Psalms 146
1 Praise ye Jah! Praise, O my soul, Jehovah.
Bawipa taw kyihcah lah. Aw ka hqingnaak Bawipa kyihcah lah.
2 I praise Jehovah during my life, I sing praise to my God while I exist.
Ka hqing khui pyt Bawipa ce kyihcah kawng nyng saw; ka mik a hqing khui ka Khawsa kyihcahnaak laa ce sa vang nyng.
3 Trust not in princes — in a son of man, For he hath no deliverance.
Boeikhqi ce koeh ypna, amak cak thlanghqing awm koeh ypna; cekkhqi ing amni hul thai uhy.
4 His spirit goeth forth, he returneth to his earth, In that day have his thoughts perished.
A ming myihlakhqi ing a ceh taak khqi awhtaw, deklai nani a ming hlat tlaih hy; ce nyn qoe awh a ming cainaakkhqi boeih awm plal boeih hawh hy.
5 O the happiness of him Who hath the God of Jacob for his help, His hope [is] on Jehovah his God,
Jakob Khawsa ce bawmkung na ta nawh, ang ngaih-unaak ce Bawipa a Khawsa venawh ak ta thlang taw a zoseen hy,
6 Making the heavens and earth, The sea and all that [is] in them, Who is keeping truth to the age,
khan ingkaw dek, tuicunli ingkaw ak khuiawh ak awm ik-oeihkhqi boeih ak saikung – Bawipa taw, kumqui dy ypawm na awm poepa hy.
7 Doing judgment for the oppressed, Giving bread to the hungry.
Thlang ing a thekhanaak thlangkhqi ce thawh nawh phoen ak cawikhqi ce buh pehy. Bawipa ing thawng ak tlakhqi ce loet sak hy.
8 Jehovah is loosing the prisoners, Jehovah is opening (the eyes of) the blind, Jehovah is raising the bowed down, Jehovah is loving the righteous,
Bawipa ing mikhypkhqi ce mik huh sak nawh, ak ngamkhqi ce Bawipa ing toeqoek sak hy, Bawipa ing thlakdyng ce lungna hy.
9 Jehovah is preserving the strangers, The fatherless and widow He causeth to stand, And the way of the wicked He turneth upside down.
Khin ce Bawipa ing khoem nawh pa ak naikhqi ingkaw nuhaikhqi ce hqin hy, cehlai thlakchekhqi a lam cetaw mam pe khoep hy.
10 Jehovah doth reign to the age, Thy God, O Zion, to generation and generation, Praise ye Jah!
Bawipa taw kumqui dy boei na ngawi hy, Aw Zion, cadil naa dyna na Khawsa ce awm hy. Bawipa taw kyihcah lah uh.
