Psalms 71
1 In Thee, O Jehovah, I have trusted, Let me not be ashamed to the age.
౧యెహోవా, నేను నీ శరణు వేడుకుంటున్నాను. నన్నెన్నడూ సిగ్గుపడనియ్యకు.
2 In Thy righteousness Thou dost deliver me, And dost cause me to escape, Incline unto me Thine ear, and save me.
౨నన్ను రక్షించు. నీ నీతిని బట్టి నన్ను భద్రపరచు. శ్రద్ధగా ఆలకించి నన్ను రక్షించు.
3 Be to me for a rock — a habitation, To go in continually, Thou hast given command to save me, For my rock and my bulwark [art] Thou.
౩నీ ఆశ్రయదుర్గంలో ప్రవేశించేందుకు నాకు అనుమతి ఇవ్వు. నా కాపుదల, నా దుర్గం నువ్వే. నువ్వు నన్ను రక్షించాలని నిర్ణయం చేసుకున్నావు.
4 O my God, cause me to escape From the hand of the wicked, From the hand of the perverse and violent.
౪నా దేవా, దుష్టుల చేతిలోనుండి నన్ను రక్షించు. కీడు చేసేవాళ్ళ, క్రూరుల పట్టులోనుండి నన్ను విడిపించు.
5 For Thou [art] my hope, O Lord Jehovah, My trust from my youth.
౫నా ప్రభూ, యెహోవా, నా నిరీక్షణకు ఆధారం నువ్వే. నా బాల్యం నుండి నా ఆశ్రయం నువ్వే.
6 By Thee I have been supported from the womb, From my mother's bowels Thou dost cut me out, In Thee [is] my praise continually.
౬నేను గర్భంలో ఉన్నది మొదలు నన్ను పోషించింది నువ్వే. తల్లి గర్భం నుండి నన్ను బయటకు తెచ్చింది నువ్వే. నిన్ను గూర్చి నేను నిత్యమూ స్తుతిగానం చేస్తాను.
7 As a wonder I have been to many, And Thou [art] my strong refuge.
౭నేను అనేకులకు ఒక వింతగా కనిపిస్తున్నాను. అయినా నాకు బలమైన ఆశ్రయం నువ్వే.
8 Filled is my mouth [with] Thy praise, All the day [with] Thy beauty.
౮నీ కీర్తితో, ప్రభావ వర్ణనతో దినమంతా నా నోరు నిండిపోయింది.
9 Cast me not off at the time of old age, According to the consumption of my power forsake me not.
౯ముసలితనంలో నన్ను విడిచిపెట్టకు. నా బలం క్షీణించినప్పుడు నన్ను వదలకు.
10 For mine enemies have spoken against me, And those watching my soul have taken counsel together,
౧౦నా శత్రువులు నన్ను గూర్చి మాట్లాడుకుంటున్నారు. నా ప్రాణం తీయాలని పొంచి ఉన్నవారు కూడబలుక్కుంటున్నారు.
11 Saying, 'God hath forsaken him, Pursue and catch him, for there is no deliverer.'
౧౧దేవుడు వాణ్ణి విడిచిపెట్టాడు, వాణ్ణి తప్పించేవాడు ఎవరూ లేరు. వాణ్ణి తరిమి పట్టుకుందాం అని వాళ్ళు అనుకుంటున్నారు.
12 O God, be not far from me, O my God, for my help make haste.
౧౨దేవా, నాకు దూరంగా ఉండవద్దు. నా దేవా, నాకు సహాయం చేయడానికి త్వరగా బయలుదేరు.
13 They are ashamed, they are consumed, Who are opposing my soul, They are covered [with] reproach and blushing, Who are seeking my evil,
౧౩నా ప్రాణం తీయాలని చూసే విరోధులు సిగ్గుపడి నశిస్తారు గాక. నాకు కీడుచేయాలని చూసేవాళ్ళు నిందలపాలై అవమానం పొందుతారు గాక.
