Psalms 68
1 To the Overseer. — A Psalm, a song of David. Rise doth God — scattered are His enemies! And those hating Him flee from His face.
၁ဘုရား သခင်ထ တော်မူ၍၊ ရန်သူ တို့သည် အရပ်ရပ်သို့ ကွဲပြား ကြပါစေသော။ ဘုရား သခင်ကို မုန်း သောသူတို့ သည် အထံ တော်က ပြေး ကြပါစေသော။
2 As the driving away of smoke Thou drivest away, As the melting of wax before fire, The wicked perish at the presence of God.
၂မီးခိုး လွှင့် သကဲ့သို့ သူတို့ကို လွှင့် တော်မူပါ။ ဘယောင်း သည် မီး ရှေ့ မှာ အရည် ဖြစ်သကဲ့သို့ ၊ မတရား သောသူတို့ သည် ဘုရား သခင့်ရှေ့ တော်မှာ ပျက်စီး ကြပါစေသော။
3 And the righteous rejoice, they exult before God, And they joy with gladness.
၃ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူတို့ သည် ဝမ်းမြောက် ၍ ၊ ဘုရား သခင့်ရှေ့တော်မှာ ရွှင်လန်း သောစိတ် နှင့် အလွန် ဝမ်းမြောက် ဝမ်းသာကြပါစေသော။
4 Sing ye to God — praise His name, Raise up a highway for Him who is riding in deserts, In Jah [is] His name, and exult before Him.
၄ဘုရား သခင်အား သီချင်း ဆိုကြလော့။ နာမတော် ကို ထောမနာသီချင်း ဆိုကြလော့။ တော ၌ စီး ၍ ကြွတော်မူသောအရှင်ဘို့ လမ်းကို ပြင်ကြလော့။ ထိုအရှင် ၏ နာမတော် ကား၊ ထာဝရ ဘုရားတည်း။ ရှေ့ တော်၌ ရွှင်လန်း ကြလော့။
5 Father of the fatherless, and judge of the widows, [Is] God in His holy habitation.
၅ဘုရား သခင်သည် သန့်ရှင်း သော ဘုံ ဗိမာန်တော်၌ စံပယ်လျက်၊ မိဘ မရှိသောသူတို့ ၏ အဘ ဖြစ်၍ ၊ မုတ်ဆိုးမ တို့ဘက်မှာ တရား စီရင်တော်မူ၏။
6 God — causing the lonely to dwell at home, Bringing out bound ones into prosperity, Only — the refractory have inhabited a dry place.
၆ဘုရား သခင်သည် ပေါက်ဘော် မရှိသောသူတို့ အား အိမ်ထောင် ချခြင်းအခွင့် ကိုပေး တော်မူ၍၊ ချုပ် ထားသောသူတို့ ကိုလည်း ကြွယ်ဝခြင်းထဲ သို့ သွင်း တော်မူ၏။ ငြင်းဆန် သောသူတို့ မူကား ၊ သွေ့ခြောက် သော အရပ်၌ နေ ရကြ၏။
7 O God, in Thy going forth before Thy people, In Thy stepping through the wilderness, (Selah)
၇အို ဘုရား သခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော် ၏လူစု ရှေ့မှာ ကြွ ၍ ၊ တော ၌ ချီ တော်မူသောအခါ၊
8 The earth hath shaken, Yea, the heavens have dropped before God, This Sinai — before God, the God of Israel.
၈ဘုရား သခင်၏ မျက်နှာ တော်ကြောင့် ၊ မြေကြီး လှုပ် ၍ မိုဃ်းကောင်းကင် သည် ယို စီးလေ၏။ ဣသရေလ အမျိုး၏ ဘုရား သခင်မျက်နှာ တော်ကြောင့် သိနာ တောင်သည်လည်း တုန်လှုပ်၏။
9 A shower of free-will gifts thou shakest out, O God. Thine inheritance, when it hath been weary, Thou hast established it.
၉အိုဘုရား သခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည် မိုဃ်း ကို များစွာ ရွာစေ၍၊ ပင်ပန်း သော အမွေ တော်လူတို့ကို ထောက်မ တော်မူ၏။
10 Thy company have dwelt in it, Thou preparest in Thy goodness for the poor, O God.
၁၀ကိုယ်တော် ၏ အလုံး အရင်းသည် နေရာ ကျရကြပါ၏။ အိုဘုရား သခင်၊ ဆင်းရဲ သောသူတို့ အဘို့ ကျေးဇူး တော်အားဖြင့် ပြင်ဆင် တော်မူ၏။
11 The Lord doth give the saying, The female proclaimers [are] a numerous host.
၁၁ဘုရား ရှင်အမိန့် တော်ရှိ၍၊ ဝမ်းမြောက် စရာ သိတင်းကို ကြားပြော သောသူ တို့ သည် အတိုင်းမသိများ ကြ၏။
