Psalms 108
1 A Song, a Psalm of David. Prepared is my heart, O God, I sing, yea, I sing praise, also my honour.
एक गीत. दावीद का एक स्तोत्र. परमेश्वर, मेरा हृदय निश्चिंत है; मैं संपूर्ण हृदय से संगीत बनाऊंगा, और गाऊंगा.
2 Awake, psaltery and harp, I awake the dawn.
नेबेल और किन्नोर जागो! मैं सुबह को जागृत करूंगा.
3 I thank Thee among peoples, O Jehovah, And I praise Thee among the nations.
याहवेह, मैं लोगों के मध्य आपका आभार व्यक्त करूंगा; राष्ट्रों के मघ्य मैं आपका स्तवन करूंगा.
4 For great above the heavens [is] Thy kindness, And unto the clouds Thy truth.
क्योंकि आपका करुणा-प्रेम आकाश से भी महान है; आपकी सच्चाई अंतरीक्ष तक जा पहुंचती है.
5 Be Thou exalted above the heavens, O God, And above all the earth Thy honour.
परमेश्वर, आप सर्वोच्च स्वर्ग में बसे हैं; आपकी महिमा समस्त पृथ्वी को तेजोमय करें.
6 That Thy beloved ones may be delivered, Save [with] Thy right hand, and answer us.
अपने दायें हाथ से हमें छुड़ाकर हमें उत्तर दीजिए, कि आपके प्रिय पात्र छुड़ाए जा सकें.
7 God hath spoken in His holiness: I exult, I apportion Shechem, And the valley of Succoth I measure,
परमेश्वर ने अपने पवित्र स्थान में घोषणा की है: “अपने विजय में मैं शेकेम को विभाजित करूंगा, तथा मैं सुक्कोथ घाटी को नाप कर बंटवारा कर दूंगा.
8 Mine [is] Gilead, mine [is] Manasseh, And Ephraim [is] the strength of my head, Judah [is] my lawgiver,
गिलआद पर मेरा अधिकार है, मनश्शेह पर मेरा अधिकार है; एफ्राईम मेरे सिर का रखवाला है, यहूदाह मेरा राजदंड है.
9 Moab [is] a pot for my washing, Upon Edom I cast my shoe, Over Philistia I shout habitually.
मोआब राष्ट्र मेरे हाथ धोने का पात्र है, और एदोम राष्ट्र पर मैं अपनी पादुका फेंकूंगा; फिलिस्तिया के ऊपर उच्च स्वर में जयघोष करूंगा.”
10 Who doth bring me in to the fenced city? Who hath led me unto Edom?
कौन ले जाएगा मुझे सुदृढ़-सुरक्षित नगर तक? कौन पहुंचाएगा मुझे एदोम नगर तक?
11 Hast not Thou, O God, cast us off? And Thou goest not out, O God, with our hosts!
परमेश्वर, क्या आप ही नहीं, जिन्होंने हमें शोकित छोड़ दिया है और हमारी सेनाओं को साथ देना भी छोड़ दिया है?
12 Give to us help from adversity, And vain is the salvation of man.
शत्रु के विरुद्ध हमारी सहायता कीजिए, क्योंकि किसी भी मनुष्य द्वारा लायी गयी सहायता निरर्थक है.
13 In God we do mightily, And He doth tread down our adversaries!
परमेश्वर के साथ मिलकर हमारी विजय सुनिश्चित होती है, वही हमारे शत्रुओं को कुचल डालेगा.
