< Psalms 68 >
1 To the Overseer. — A Psalm, a song of David. Rise doth God — scattered are His enemies! And those hating Him flee from His face.
Kathutkung: Devit Cathut, thaw nateh tarannaw koung kâkayei naseh. Cathut kahmuhmanaw teh ama koehoi yawng awh naseh.
2 As the driving away of smoke Thou drivest away, As the melting of wax before fire, The wicked perish at the presence of God.
Hmaikhu a kahma e patetlah ahnimouh teh koung kahmat naseh. Khoilai teh hmai hma lah a kamyawt e patetlah, tamikathoutnaw teh Cathut hmalah kahmat awh naseh.
3 And the righteous rejoice, they exult before God, And they joy with gladness.
Hatei, tamikalannaw teh lunghawi laihoi Cathut hmalah konawm awh naseh. Bokheiyah, puenghoi konawm awh naseh.
4 Sing ye to God — praise His name, Raise up a highway for Him who is riding in deserts, In Jah [is] His name, and exult before Him.
Cathut koe la sak hoi a min pholen la sak awh. Tâmai dawk kâcuie hateh pholen awh nateh, a min teh BAWIPA, pholen laihoi a hmalah lunghawi awh.
5 Father of the fatherless, and judge of the widows, [Is] God in His holy habitation.
Na pa ka tawn hoeh naw e napa, lahmainunaw karingkung, Cathut teh hmuen kathoung koe ao.
6 God — causing the lonely to dwell at home, Bringing out bound ones into prosperity, Only — the refractory have inhabited a dry place.
Cathut ni amadueng kho ka sak e hah imthung a poe teh, paung e naw hai tawntanae hmuen koe a hrawi. Hatei, tarankathawnaw teh kenae hmuen koe ao sak.
7 O God, in Thy going forth before Thy people, In Thy stepping through the wilderness, (Selah)
Oe Cathut na taminaw hrawi hanelah na tâco teh, kahrawngum vah hmalah na cei navah, (Selah)
8 The earth hath shaken, Yea, the heavens have dropped before God, This Sinai — before God, the God of Israel.
Talai a kâhuet teh, Cathut hmalah kalvan ni kho a rak sak. Sinai mon teh Cathut hmalah, Isarel Cathut hmalah a kâhuet.
9 A shower of free-will gifts thou shakest out, O God. Thine inheritance, when it hath been weary, Thou hast established it.
Oe Cathut nang ni kho thouk na rak sak teh, na râw taminaw ka patang e hah na kabawp.
10 Thy company have dwelt in it, Thou preparest in Thy goodness for the poor, O God.
Hawvah na tamimaya teh kho a sak awh. Oe Cathut, nang ni ka mathoenaw hah na hawinae hoi na kawk.
11 The Lord doth give the saying, The female proclaimers [are] a numerous host.
BAWIPA ni lawk a dei teh, hote kong ka dei e tamimaya teh ao.
12 Kings of hosts flee utterly away, And a female inhabitant of the house apportioneth spoil.
Siangpahrang e ransanaw teh a yawng awh teh, im ka ring e napuinaw ni lawphno a kârei awh.
13 Though ye do lie between two boundaries, Wings of a dove covered with silver, And her pinions with yellow gold.
Tutakha thung na ka ip nakunghai, ngun hoi pathoup e bakhu rathei patetlah thoseh, sui hoi pathoup e rathei muen patetlah thoseh, na o awh han.
14 When the Mighty spreadeth kings in it, It doth snow in Salmon.
Athakasaipounge Cathut ni siangpahrangnaw a kayei navah, Zalmon mon dawk e ka pangaw e tadamtui patetlah ao.
15 A hill of God [is] the hill of Bashan, A hill of heights [is] the hill of Bashan.
Bashan mon teh Cathut e mon lah ao teh, Bashan mon dawk monsom moikapap ao.
16 Why do ye envy, O high hills, The hill God hath desired for His seat? Jehovah also doth tabernacle for ever.
Monsomnaw bangkongmaw utsinnae mit hoi na hmaiet awh. Hetheh, Cathut ni o han ngainae mon lah ao. BAWIPA teh hawvah pou ao han.
17 The chariots of God [are] myriads, thousands of changes, The Lord [is] among them, in Sinai, in the sanctuary.
Cathut e lengnaw teh a thong thong hra hlak moi apap. BAWIPA teh Sinai mon, hmuenkathoung koe ao e patetlah ahnimouh koe ao.