12 Kings of hosts flee utterly away, And a female inhabitant of the house apportioneth spoil.
၁၂စစ်အင်္ဂါဗိုလ်ခြေ သခင်ရှင် ဘုရင်တို့သည် အလျင် အမြန်ပြေးကြ၍ ၊ အိမ် ၌ နေရစ် သော မိန်းမတို့သည် လက်ရဥစ္စာ ကို ဝေ မျှကြ၏။
13 Though ye do lie between two boundaries, Wings of a dove covered with silver, And her pinions with yellow gold.
၁၃သင်တို့သည် တောင် ကြား မှာ နေရာ ကျလျက် ၊ ငွေ နှင့် မွန်းမံ သော ချိုးငှက် အတောင် ကဲ့သို့၎င်း ၊ နီ သော ရွှေ နှင့် မွမ်းမံသော အမွေး ကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ ဖြစ်ကြလိမ့်မည်။
14 When the Mighty spreadeth kings in it, It doth snow in Salmon.
၁၄အနန္တ တန်ခိုးနှင့် ပြည့်စုံတော်မူသောဘုရားသည်၊ ရှင်ဘုရင် တို့ကို ကွဲပြား စေတော်မူသောအရပ် သည် ဇာလမုန် တောင်ပေါ် မှာ မိုဃ်းပွင့် ကဲ့သို့ဖြစ်လေ၏။
15 A hill of God [is] the hill of Bashan, A hill of heights [is] the hill of Bashan.
၁၅ဘုရား သခင်၏ တောင် တည်းဟူသောဗာရှန် တောင် ၊ မြင့် သော ထိပ် များနှင့် ပြည့်စုံသော ဗာရှန် တောင် တို့၊
16 Why do ye envy, O high hills, The hill God hath desired for His seat? Jehovah also doth tabernacle for ever.
၁၆သင်တို့သည် မြင့် သော တောင်ထိပ် များနှင့် ပြည့်စုံသော်လည်း၊ ဘုရား သခင်ကျိန်းဝပ် ခြင်းငှါ အလိုရှိ တော်မူသောတောင် ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် အစဉ် အမြဲနေရာ ချတော်မူသောတောင်တော်ကို အဘယ် ကြောင့်စောင်း မြောင်းကြသနည်း။
17 The chariots of God [are] myriads, thousands of changes, The Lord [is] among them, in Sinai, in the sanctuary.
၁၇ဘုရား သခင်၏ရထား တော်တို့သည် အထောင် အသောင်း မက များ ကြ၏။ ဘုရား ရှင်ပါ တော်မူ၏။ သိနာ တောင်လည်း သန့်ရှင်း ရာဌာနတော်၌ ရှိသတည်း။
18 Thou hast ascended on high, Thou hast taken captive captivity, Thou hast taken gifts for men, That even the refractory may rest, O Jah God.
၁၈ကိုယ်တော်သည် မြင့် သောအရပ်သို့ တက် ကြွတော်မူသဖြင့်၊ များစွာသောသူတို့ ကို ဘမ်း သွားတော်မူ၍၊ ထာဝရ အရှင် ဘုရား သခင်သည် လူတို့တွင် ကျိန်းဝပ် တော်မူမည်အကြောင်း ၊ လူတို့အဘို့မက၊ ပုန်ကန် သော လူ တို့အဘို့ ဆုလပ် များကို ခံရ တော်မူပြီ။
19 Blessed [is] the Lord, day by day He layeth on us. God Himself [is] our salvation. (Selah)
၁၉ထာဝရ ဘုရားသည် အစဉ် မင်္ဂလာ ရှိတော်မူစေသတည်း။ ငါ တို့ကို သူတပါး ညှဉ်းဆဲ သောအခါ ၊ ဘုရား သခင်ကယ်တင် တော်မူ၏။
20 God Himself [is] to us a God for deliverances, And Jehovah Lord hath the outgoings of death.
၂၀ငါ တို့၏ ဘုရား သခင်သည် ကယ်တင် နိုင်သော ဘုရား ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ဘုရား ရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား သည် သေခြင်း သို့ ရောက်သော လမ်းကိုလည်း အစိုးပိုင်တော်မူ၏။
21 Only — God doth smite The head of His enemies, The hairy crown of a habitual walker in his guilt.
၂၁ဘုရား သခင်သည် မိမိ ရန်သူ တို့၏ ဦးခေါင်း ကို၎င်း၊ အပြစ် ပြု မြဲပြုသောသူ တို့ ၏ ဦးသျှောင် ကို၎င်းဧကန် အမှန် နှိပ်စက် တော်မူမည်။
22 The Lord said: 'From Bashan I bring back, I bring back from the depths of the sea.
၂၂သူတို့ကို ဗာရှန် ပြည်က ငါဆောင်ခဲ့ဦးမည်။ နက်နဲ သော ပင်လယ် ထဲ က ငါဆောင် ခဲ့ဦးမည်။
23 So that thou dashest thy foot in blood, [In the blood of] enemies — the tongue of Thy dogs.'
၂၃ထို သို့သောအားဖြင့် သင် သည် ရန်သူ တို့ အသွေး ကို နင်း ၍၊ သင် ၏ခွေး တို့သည်လည်း လျက် ကြ လိမ့်မည်ဟု ထာဝရဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
