< Psalms 82 >
1 — A Psalm of Asaph. God hath stood in the company of God, In the midst God doth judge.
Van a thutan na chunga Elohim Pathen in vai ahomin Van mite chunga athutan na aphondoh e.
2 Till when do ye judge perversely? And the face of the wicked lift up? (Selah)
Nangman itihchan hi miphalouho napanpia thudihlou ho nachelhah sah dingham?
3 Judge ye the weak and fatherless, The afflicted and the poor declare righteous.
“Chaga leh vaichate chungah thudih chepin lang; tahlel tele engbolla umte chungah thudih phongdoh in.
4 Let the weak and needy escape, From the hand of the wicked deliver them.
Panpi bei tele engbolla umte huhdoh in, miphalouho khut a konin huhdoh-in.
5 They knew not, nor do they understand, In darkness they walk habitually, Moved are all the foundations of earth.
Hinla mibolse ten imacha ahepouve; ama hokhu hetna lhasam ahiuve. Muthim noi a avah leuvin, leiset sungil lamgei in ahotling tai.
6 I — I have said, 'Gods ye [are], And sons of the Most High — all of you,
Keiman kasei in, ‘Nang ho Pathen nahiuve; nangho hatchungnung chilhah te nahiu ve.
7 But as man ye die, and as one of the heads ye fall,
Hinlah nangho mihem tabang bep a nathi diu, thunei vaihom dang ho banga nalhuh tei diu ahi.’”
8 Rise, O God, judge the earth, For Thou hast inheritance among all the nations!
