Psalms 74
1 An Instruction of Asaph. Why, O God, hast Thou cast off for ever? Thine anger smoketh against the flock of Thy pasture.

2 Remember Thy company. Thou didst purchase of old, Thou didst redeem the rod of Thy inheritance, This mount Zion — Thou didst dwell in it.
Tsarovy ny fiangonanao izay efa azonao fahiny, ilay navotanao ho firenena lovanao, dia ny tendrom-bohitra Ziona izay nonenanao.
3 Lift up Thy steps to the perpetual desolations, Everything the enemy did wickedly in the sanctuary.
Aingao ny tongotrao, ka miakara ho amin’ ny voarava mandrakizay; ny zavatra rehetra tao amin’ ny fitoerana masìna dia simban’ ny fahavalo avokoa.
4 Roared have thine adversaries, In the midst of Thy meeting-places, They have set their ensigns as ensigns.
Nierona tao anatin’ ny fiangonanao ny mpandrafy anao; nanangana ny sainany ho famantarana izy.
5 He is known as one bringing in on high Against a thicket of wood — axes.
Ny fijery azy dia tahaka ny olona manainga famaky hijinja ny ala mikitroka;
6 And now, its carvings together With axe and hatchet they break down,
Ary amin’ izao ny rafitra misoratra rehetra ao dia asiany ny famaky sy ny kanonta.
7 They have sent into fire Thy sanctuary, to the earth they polluted the tabernacle of Thy name,
Efa nandoro ny fitoeranao masìna tamin’ ny afo izy; nolotoiny sy nazerany tamin’ ny tany ny fonenan’ ny anaranao.
8 They said in their hearts, 'Let us oppress them together,' They did burn all the meeting-places of God in the land.
Hoy izy tam-pony: aoka hampahorintsika avokoa izy. Efa nandoro ny tranon’ Andriamanitra eran’ ny tany rehetra izy.
9 Our ensigns we have not seen, There is no more a prophet, Nor with us is one knowing how long.
Tsy hitanay ny famantaranay tsy misy mpaminany intsony ary tsy misy aminay mahalala izay mbola haharetan’ izao.
10 Till when, O God, doth an adversary reproach? Doth an enemy despise thy name for ever?
Mandra-pahoviana, Andriamanitra ô, no hanaratsian’ ny mpandrafy? Hanamavo ny anaranao mandrakizay va ny fahavalo?
11 Why dost Thou turn back Thy hand, Even Thy right hand? From the midst of Thy bosom remove [it].
Nahoana no mampihemotra ny tananao, dia ny tananao ankavanana, Hianao? mampialà azy amin’ ny tratranao, ka mandringàna.
12 And God [is] my king of old, Working salvation in the midst of the earth.
Fa Andriamanitra no Mpanjakako hatrizay hatrizay; manao famonjena eny amin’ ny tany Izy.
13 Thou hast broken by Thy strength a sea -[monster], Thou hast shivered Heads of dragons by the waters,
Nampisaraka ny ranomasina tamin’ ny herinao Hianao; efa namakivaky ny lohan’ ny dragona tao anaty rano Hianao.
14 Thou hast broken the heads of leviathan, Thou makest him food, For the people of the dry places.
Hianao nanorotoro ny lohan’ ny mamba ka nanome azy hohanin’ izay firenena any an-efitra.
15 Thou hast cleaved a fountain and a stream, Thou hast dried up perennial flowings.
Hianao namaky ny vatolampy hamoaka loharano sy ony; Hianao nahatankina ny ony tsy mety ritra.
16 Thine [is] the day, also Thine [is] the night, Thou hast prepared a light giver — the sun.
Anao ny andro, Anao koa ny alina; Hianao namboatra ny fanazavana, indrindra fa ny masoandro.
17 Thou hast set up all the borders of earth, Summer and winter Thou hast formed them.
Hianao nametra ny faritry ny tany rehetra; ny fahavaratra sy ny ririnina, dia Hianao no nanao azy.
18 Remember this — an enemy reproached Jehovah, And a foolish people have despised Thy name.
Tsarovy izao: Manaratsy an’ i Jehovah ny fahavalo, ary ny olona adala manamavo ny anaranao.
19 Give not up to a company, The soul of Thy turtle-dove, The company of Thy poor ones forget not for ever.
Aza manolotra ny ain’ ny voromailalanao ho an’ ny bibi-dia; ary aza manadino mandrakizay ny ain’ ny olo-mahantranao.
20 Look attentively to the covenant, For the dark places of earth, Have been full of habitations of violence.
Hevero ny fanekena; fa feno fonenan’ ny fandozana ny fitoera-maizina amin’ ny tany.
21 Let not the oppressed turn back ashamed, Let the poor and needy praise Thy name,
Aoka tsy hiverina amin-kenatra ny mahantra; aoka ny ory sy ny malahelo hidera ny anaranao.
22 Arise, O God, plead Thy plea, Remember Thy reproach from a fool all the day.
Mitsangàna, Andriamanitra ô, efao ny adinao; tsarovy ny fanaratsian’ ny adala Anao isan’ andro.
23 Forget not the voice of Thine adversaries, The noise of Thy withstanders is going up continually!
Aza manadino ny feon’ ny rafinao, dia ny fitabataban’ ny mpanohitra Anao, izay miakatra mandrakariva.
