Psalms 97
1 Jehovah hath reigned, The earth is joyful, many isles rejoice.
Angraeng thacakhaih hoi ukhaih Angraeng mah uk pongah, long loe anghoe nasoe; tuipui thung ih praenawk doeh anghoe o nasoe.
2 Cloud and darkness [are] round about Him, Righteousness and judgment the basis of His throne.
Tamainawk hoi khoving mah anih to takui o khoep; toenghaih hoi amsoem ah lokcaekhaih loe angraeng tangkhang pahnuthaih ahmuen ah oh.
3 Fire before Him goeth, And burneth round about His adversaries.
Hmai loe anih hmaa ah caeh moe, anih taengah kaom a misanawk to kangh boih.
4 Lightened have His lightnings the world, The earth hath seen, and is pained.
Kampha anih ih a aengh mah long to toeh phaeng; long mah anih to hnuk naah tasoeh.
5 Hills, like wax, melted before Jehovah, Before the Lord of all the earth.
Maenawk loe Angraeng hmaa ah, long boih ukkung Angraeng hmaa ah, samdai baktiah amkaw o.
6 The heavens declared His righteousness, And all the peoples have seen His honour.
Vannawk mah a toenghaih to amtueng o sak, kaminawk boih mah a lensawkhaih to hnuk o.
7 Ashamed are all servants of a graven image, Those boasting themselves in idols, Bow yourselves to him, all ye gods.
Sakcop ih krangnawk bok kami, krangnawk pongah amoekhaih tawn kaminawk loe, azat o nasoe; nangcae sithawnawk boih, anih to bok oh.
8 Zion hath heard and rejoiceth, And daughters of Judah are joyful, Because of Thy judgments, O Jehovah.
Aw Angraeng, na lokcaekhaih pongah, Zion mah thaih naah anghoe moe, Judah canunawk doeh anghoe o.
9 For Thou, Jehovah, [art] Most High over all the earth, Greatly Thou hast been exalted over all gods.
Angraeng, nang loe, longnawk boih pongah na sang koek; sithawnawk boih pong kasangah pakoeh ah na oh.
10 Ye who love Jehovah, hate evil, He is keeping the souls of His saints, From the hand of the wicked he delivereth them.
Angraeng palung kaminawk, kahoih ai hmuen to hnuma oh; anih loe kaciim angmah ih kaminawk hinghaih to toep pae; nihcae to kasae kaminawk ih ban thung hoiah pahlong pae.
11 Light [is] sown for the righteous, And for the upright of heart — joy.
Katoeng kami hanah aanghaih to oh moe, poek katoeng kaminawk hanah anghoehaih to oh.
12 Rejoice, ye righteous, in Jehovah, And give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness!
Nangcae katoeng kaminawk, Angraeng ah anghoe oh; a ciimcaihaih to pakoeh oh.
