Psalms 37
1 By David. Do not fret because of evil doers, Be not envious against doers of iniquity,
၁လူဆိုး တို့အကြောင်းကြောင့် စိတ် မ ပူနှင့်။ မ တရား သဖြင့် ပြု သောသူတို့ကို မ ငြူစူ နှင့်။
2 For as grass speedily they are cut off, And as the greenness of the tender grass do fade.
၂အကြောင်း မူကား၊ သူတို့သည် မ ကြာမမြင့်မှီမြက်ပင် ကဲ့သို့ ရိတ် ခြင်းကိုခံရ၍ ၊ စိမ်း သောပျိုး ပင် ညှိုးနွမ်း သကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်ရလိမ့်မည်။
3 Trust in Jehovah, and do good, Dwell [in] the land, and enjoy faithfulness,
၃ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ခိုလှုံ ၍ ၊ ကောင်း သောအကျင့် ကို ကျင့် လော့။ ပြည် တော်၌နေ ၍ ၊ သစ္စာ တရားကို ကျက်စား လော့။
4 And delight thyself on Jehovah, And He giveth to thee the petitions of thy heart.
၄ထာဝရဘုရား ၌ မွေ့လျော် ခြင်းရှိလော့။ သို့ပြုလျှင် ၊ စိတ် နှလုံးအလို ပြည့်စုံရသောအခွင့်ကိုပေး တော်မူ မည်။
5 Roll on Jehovah thy way, And trust upon Him, and He worketh,
၅ကိုယ် အမှု အရာကို ထာဝရဘုရား ၌ အပ် လော့။ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ကိုးစား လော့။ သို့ပြုလျှင် စီရင် တော်မူ မည်။
6 And hath brought out as light thy righteousness, And thy judgment as noon-day.
၆သင် ၏ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းအကြောင်းကို အလင်း ကဲ့ သို့၎င်း ၊ တရား သဖြင့်ပြုခြင်းအရာကို မွန်းတည့် ရောင်ခြည် ကဲ့ သို့၎င်း ဘော်ပြ တော်မူမည်။
7 Be silent for Jehovah, and stay thyself for Him, Do not fret because of him Who is making prosperous his way, Because of a man doing wicked devices.
၇ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့ မှာ ငြိမ်ဝပ် စွာနေ၍ ၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ငံ့လင့် လော့။ မိမိ အမှု ၌ အောင် တတ်သောသူ၊ မ ကောင်းသောအကြံအစည်တို့ကို ပြီး စေသောသူ ၏ အကြောင်းကြောင့် စိတ် မ ပူနှင့်။
8 Desist from anger, and forsake fury, Fret not thyself only to do evil.
၈အမျက် မ ထွက်စေနှင့်။ ဒေါသ စိတ်ကို စွန့်ပယ် လော့။ ပြစ်မှား စေခြင်းငှါ တိုက်တွန်းတတ်သောစိတ် မ ရှိစေနှင့်။
9 For evil doers are cut off, As to those waiting on Jehovah, they possess the land.
၉ပြစ်မှား သောသူတို့သည် ပယ်ရှင်း ခြင်းကိုခံရကြ လိမ့်မည်။ ထာဝရဘုရား ကို မြော်လင့် သောသူတို့မူကား ၊ ပြည် တော်ကို အမွေ ခံရကြလိမ့်မည်။
10 And yet a little, and the wicked is not, And thou hast considered his place, and it is not.
၁၀ခဏ ကြာ ပြီးမှ ၊ မတရား သောသူသည်မ ရှိရ။ သူ ၏နေရာ ကိုစေ့စေ့ရှာ ၍ မ တွေ့ရ။
11 And the humble do possess the land, And they have delighted themselves In the abundance of peace.
၁၁စိတ် နှိမ့်ချသောသူတို့မူကား ၊ ပြည် တော်ကို အမွေခံ ၍ ၊ များပြား သောငြိမ် သက်ခြင်း၌ မွေ့လျော် ကြ လိမ့်မည်။
12 The wicked is devising against the righteous, And gnashing against him his teeth.
၁၂မတရား သောသူသည် ဖြောင့်မတ် သော သူတဘက် ၌ ကြံစည် ၍ အံသွား ခဲကြိတ် တတ်၏။
13 The Lord doth laugh at him, For He hath seen that his day cometh.
၁၃သို့သော်လည်းသူ ၏ နေ့ရက်အချိန်ရောက် မည် ကို ဘုရား ရှင်သိမြင် ၍ ၊ သူ့ ကို ပြုံး ရယ်တော်မူ၏။
14 A sword have the wicked opened, And they have trodden their bow, To cause to fall the poor and needy, To slaughter the upright of the way.