14 And I continually do wait with hope, And have added unto all Thy praise.
౧౪నేను అన్నివేళలా నిరీక్షణ కలిగి ఉంటాను. మరి ఎక్కువగా నిన్ను కీర్తిస్తాను.
15 My mouth recounteth Thy righteousness, All the day Thy salvation, For I have not known the numbers.
౧౫నీ నీతిని, నీ రక్షణను రోజంతా వివరిస్తాను. వాటిని నేను లెక్కించలేను.
16 I come in the might of the Lord Jehovah, I mention Thy righteousness — Thine only.
౧౬ప్రభువైన యెహోవా బలమైన కార్యాలను నేను వర్ణించడం మొదలు పెడతాను. నీ నీతిని మాత్రమే నేను వివరిస్తాను.
17 God, Thou hast taught me from my youth, And hitherto I declare Thy wonders.
౧౭దేవా, నా బాల్యం నుండి నువ్వు నాకు బోధిస్తూ వచ్చావు. ఇప్పటి వరకూ నీ ఆశ్చర్య కార్యాలను నేను తెలియజేస్తూనే ఉన్నాను.
18 And also unto old age and grey hairs, O God, forsake me not, Till I declare Thy strength to a generation, To every one that cometh Thy might.
౧౮దేవా, నేను తల నెరిసి ముసలివాడినైనా నన్ను విడిచిపెట్టకు. రాబోయే తరాలకు నీ బలప్రభావాల గురించి, ఇకపై పుట్టబోయే వాళ్లకు నీ శక్తియుక్తులను గురించి వివరిస్తాను.
19 And Thy righteousness, O God, [is] unto the heights, Because Thou hast done great things, O God, who [is] like Thee?
౧౯దేవా, నీ నీతి ఎత్తయిన ఆకాశాలకన్నా ఉన్నతమైనది. ఘన కార్యాలు చేసిన దేవా, నీకు సాటి ఎవరు?
20 Because Thou hast showed me many and sad distresses, Thou turnest back — Thou revivest me, And from the depths of the earth, Thou turnest back — Thou bringest me up.
౨౦ఎన్నో కఠిన బాధలు మాకు కలిగేలా చేసిన దేవా, నువ్వు మమ్మల్ని మళ్ళీ జీవించేలా చేస్తావు. అగాధ లోయల్లో నుండి మళ్ళీ మమ్మల్ని లేవనెత్తుతావు.
21 Thou dost increase my greatness, And Thou surroundest — Thou comfortest me,
౨౧నా గొప్పతనాన్ని వృద్ధిచెయ్యి. నావైపు తిరిగి నన్ను ఆదరించు.
22 I also thank Thee with a vessel of psaltery, Thy truth, O my God, I sing to Thee with a harp, O Holy One of Israel,
౨౨నా దేవా, నేను నీ యథార్థ క్రియలను బట్టి స్వరమండల వాయిద్యంతో నిన్ను స్తుతిస్తాను. ఇశ్రాయేలు పరిశుద్ధ దేవా, సితారాతో నిన్ను కీర్తిస్తాను.
23 My lips cry aloud when I sing praise to Thee, And my soul that Thou hast redeemed,
౨౩నేను నిన్ను కీర్తిస్తూ ఉన్నప్పుడు నా పెదాలు, నువ్వు విమోచించిన నా ప్రాణం నిన్ను గూర్చి ఉత్సాహధ్వని చేస్తాయి. నాకు హాని కలిగించాలని ప్రయత్నించే వాళ్ళు అవమానం పాలై అయోమయంలో ఉన్నారు.
24 My tongue also all the day uttereth Thy righteousness, Because ashamed — because confounded, Have been those seeking my evil!
౨౪అయితే నా నాలుక రోజంతా నీ నీతిని వివరిస్తూ ఉంది.
