão de fora os cães e os feiticeiros, e os fornicadores, e os homicidas, e os idólatras, e qualquer que ama e comete a mentira.
16 'I, Jesus did send my messenger to testify to you these things concerning the assemblies; I am the root and the offspring of David, the bright and morning star!
Eu, Jesus, enviei o meu anjo, para vos testificar estas coisas nas igrejas: eu sou a raiz e a geração de David, a resplandecente estrela da manhã.
17 And the Spirit and the Bride say, Come; and he who is hearing — let him say, Come; and he who is thirsting — let him come; and he who is willing — let him take the water of life freely.
E o espírito e a esposa dizem: Vem. E quem o ouve, diga: Vem. E quem tem sede, venha; e quem quizer, tome de graça da água da vida.
18 'For I testify to every one hearing the words of the prophecy of this scroll, if any one may add unto these, God shall add to him the plagues that have been written in this scroll,
Porque eu testifico a todo aquele que ouvir as palavras da profecia deste livro que, se alguém lhes acrescentar alguma coisa, Deus fará vir sobre ele as pragas que estão escritas neste livro;
19 and if any one may take away from the words of the scroll of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the scroll of the life, and out of the holy city, and the things that have been written in this scroll;'
E, se alguém tirar das palavras do livro desta profecia, Deus tirará a sua parte do livro da vida, e da cidade santa, e das coisas que estão escritas neste livro.
20 he saith — who is testifying these things — 'Yes, I come quickly!' Amen! Yes, be coming, Lord Jesus!
Aquele que testifica estas coisas diz: Certamente presto venho. amém: ora vem, Senhor Jesus.
21 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ [is] with you all. Amen.
A graça de nosso Senhor Jesus Cristo seja com todos vós. amém.