၁၄မတရား သောသူတို့သည် ဆင်းရဲ ငတ်မွတ် သောသူတို့ ကို လှဲ ချခြင်းငှါ ၎င်း၊ ဖြောင့်မတ် စွာကျင့် သောသူတို့ ကိုသတ် ခြင်းငှါ ၎င်း၊ ထား ကိုထုတ် လျက်၊ လေး ကို တင် လျက် နေတတ်ကြ၏။
15 Their sword doth enter into their own heart, And their bows are shivered.
၁၅သို့သော်လည်း၊ သူ တို့ထား သည် သူ တို့နှလုံး ထဲ သို့ ဝင် လိမ့်မည်။ သူ တို့လေး တို့သည်လည်း ကျိုး ကြလိမ့်မည်။
16 Better [is] the little of the righteous, Than the store of many wicked.
၁၆ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူ၌ နည်း သောဥစ္စာသည် မတရား သောသူကြီးတို့၌ ကြွယ်ဝ သောဥစ္စာထက် သာ၍ ကျေးဇူးရှိ၏။
17 For the arms of the wicked are shivered, And Jehovah is sustaining the righteous.
၁၇အကြောင်း မူကား၊ မတရား သောသူ၏လက်ရုံး သည် ကျိုး ရလိမ့်မည်။ ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူကိုကား ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား မစ တော်မူ၏။
18 Jehovah knoweth the days of the perfect, And their inheritance is — to the age.
၁၈ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူတို့၏ နေ့ရက် ကာလကို ထာဝရဘုရား သိ မှတ်တော်မူ၍ ၊ သူ တို့၏ အမွေ ဥစ္စာသည်အစဉ် အမြဲတည် လိမ့်မည်။
19 They are not ashamed in a time of evil, And in days of famine they are satisfied.
၁၉သူတို့သည် ခဲယဉ်း သောကာလ ၌ မျက်နှာ မ ပျက်၊ အစာ ခေါင်းပါးသည်ကာလ ၌ ဝ စွာစားရကြ၏။
20 But the wicked perish, and the enemies of Jehovah, As the preciousness of lambs, Have been consumed, In smoke they have been consumed.
၂၀မတရား သောသူတို့မူကား ၊ ပျက်စီး ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ရကြမည်။ ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏ ရန်သူ တို့သည် ကျက်စား ရာအရပ်၏အသရေ ကဲ့ သို့ဆုံး ၍ ၊ မီးခိုး ဖြစ်လျက် ကွယ်ပျောက် ကြလိမ့်မည်။
21 The wicked is borrowing and repayeth not, And the righteous is gracious and giving.
၂၁မတရား သောသူသည် ချေးငှါး ၍ မ ဆပ် ဘဲ နေတတ်၏။ ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူမူကား ၊ သနား သောစိတ် ရှိ၍ ပေး တတ်၏။
22 For His blessed ones do possess the land, And His reviled ones are cut off.
၂၂ကောင်းကြီး ပေးတော်မူခြင်းကို ခံရသောသူသည် ပြည် တော်ကို အမွေ ခံရလိမ့်မည်။ ကျိန် တော်မူခြင်း ကို ခံရသောသူမူကား ၊ ပယ်ရှင်း ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ရ လိမ့်မည်။
23 From Jehovah [are] the steps of a man, They have been prepared, And his way he desireth.
၂၃ကောင်းသောသူ၏ခြေရာ တို့ကို ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ပဲ့ပြင် ၍ ၊ သူ သွားရာလမ်း ကို နှစ်သက် တော်မူ၏။
24 When he falleth, he is not cast down, For Jehovah is sustaining his hand.
၂၄ထိုသူသည် လဲ သော်လည်း ဆုံး ရာသို့မ ရောက်ရ။ အကြောင်း မူကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် သူ ၏လက် ကို ကိုင် မတော်မူ၏။
25 Young I have been, I have also become old, And I have not seen the righteous forsaken, And his seed seeking bread.
၂၅ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူသည် စွန့်ပစ် ခြင်းကိုခံရသည် အကြောင်း၊ သူ ၏သား မြေးတို့သည် တောင်း ၍ စား ရသည်အကြောင်းကို ငါ သည် အသက် ပျိုသည် ကာလမှစ၍ အို သည်တိုင်အောင် မ မြင် စဖူး။
26 All the day he is gracious and lending, And his seed [is] for a blessing.
၂၆သူသည်အစဉ် သနား သောစိတ် ရှိသည်နှင့် ၊ သူတပါးတို့အား ချေးငှါး တတ်သည်ဖြစ်၍ ၊ သူ ၏သား မြေး တို့သည် ကောင်းကြီး မင်္ဂလာကိုခံရကြ၏။
27 Turn aside from evil, and do good, and dwell to the age.
၂၇ဒုစရိုက် ကိုလွှဲရှောင် ၍ သုစရိုက် ကို ပြု လော့။ သို့ပြုလျှင် အစဉ် အမြဲနေ ရလိမ့်မည်။
28 For Jehovah is loving judgment, And He doth not forsake His saintly ones, To the age they have been kept, And the seed of the wicked is cut off.
