Psalms 148
1 Praise ye Jah! Praise ye Jehovah from the heavens, Praise ye Him in high places.
१यहोवा की स्तुति करो! यहोवा की स्तुति स्वर्ग में से करो, उसकी स्तुति ऊँचे स्थानों में करो!
2 Praise ye Him, all His messengers, Praise ye Him, all His hosts.
२हे उसके सब दूतों, उसकी स्तुति करो: हे उसकी सब सेना उसकी स्तुति करो!
3 Praise ye Him, sun and moon, Praise ye Him, all stars of light.
३हे सूर्य और चन्द्रमा उसकी स्तुति करो, हे सब ज्योतिमय तारागण उसकी स्तुति करो!
4 Praise ye Him, heavens of heavens, And ye waters that are above the heavens.
४हे सबसे ऊँचे आकाश और हे आकाश के ऊपरवाले जल, तुम दोनों उसकी स्तुति करो।
5 They do praise the name of Jehovah, For He commanded, and they were created.
५वे यहोवा के नाम की स्तुति करें, क्योंकि उसने आज्ञा दी और ये सिरजे गए।
6 And He establisheth them for ever to the age, A statute He gave, and they pass not over.
६और उसने उनको सदा सर्वदा के लिये स्थिर किया है; और ऐसी विधि ठहराई है, जो टलने की नहीं।
7 Praise ye Jehovah from the earth, Dragons and all deeps,
७पृथ्वी में से यहोवा की स्तुति करो, हे समुद्री अजगरों और गहरे सागर,
8 Fire and hail, snow and vapour, Whirlwind doing His word;
८हे अग्नि और ओलों, हे हिम और कुहरे, हे उसका वचन माननेवाली प्रचण्ड वायु!
9 The mountains and all heights, Fruit tree, and all cedars,
९हे पहाड़ों और सब टीलों, हे फलदाई वृक्षों और सब देवदारों!
10 The wild beast, and all cattle, Creeping thing, and winged bird,
१०हे वन-पशुओं और सब घरेलू पशुओं, हे रेंगनेवाले जन्तुओं और हे पक्षियों!
11 Kings of earth, and all peoples, Chiefs, and all judges of earth,
११हे पृथ्वी के राजाओं, और राज्य-राज्य के सब लोगों, हे हाकिमों और पृथ्वी के सब न्यायियों!
12 Young men, and also maidens, Aged men, with youths,
१२हे जवानों और कुमारियों, हे पुरनियों और बालकों!
13 They praise the name of Jehovah, For His name alone hath been set on high, His honour [is] above earth and heavens.
१३यहोवा के नाम की स्तुति करो, क्योंकि केवल उसी का नाम महान है; उसका ऐश्वर्य पृथ्वी और आकाश के ऊपर है।
14 And He exalteth the horn of His people, The praise of all His saints, Of the sons of Israel, a people near Him. Praise ye Jah!
१४और उसने अपनी प्रजा के लिये एक सींग ऊँचा किया है; यह उसके सब भक्तों के लिये अर्थात् इस्राएलियों के लिये और उसके समीप रहनेवाली प्रजा के लिये स्तुति करने का विषय है। यहोवा की स्तुति करो!
