< Proverbs 7 >

1 My son! keep my sayings, And my commands lay up with thee.
Nagofe! Dawa: ma na adi sia: be di mae gogolema amola na dima hamoma: ne sia: be maedafa gogolema!
2 Keep my commands, and live, And my law as the pupil of thine eye.
Na sia: be amo defele hamoma, amasea di da esalumu. Amola di da dia si noga: le ouligibi defele, na olelebe amo noga: le fa: no bobogema.
3 Bind them on thy fingers, Write them on the tablet of thy heart.
Na olelebe liligi eso huluane dawa: laloma amola fedege agoane, dia dogoga noga: le dedema.
4 Say to wisdom, 'My sister Thou [art].' And cry to understanding, 'Kinswoman!'
Di Bagade Dawa: su Hou amoma hou dia dalusi amoma hamobe defele hamoma amola dawa: su dia dogo ganodini diala amo dia na: iyado ema hamobe defele hamoma.
5 To preserve thee from a strange woman, From a stranger who hath made smooth her sayings.
Ilia da dia hou huluane ouligili, di da inia uda amoma hobeamu amola ea sefe sia: amo hame nabimu.
6 For, at a window of my house, Through my casement I have looked out,
Eso afaega na da na diasu fo misa: ne agenesi amoga ba: lalu.
7 And I do see among the simple ones, I discern among the sons, A young man lacking understanding,
Amola na ba: loba goi logoga manebe ba: i. Ilia da asigi dawa: su noga: i hame galu amola afadafa da gagaoui dunu agoai ba: i.
8 Passing on in the street, near her corner, And the way [to] her house he doth step,
Amo goi da uda afadafa ea diasu gadenene misini,
9 In the twilight — in the evening of day, In the darkness of night and blackness.
eso amola sa: i dagoi gadenene gasi dagoi.
10 And, lo, a woman to meet him — (A harlot's dress, and watchful of heart,
Amo uda e da hina: da: i bidi lasu uda defele abula ida: iwane ga: i amola e da hou ilegelalu.
11 Noisy she [is], and stubborn, In her house her feet rest not.
Goe uda amo da gasa fi hamosu uda amola gogosiasu hame dawa: i. E da moilai logoga lalusu.
12 Now in an out-place, now in broad places, And near every corner she lieth in wait) —
E da logoga udigili lalu amola bidi lama: ne diasu labe soge ganodini amola dunu hogosa lalala.
13 And she laid hold on him, and kissed him, She hath hardened her face, and saith to him,
Amola na ba: i, amalalu amo uda e da goi ayeligi amo ea galogoa amoga ea lobo la: boloi dagoi amo lalu e da amo goi nonogonanu e hedolowane si damana ba: i amalalu e amane sia: i,
14 'Sacrifices of peace-offerings [are] by me, To-day I have completed my vows.
“Wali na da gobele salasu hamoi amola amo gobele salasu hu da na diasuga diala.
15 Therefore I have come forth to meet thee, To seek earnestly thy face, and I find thee.
Amaiba: le na da na diasu yolesili di hogola misi amola wali na da di ba: i dagoi.
16 [With] ornamental coverings I decked my couch, Carved works — cotton of Egypt.
Na da hedolowane midunusa: diaheda: su ida: iwane hahamoi dagoi amo dedebosu abula ida: iwane gala amo da na Idibidi soge amoga gaguli misi.
17 I sprinkled my bed — myrrh, aloes, and cinnamon.
Na da amo ganodini manoma ida: iwane gala amo me, a:lou, sinamone amola amo manoma gabusiga: ida: iwane gala fafai da: iya sogadigi.
18 Come, we are filled [with] loves till the morning, We delight ourselves in loves.
Misa! Na amola di gilisili hedelala soge hadigimu. Ani da gilisili nonogomuba: le hahawane bagade ba: mu.
19 For the man is not in his house, He hath gone on a long journey.
Di da na dunuba: le mae beda: ma. E da soge sedaga asi esala.
20 A bag of money he hath taken in his hand, At the day of the new moon he cometh to his house.'
E da su bagade gaguli asi. E da hedolo hame bu misunu. E da esala hi aduna aligimu.”
21 She turneth him aside with the abundance of her speech, With the flattery of her lips she forceth him.
Goe uda ea sefe sia: bagadewane sia: beba: le, goi ayeligi da dafai dagoi.
22 He is going after her straightway, As an ox unto the slaughter he cometh, And as a fetter unto the chastisement of a fool,
Amo dunu e da amo sia: nababeba: le, e da hedolowane amo uda fa: no bobogele diasuga asi. Fedege sia: e da bulamagau bogoma: ne fasu sogebi amoga oule ahoasu defele asi. Fedege sia: eno e da ‘dia’ ohe amo da sani sa: ima: ne hahawane ahoa amo defele asi.
23 Till an arrow doth split his liver, As a bird hath hastened unto a snare, And hath not known that it [is] for its life.
Amo ‘dia’ ohe e da hame dawa: i ea dogo ganodini souga gala: be defele e da bogomu da hame dawa: i. Amo dunu ea hamobe da sio afae e hagili ahoanebe defele ba: i. Amo sio e da segega: i amo mae ba: le ahoabe amola sio e amo segega: i amo hame dawa: i amoga gaguli bogomu amo hame dawa: i.
24 And now, ye sons, hearken to me, And give attention to sayings of my mouth.
Wali na gofelali, dilia na sia: noga: le nabima. Noga: le dawa: ma!
25 Let not thy heart turn unto her ways, Do not wander in her paths,
Agoaiwane uda amo ea sefe sia: mae nabima! Ema mae fa: no bobogema!
26 For many [are] the wounded she caused to fall, And mighty [are] all her slain ones.
Amo uda e da dunu bagohame ilia hou wadela: lesi dagoi. Amola dunu bagohame idimu hame gala, ilia da ea hou hamobeba: le bogoi dagoi.
27 The ways of Sheol — her house, Going down unto inner chambers of death! (Sheol h7585)
Amola di da amo uda ea diasuga ahoasea, di da bogosu logo amoga ahoa. Amo ahoasu da hedolodafa bogosu amoga doaga: sa. (Sheol h7585)
