Psalms 113

1 Praise ye Jah! Praise, ye servants of Jehovah. Praise the name of Jehovah.

Halleluja. Chwalcie słudzy Pańscy, chwalcie imię Pańskie.

2 The name of Jehovah is blessed, From henceforth, and unto the age.

Niechaj będzie imię Pańskie błogosławione, odtąd aż na wieki.

3 From the rising of the sun unto its going in, Praised [is] the name of Jehovah.

Od wschodu słońca, aż do zachodu jego, niech będzie chwalebne imię Pańskie.

4 High above all nations [is] Jehovah, Above the heavens [is] his honour.

Pan jest nad wszystkie narody wywyższony; chwała jego nad niebiosa.

5 Who [is] as Jehovah our God, He is exalting [Himself] to sit?

Któż taki, jako Pan Bóg nasz, który mieszka na wysokości?

6 He is humbling [Himself] to look On the heavens and on the earth.

Który się zniża, aby widział, co jest na niebie i na ziemi.

7 He is raising up from the dust the poor, From a dunghill He exalteth the needy.

Podnosi z prochu nędznego, a z gnoju wywyższa ubogiego,

8 To cause to sit with princes, With the princes of His people.

Aby go posadził z książętami, z książętami ludu swego;

9 Causing the barren one of the house to sit, A joyful mother of sons; praise ye Jah!

Który sprawia, że niepłodna w domu bywa matką weselącą się z dziatek. Halleluja.