၂၈ထာဝရဘုရား သည် တရား ကိုနှစ်သက် တော်မူ ၏။ မိမိ သန့်ရှင်း သူတို့ကိုလည်း စွန့် တော်မ မူ။ သူတို့သည် စောင့် မတော်မူခြင်းကို အစဉ် အမြဲခံရကြလိမ့်မည်။ မတရား သောသူ၏ သား မြေးတို့မူကား ၊ ပယ်ရှင်း ခြင်းကိုခံရကြလိမ့်မည်။
29 The righteous possess the land, And they dwell for ever on it.
၂၉ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူတို့သည် ပြည် တော်ကို အမွေ ခံ၍ အစဉ် အမြဲနေ ရကြလိမ့်မည်။
30 The mouth of the righteous uttereth wisdom, And his tongue speaketh judgment.
၃၀ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူ၏နှုတ် သည် ပညာ ကို မြွက်ဆို တတ်၏။ သူ ၏လျှာ သည်လည်း တရား သော စကားကို ပြော ဆိုတတ်၏။
31 The law of his God [is] his heart, His steps do not slide.
၃၁ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ တရား တော်သည် သူ ၏ စိတ် နှလုံးထဲ မှာ တည်သည်ဖြစ်၍၊ သူ သွား သောအခါ မ ချော် မလဲရ။
32 The wicked is watching for the righteous, And is seeking to put him to death.
၃၂မတရား သောသူသည် ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူကို ချောင်းမြောင်း ၍ သတ် ခြင်းငှါ ရှာကြံ တတ်၏။
33 Jehovah doth not leave him in his hand, Nor condemn him in his being judged.
၃၃သို့သော်လည်း၊ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ထိုသူ ၏ လက် ၌ ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူကို စွန့်ပစ် တော်မူမည်မဟုတ်။ အစစ် ခံရသောအခါ အပြစ် စီရင်တော်မူမည်မဟုတ်။
34 Look unto Jehovah, and keep His way, And He doth exalt thee to possess the land, In the wicked being cut off — thou seest!
၃၄ထာဝရဘုရား ကို မြော်လင့် ၍ ၊ လမ်း တော်ကို ရှောက်သွား လော့။ ပြည် တော်ကို အမွေ ခံရသောအခွင့်နှင့် ချီးမြှောက် တော်မူမည်။ မတရား သောသူတို့ ဆုံးရှုံး ခြင်းကို သင်သည် ကြည့်မြင် ရလိမ့်မည်။
35 I have seen the wicked terrible, And spreading as a green native plant,
၃၅မတရား သောသူသည် အစိုး တရပြု၍ ၊ ပေါက် ရင်း အရပ်မှာကြီးပွားသော သစ်ပင် လန်းလန်းရှိသကဲ့သို့ ၊ ကိုယ်ကိုကိုယ်ပြန့်ပွါး စေသည်ကို ငါမြင် ရသော်လည်း၊
36 And he passeth away, and lo, he is not, And I seek him, and he is not found!
၃၆နောက် တဖန်သူသည် ရွေ့သွား ၍ ကွယ်ပျောက်၏။ သူ့ ကိုလည်း ငါရှာ ၍ မ တွေ့ ရ။
37 Observe the perfect, and see the upright, For the latter end of each [is] peace.
၃၇စုံလင် ခြင်းတရားကိုစောင့်ရှောက် လော့။ ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းတရားကို ကြည့်ရှု ဆင်ခြင်လော့။ ထိုသို့ပြုသောသူ သည် အဆုံး ၌ ငြိမ်သက် ခြင်းကို ခံစားရလိမ့်မည်။
38 And transgressors were destroyed together, The latter end of the wicked was cut off.
၃၈ပြစ်မှား သောသူအပေါင်း တို့သည် ပျက်စီး ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်၍ ၊ မတရား သောသူတို့သည်အဆုံး ၌ပယ်ရှင်း ခြင်းကိုခံရကြလိမ့်မည်။
39 And the salvation of the righteous [is] from Jehovah, Their strong place in a time of adversity.
၃၉ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူတို့၏ ကယ်တင် ခြင်းအမှုကို ထာဝရဘုရား စီရင်တော်မူ၏။ ဘေး ရောက်သည်ကာလ ၌ သူ တို့ခိုလှုံ ရာဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။
40 And Jehovah doth help them and deliver them, He delivereth them from the wicked, And saveth them, Because they trusted in Him!
၄၀ထာဝရဘုရား သည် သူ တို့ကို မစ ကယ် တင်တော်မူ မည်။ ယုံကြည်ခိုလှုံ သောကြောင့် ၊ မတရား သောသူတို့ လက်မှ နှုတ် ယူကယ် တင်တော်မူမည်။
