< Psalms 83 >
1 A Song, — A Psalm of Asaph. O God, let there be no silence to Thee, Be not silent, nor be quiet, O God.
Nzembo ya Azafi. Oh Nzambe, kovanda nye te! Nzambe, kokanga monoko na Yo te, kotikala kimia te!
2 For, lo, Thine enemies do roar, And those hating Thee have lifted up the head,
Tala ndenge banguna na Yo bazali kotomboka; tala ndenge bayini na Yo bazali kotombola mito na bango!
3 Against Thy people they take crafty counsel, And consult against Thy hidden ones.
Bazali kosalela bato na Yo likita, kokanela bato oyo obatelaka.
4 They have said, 'Come, And we cut them off from [being] a nation, And the name of Israel is not remembered any more.'
Bazali koloba: « Boya, toboma bango nyonso mpo ete ekolo na bango ezala lisusu te, mpo ete batanga lisusu kombo ya Isalaele te. »
5 For they consulted in heart together, Against Thee a covenant they make,
Basangani mpe bayokani, basali boyokani mpo na kotelemela Yo:
6 Tents of Edom, and Ishmaelites, Moab, and the Hagarenes,
bato ya Edomi mpe bato ya Isimaeli, bato ya Moabi mpe bato ya Agari,
7 Gebal, and Ammon, and Amalek, Philistia with inhabitants of Tyre,
Gebali, Amoni mpe Amaleki, bato ya Filisitia elongo na bato ya Tiri.
8 Asshur also is joined with them, They have been an arm to sons of Lot. (Selah)
Bato ya Asiri mpe basangani elongo na bango mpo na kobakisa bakitani ya Loti makasi.
9 Do to them as [to] Midian, As [to] Sisera, as [to] Jabin, at the stream Kishon.
Sala bango ndenge osalaki Madiani, ndenge osalaki Sisera mpe Yabini, kuna na mayi ya Kishoni.
10 They were destroyed at Endor, They were dung for the ground!
Babebisamaki na Eyini-Dori, bakomaki lokola matiti ya kopola mpo na mabele.
11 Make their nobles as Oreb and as Zeeb, And as Zebah and Zalmunna all their princes,
Sala bato na bango ya lokumu ndenge osalaki Orebi mpe Zeebi; mpe sala bakambi na bango ndenge osalaki Zeba mpe Tsalimuna
12 Who have said, 'Let us occupy for ourselves The comely places of God.'
oyo bazalaki koloba: « Tobotola mabele ya Nzambe! »
13 O my God, make them as a rolling thing, As stubble before wind.
Nzambe na ngai, balola bango lokola matiti oyo mopepe ezali kopumbwisa.
14 As a fire doth burn a forest, And as a flame setteth hills on fire,
Ndenge moto ezikisaka zamba, ndenge moto makasi ezikisaka bangomba,
15 So dost Thou pursue them with Thy whirlwind, And with Thy hurricane troublest them.
landa bango na nzela ya mopepe na Yo mpe bangisa bango na nzela ya mopepe makasi na Yo!
16 Fill their faces [with] shame, And they seek Thy name, O Jehovah.
Yawe, tondisa bilongi na bango na soni mpo ete baluka Kombo na Yo!
17 They are ashamed and troubled for ever, Yea, they are confounded and lost.
Tika ete soni mpe somo makasi elata bango mpo na libela! Tika ete bakufa na soni!
18 And they know that Thou — (Thy name [is] Jehovah — by Thyself, ) [Art] the Most High over all the earth!
Tika bayeba ete Yo, oyo Kombo na Yo ezali Yawe, ozali Ye-Oyo-Aleki-Likolo kati na mokili mobimba!