18 Thou hast ascended on high, Thou hast taken captive captivity, Thou hast taken gifts for men, That even the refractory may rest, O Jah God.
Arasangnae koe na luen teh, tami moikapap na man teh, BAWIPA Cathut teh taminaw koe ao thai nahanlah, tami koehoi dueng laipalah, ka taran e taminaw koe totouh poehno hah a dâw.
19 Blessed [is] the Lord, day by day He layeth on us. God Himself [is] our salvation. (Selah)
Hnintangkuem hnori na ka hlai e Bawipa, rungngangnae Cathut teh pholen lah awm lawiseh.
20 God Himself [is] to us a God for deliverances, And Jehovah Lord hath the outgoings of death.
Cathut teh rungngangnae Cathut doeh. Duenae koehoi hloutnae hai Bawipa Jehovah e doeh.
21 Only — God doth smite The head of His enemies, The hairy crown of a habitual walker in his guilt.
Hateiteh, Cathut ni a tarannaw lû thoseh, yon pou kasaknaw e sam onae lû roeroe thoseh, hmâ a ca sak han.
22 The Lord said: 'From Bashan I bring back, I bring back from the depths of the sea.
Bawipa ni Bansan hoi ka bankhai vaiteh, ka dungpoung e talîpui koehoi bout ka bankhai han.
23 So that thou dashest thy foot in blood, [In the blood of] enemies — the tongue of Thy dogs.'
Na khok ni na taran thi coungroe vaiteh, na uinaw ni hai a palem awh han telah ati.
24 They have seen Thy goings, O God, Goings of my God, my king, in the sanctuary.
Oe Cathut, hmuen kathoung koe na tho e, ka Cathut, kaie Siangpahrang na tho e hah a hmu awh toe.
25 Singers have been before, Behind [are] players on instruments, In the midst virgins playing with timbrels.
La kasakkungnaw hmalah a cei awh teh, tumkhawng katumnaw ni a kâbang awh. A lungui vah tanglanaw ni tâbaw a khawng awh.
26 In assemblies bless ye God, The Lord — from the fountain of Israel.
Kamkhueng e maya thung dawk, Cathut Isarel hringnae a kung, BAWIPA teh pholen awh.
27 There [is] little Benjamin their ruler, Heads of Judah their defence, Heads of Zebulun — heads of Naphtali.
Hawvah, cahnoung Benjamin hoi kahrawikung ao. Judah bawinaw a huinaw ni a kâbang teh Zebulun hoi Naphtali bawinaw ni a kâbang awh.
28 Thy God hath commanded thy strength, Be strong, O God, this Thou hast wrought for us.
Na Cathut ni na thaonae teh kâ a poe toe. Oe Cathut kaimouh hanlah na sak tangcoung e patetlah hoehoe thasai sak haw.
29 Because of Thy temple at Jerusalem, To Thee do kings bring a present.
Jerusalem e na bawkim kecu, siangpahrangnaw ni poehno a sin awh han.
30 Rebuke a beast of the reeds, a company of bulls, With calves of the peoples, Each humbling himself with pieces of silver, Scatter Thou peoples delighting in conflicts.
Lungpum um e sarangnaw hai thoseh, maitotannaw hoi, maitolanaw hai thoseh, a yue teh, tangka hoi kârahnoum awh naseh. Tarantuk ka ngai e miphunnaw hah, koung kayei naseh.
31 Come do fat ones out of Egypt, Cush causeth her hands to run to God.
Izip hoi laiceinaw tho awh vaiteh, Ethiopianaw ni Cathut koe karang poung lah a kut a dâw awh han.
32 Kingdoms of the earth, sing ye to God, Praise ye the Lord. (Selah)
Talai siangpahrang uknae Cathut koe la sak laihoi Bawipa pholen laihoi la sak awh. (Selah)
33 To him who is riding on the heavens of the heavens of old, Lo, He giveth with His voice a strong voice.
Ayan vah, kalvannaw e kalvan kâcuie koevah, athakaawme lawk, a lawk roeroe a tâco sak.
34 Ascribe ye strength to God, Over Israel [is] His excellency, and His strength in the clouds.
Cathut koe thaonae hah poe awh. A lawkpuilah, ahawinae hah Isarelnaw lathueng ao. A thaonae teh tâmai dawkvah ao.
35 Fearful, O God, out of Thy sanctuaries, The God of Israel Himself, Giving strength and might to the people. Blessed [is] God!
