Psalms 132
1 A Song of the Ascents. Remember, Jehovah, for David, all his afflictions.
౧యాత్రల కీర్తన యెహోవా, దావీదుకు దాపురించిన బాధలన్నిటినీ అతడి తరపున జ్ఞాపకం చేసుకో.
2 Who hath sworn to Jehovah. He hath vowed to the Mighty One of Jacob:
౨అతడు ఏ విధంగా యెహోవాకు ప్రమాణం చేశాడో, పరాక్రమశాలి అయిన యాకోబు దేవుడికి ఏమి వాగ్దానం చేశాడో మనసుకు తెచ్చుకో.
3 'If I enter into the tent of my house, If I go up on the couch of my bed,
౩నేను యెహోవా కోసం ఒక స్థలం చూసే దాకా,
4 If I give sleep to mine eyes, To mine eyelids — slumber,
౪యాకోబు పరాక్రమశాలికి ఒక నివాస స్థలం సమకూర్చేదాకా నా ఇంట్లో అడుగు పెట్టను.
5 Till I do find a place for Jehovah, Tabernacles for the Mighty One of Jacob.
౫నా కళ్ళకు నిద్ర, నా కనురెప్పలకు విశ్రాంతి రానివ్వను.
6 'Lo, we have heard it in Ephratah, We have found it in the fields of the forest.
౬ఆ స్థలం ఎఫ్రాతాలో ఉన్నట్టు విన్నాం. యాయరు పొలంలో అది దొరికింది.
7 We come in to His tabernacles, We bow ourselves at His footstool.
౭యెహోవా మందిరానికి వెళ్దాం పదండి. రండి, ఆయన పాదపీఠం ఎదుట సాష్టాంగపడదాం.
8 Arise, O Jehovah, to Thy rest, Thou, and the ark of Thy strength,
౮యెహోవా, లే. నీ విశ్రాంతి స్థలానికి రా.
9 Thy priests do put on righteousness, And Thy pious ones cry aloud.
౯నీ యాజకులు న్యాయాన్ని ధరించుకుంటారు గాక. నీ భక్తులు జయజయ ధ్వానాలు చేస్తారు గాక.
10 For the sake of David Thy servant, Turn not back the face of Thine anointed.
౧౦నీ సేవకుడైన దావీదు మొహం చూసి నీ అభిషిక్తునికి విముఖత చూపించకు.
11 Jehovah hath sworn truth to David, He turneth not back from it: Of the fruit of thy body, I set on the throne for thee.
౧౧నీ సంతానాన్ని నీ సింహాసనానికి శాశ్వత వారసులుగా చేస్తాను అనీ, దావీదు పట్ల నమ్మకంగా ఉంటాననీ ఆయన శపథం చేశాడు.
12 If thy sons keep My covenant, And My testimonies that I teach them, Their sons also for ever and ever, Do sit on the throne for thee.
౧౨నీ కొడుకులు నా నిబంధన పాటిస్తే నేను నేర్పిన నా శాసనాలు అనుసరిస్తే ఇలా జరుగుతుంది, అన్నాడు.
13 For Jehovah hath fixed on Zion, He hath desired [it] for a seat to Himself,
౧౩తప్పనిసరిగా యెహోవా సీయోనును ఎన్నుకున్నాడు. దాన్ని తన నివాసస్థలంగా కోరుకున్నాడు.
14 This [is] My rest for ever and ever, Here do I sit, for I have desired it.
౧౪ఇది నేను కోరుకున్న స్థలం. ఇది శాశ్వతంగా నా విశ్రాంతి స్థలంగా ఉంటుంది. ఇక్కడే నేను నివసిస్తాను.
15 Her provision I greatly bless, Her needy ones I satisfy [with] bread,
౧౫దానిలో ఆహారం సమృద్ధిగా ఉండేలా దీవిస్తాను. దానిలోని పేదలను చాలినంత ఆహారంతో తృప్తి పరుస్తాను.
16 And her priests I clothe [with] salvation, And her pious ones do sing aloud.
౧౬దాని యాజకులకు రక్షణ ధరింపజేస్తాను. దానిలో భక్తులు ఎలుగెత్తి హర్ష ధ్వానాలు చేస్తారు.
17 There I cause to spring up a horn for David, I have arranged a lamp for Mine anointed.
౧౭అక్కడే దావీదు వంశానికి చిగురు మొలకెత్తేలా చేస్తాను. అక్కడే నా అభిషిక్తుని కోసం నేను ఒక దీపం సిద్ధం చేసి ఉంచాను.
18 His enemies I do clothe [with] shame, And upon him doth his crown flourish!
౧౮అతని శత్రువులు అవమానం ధరించుకునేలా చేస్తాను. అతని కిరీటం మాత్రం ప్రకాశిస్తుంది.