24 They have seen Thy goings, O God, Goings of my God, my king, in the sanctuary.
၂၄အို ဘုရား သခင်၊ သန့်ရှင်း ရာဌာနသို့ ကိုယ်တော်ကြွ တော်မူခြင်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ဘုရား သခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ရှင် ဘုရင်ကြွ တော်မူခြင်းကို မြင် ရကြပါပြီ။
25 Singers have been before, Behind [are] players on instruments, In the midst virgins playing with timbrels.
၂၅ရှေ့ ၌ကား၊ သီချင်း ဆိုသောသူ၊ နောက် ၌ကား၊ စောင်းအမျိုးမျိုးကို တီးသောသူ၊ အလယ် ၌ ကား၊ ပတ်သာကို တီး သော အပျို တို့သည် လိုက်သွားကြပါ၏။
26 In assemblies bless ye God, The Lord — from the fountain of Israel.
၂၆ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသားတို့၊ ပရိသတ် အစည်း အဝေးတို့၌ ထာဝရ အရှင် ဘုရား သခင်ကို ကောင်းကြီး ပေးကြလော့။
27 There [is] little Benjamin their ruler, Heads of Judah their defence, Heads of Zebulun — heads of Naphtali.
၂၇အစိုး ရသောဗင်္ယာမိန် ငယ် မှစ၍၊ မိမိ အလုံး အရင်းနှင့်တကွယုဒ မင်း များ၊ ဇာဗုလုန် မင်း များ နဿလိ မင်း များ ပါကြ၏။
28 Thy God hath commanded thy strength, Be strong, O God, this Thou hast wrought for us.
၂၈အို ဘုရား သခင်၊ တန်ခိုး တော်ကို ပြ တော်မူပါ။ အိုဘုရား သခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ် တို့၌ ပြု သောကျေးဇူးတော်ကို တည် စေတော်မူပါ။
29 Because of Thy temple at Jerusalem, To Thee do kings bring a present.
၂၉ယေရုရှလင် မြို့၌ ရှိသောဗိမာန် တော်အဘို့ ရှင် ဘုရင်တို့သည် ကိုယ်တော် ထံ သို့လက်ဆောင် များကို ဆောင် ခဲ့ကြပါစေသော။
30 Rebuke a beast of the reeds, a company of bulls, With calves of the peoples, Each humbling himself with pieces of silver, Scatter Thou peoples delighting in conflicts.
၃၀ကျူတော သားရဲ ကို၎င်း၊ နွား လားဥသဘအစု အဝေးနှင့် လူမျိုး တို့၏ နွား ပျိုတို့ကို၎င်းဆုံးမ တော်မူသဖြင့် ၊ အသီးအသီးတို့သည် ငွေ စ နှင့် ကိုယ်ကို နှိမ့်ချ ကြပါစေသော။ စစ် မှုကို နှစ်သက် သော လူမျိုး တို့ကို အရပ်ရပ်သို့ ကွဲပြား စေတော်မူပါ။
31 Come do fat ones out of Egypt, Cush causeth her hands to run to God.
၃၁အဲဂုတ္တု ပြည်မှ သံတမန် တို့သည် လာ ကြပါစေသော။ ကုရှ ပြည်သည် မိမိ လက် တို့ကို ဘုရား သခင်ထံ တော်သို့ အလျင် အမြန်ဆန့်ရပါစေသော။
32 Kingdoms of the earth, sing ye to God, Praise ye the Lord. (Selah)
၃၂မြေကြီး နိုင်ငံ တို့၊ ဘုရား သခင့်ရှေ့ တော်၌ သီချင်း ဆိုကြလော့။
33 To him who is riding on the heavens of the heavens of old, Lo, He giveth with His voice a strong voice.
၃၃အစ အဦး၌ အထက်ကောင်းကင် ဘဝဂ်ကို စီး ၍ နေတော်မူသောထာဝရ ဘုရားကို ထောမနာသီချင်း ဆိုကြလော့။ အသံ တော်ကို လွှတ် တော်မူ၍ ၊ အားကြီး သော အသံ ဖြစ်၏။
34 Ascribe ye strength to God, Over Israel [is] His excellency, and His strength in the clouds.
၃၄ဘုရား သခင်သည် တန်ခိုး ကြီးတော်မူသည်ဟု ဝန်ခံ ကြလော့။ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးကို ဘုန်း တော်လွှမ်းမိုးလျက် ၊ တန်ခိုး တော်လည်း မိုဃ်းတိမ် တို့တွင် ထင်ရှားလျက် ရှိသတည်း။
35 Fearful, O God, out of Thy sanctuaries, The God of Israel Himself, Giving strength and might to the people. Blessed [is] God!
၃၅အို ဘုရား သခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည် သန့်ရှင်း ရာဌာနတော်ပြင်မှာ ကြောက်ရွံ့ ဘွယ် ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ဣသရေလ အမျိုး၏ ဘုရား သခင်ကား၊ မိမိလူ တို့အား အခွင့် တန်ခိုးကို ပေး တော်မူသောဘုရား ပေတည်း။ ဘုရား သခင်သည် မင်္ဂလာ ရှိတော်မူစေသတည်း။
