Micah 2
1 Woe [to] those devising iniquity, And working evil on their beds, In the light of the morning they do it, For their hand is — to God.
Vai celor ce plănuiesc nelegiuire și fac răutate pe paturile lor! Când dimineața se luminează, ei o împlinesc, fiindcă este în puterea mâinii lor.
2 And they have desired fields, And they have taken violently, And houses, and they have taken away, And have oppressed a man and his house, Even a man and his inheritance.
Și ei poftesc câmpii și le iau prin violență; și case, și le iau; astfel ei oprimă pe om și casa lui, chiar pe om și moștenirea lui.
3 Therefore, thus said Jehovah: Lo, I am devising against this family evil, From which ye do not remove your necks, Nor walk loftily, for a time of evil it [is].
De aceea astfel spune DOMNUL: Iată, împotriva acestei familii, eu plănuiesc un rău, de la care nu vă veți feri gâturile, nici nu veți merge trufași, căci timpul acesta este rău.
4 In that day doth [one] take up for you a simile, And he hath wailed a wailing of woe, He hath said, We have been utterly spoiled, The portion of my people He doth change, How doth He move toward me! To the backslider our fields He apportioneth.
În acea zi, cineva va ridica o parabolă împotriva ta și va plânge cu plângere jalnică și va spune: Noi suntem prădați în întregime, el a schimbat partea de moștenire a poporului meu, cum a luat-o el de la mine! Întorcându-se, el ne-a împărțit câmpiile.
5 Therefore, thou hast no caster of a line by lot In the assembly of Jehovah.
De aceea tu nu vei avea pe nimeni în adunarea DOMNULUI care să arunce o funie de măsurat prin sorț.
6 Ye do not prophesy — they do prophesy, They do not prophesy to these, It doth not remove shame.
Nu profețiți, spuneți-le celor ce profețesc: ei nu le vor profeți, ca să nu le fie rușine.
7 Doth the house of Jacob say, 'Hath the Spirit of Jehovah been shortened? Are these His doings?' Do not My words benefit the people that is walking uprightly?
Tu, cea numită casa lui Iacob, este duhul DOMNULUI strâmtorat? Sunt acestea lucrările lui? Nu fac bine cuvintele mele celui ce umblă cu integritate?
8 And yesterday My people for an enemy doth raise himself up, From the outer garment the honourable ornament ye strip off, From the confident passers by, Ye who are turning back from war.
Chiar de curând poporul meu s-a ridicat ca un dușman: voi smulgeți roba cu tot cu cămașă de la cei ce trec în siguranță, ca și oameni care se întorc de la război.
9 The women of My people ye cast out from its delightful house, From its sucklings ye take away My honour to the age.
Ați aruncat afară din casele lor plăcute pe femeile poporului meu; ați luat pentru totdeauna gloria mea de la copiii lor.
10 Rise and go, for this [is] not the rest, Because of uncleanness it doth corrupt, And corruption is powerful.
Ridicați-vă și îndepărtați-vă; fiindcă aceasta nu este odihna voastră: fiindcă este întinată, vă va nimici, chiar cu o nimicire grozavă.
11 If one is going [with] the wind, And [with] falsehood hath lied: 'I prophesy to thee of wine, and of strong drink,' He hath been the prophet of this people!
Dacă un om, umblând în duh și în falsitate, minte, spunând: Eu vă voi profeți despre vin și băutură tare; el va fi profetul acestui popor.
12 I do surely gather thee, O Jacob, all of thee, I surely bring together the remnant of Israel, Together I do set it as the flock of Bozrah, As a drove in the midst of its pasture, It maketh a noise because of man.
Eu îi voi aduna negreșit pe toți ai tăi, Iacobe; eu voi strânge negreșit rămășița lui Israel; eu îi voi pune împreună ca oile lui Boțra, ca turma în mijlocul staulului ei, ei vor face zgomot mare din cauza mulțimii oamenilor.
13 Gone up hath the breaker before them, They have broken through, Yea, they pass through the gate, Yea, they go out through it, And pass on doth their king before them, And Jehovah at their head!
Cel care zdrobește a venit înaintea lor; au fost zdrobiți și au trecut prin poartă și au ieșit pe ea; și împăratul lor va trece înaintea lor și DOMNUL în fruntea lor.
